こととなる。又、本発明の調理用スライサを請求項2の
ように構成すると、カッター刃近傍の端部の支承面に沿
って調理材料が案内され、ディスク板が回転し易くなる
ため、スライス片のカットが滑らかに行われ、スライス
作業を短時間で行えることとなる。又、本発明の調理用
スライサを請求項3のように構成すると、カッター刃近
傍の端部がカム部材により支持されているので、カム部
材の回動角度変更により容易にカッター刃と支承面との
上下間隔を変更出来る。更に、本発明の調理用スライサ
を請求項4のように構成すると、夫々のカム面が平らに
形成されているので、カッター刃近傍の端部が平滑にな
り、調理材料のスライスが滑らかに行われ、しかも、カ
ム面の高さを適宜選択してスライス片の肉厚を所望のも
のに設定出来る。又、本発明の調理用スライサを請求項
5の如く構成すると、カム部材を一方向に回動させるこ
とによりカッター刃近傍の端部の高さを順次変更出来、
スライス片の肉厚の変更がより簡単になる。
