Abstract

PURPOSE:To separate oil in an enclosed casing so as to prevent oil from flowing out of a discharge pipe by opening an end of the discharge pipe finally discharging compression gas to the outside of enclosed casing on the central side rather than the inner dia. face of end ring of rotor. CONSTITUTION:An inner dia. face 22b of end ring 22a is tapered and opened on a mechanical part main body 7, and a discharge pipe 23 protrudes on a second chamber 16 at its end while the open end is opened on a central side rather than the inner dia. face 22b. The coolant including oil flowing in a second chamber 16 from a discharge hole 8 through a flow passage 17 flows in the direction of open end, but spiral gas flow is generated around the end ring 22a. The oil in the coolant is directed to an enclosed casing 1 side through centrifugal force by the aid of this flow, and finally only the coolant reaches the open end. It is thus possible to separate oil from the coolant gas in the enclosed casing 1 in a state that the coolant flowing out from the discharge pipe 23 to a cooling system.

Next, the compression mechanism of the scroll compressor will be explained. The rotational movement of the shaft 110 accompanying the rotation of the electric motor section 20 is transmitted to the orbiting scroll 6 via the boss section 11a and the protruding section 1o, but due to the action of the rotation prevention mechanism 6, the orbiting scroll 6 does not rotate on its own axis and the fixed scroll 4 rotates. Rotates around the center of the involute. At this time, the end sb' of the wrap 6b of the orbiting scroll 6 contacts the fixed scroll 4O, 7'4b, and the end 4b' of the wrap 4b of the fixed scroll 4 contacts the wrap 6b of the orbiting scroll 6. When the suction is completed (l), as the orbiting scroll 6 revolves, the wraps 4b and 5b
As the two contact points approach the center of the involute, the pressure in the compression space 13 increases.

Problem to be Solved by the Invention However, in the above configuration, the compressed refrigerant gas mixed with oil discharged from the discharge hole 8 flows into the second chamber 16 via the flow path 17 and passes through the discharge pipe 19 to the cooling system. However, oil separation from the compressed refrigerant gas in the second chamber 16 is insufficient, and a large amount of oil flows out through the discharge pipe 19 into the cooling system. That is, the second chamber 1 of compressed refrigerant gas containing oil
The change in flow direction at step 6 is only required once, and
The oil that lubricates the cooling system mixes with the gas flow that has been redirected, resulting in a lot of oil leaking into the cooling system.

The compressed refrigerant gas containing oil discharged from the discharge hole 8 flows out into the second chamber 16 via the flow path 17 and changes its flow toward the discharge pipe 23 . At this time, the oil in the refrigerant is separated from the refrigerant to some extent by inertia.

In addition, the oil that has lubricated the bearing part 21 rotates in a spiral along the tapered inner diameter surface 221) of the end ring 22a, is blown toward the sealed casing 1 by centrifugal force, and travels along the inner circumferential surface of the sealed casing 1 to the bottom. It accumulates in At this time, a spiral gas flow is also generated along the inner diameter surface 22b of the end ring 22a.

The refrigerant flowing into the second chamber 16 described above flows in the direction of the open end 23a of the discharge pipe 23, but as described above, a spiral gas flow is generated near the end ring 22a, so the refrigerant flows along this flow. The oil in the refrigerant is blown toward the closed casing 1 by centrifugal force, and only the refrigerant reaches the open end 23a.

In the present invention, it is important to arrange the open end of the discharge pipe inside the spiral flow, and the shape of the discharge pipe is arbitrary. Furthermore, the oil separation effect can be further improved by forming fins on the inner diameter surface of the end ring to strengthen the spiral flow.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above explanation, the present invention provides a tapered inner diameter surface of the end ring on the side of the rotor's mechanical part main body, and a tapered end ring at one end of the discharge pipe for finally discharging the compressed gas discharged from the discharge hole. The opening is opened toward the center of the inner surface of the end ring, which improves the oil separation effect within the sealed casing, prevents the lubricating oil inside the sealed casing from decreasing, prevents wear and seizure, and improves the cooling system. This has the effect of suppressing a decrease in the efficiency of the heat exchanger because the amount of oil flowing out into the heat exchanger is reduced.
