接して上記連結部材33にコ字状のチヤンネル部
40を形成してなるものである。

ンジ部とし、この接合フランジ部と凹部の底壁と

アインナパネル側側壁とで形成される保持部の開

され、このリテーナ14は、ビス、クリツプ等の
とめ具16を用いてガイド部材保持部13に固定
されて、ドアガラス3のガイド部材15を保持す

ドアアウタパネル4とのメタルコンタクトを防止

ト溶接作業の際にスポツトガンが入りにくく作業
性が悪かつたが、この実施例においてはドアアウ
タパネル4の傾斜フランジ12に合わせてチヤン
ネル部8のドアアウタパネル側側壁を外方に傾斜
させているので、チヤンネル部8の開口端幅が広
くなり、その分、チヤンネル部8内にスポツトガ
ンが入り易くなり、スポツト溶接作業が容易に為
されることになる。又、上記チヤンネル部8の開
口端幅が広くなる分、チヤンネル部8内に入るス
ポツトガンのチツプも大径のものを使用すること
が可能となり、ドアアウタパネル4とレインフオ
ース10との接合フランジにおける溶接強度は充

ことが可能となり、スポツトガンの挿入スペース
が広くなる分、保持部の一部を構成する接合フラ
ンジの溶接作業が容易になるほか、スポツトガン
のチツプをある程度大きくできることから上記接
合フランジにおける溶接強度を充分なものにする
ことができる。
