壁体等の貫通部の補修は、モルタル等を充填し
て行なわれているが、充填材と壁体の接合面から
水が侵入してくるのを防ぐことが困難で、補修部

しては第3−5図のように、パイプの外側に特に
リングをはめたり(第3図)、パイプ外面のにケ
イ砂を付着させて周囲のコンクリートとの密着製
を改良したり(第4図)、あるいはパイプに凹部
を設けたり(第5図)することにより漏水の防止
を図つてきたが、いづれも満足できる止水性能を

本考案の貫通部の止水構造は、第1図及び第2
図に示されるように、パイプ3が貫通している壁
体1,1′の貫通部内面に水膨潤性樹脂からなる
止水材2,2′が装着されているか(第1図)、あ
るいは水膨潤性樹脂からなる塗料2,2′が塗布
されており(第2図)、貫通部空間に充填材5が
充填されていてパイプが保持されていることを特

%圧縮モジユラス2−15Kg/cm(好ましくは3−
10Kg/cm)、25℃50%圧縮1週間の圧縮回復率
(以下単に圧縮回復率という)80%以上(好まし
くは90%以上)の物性を有するものが適当であ
