も、また該保持板2,2′と保持棒7との相対関
係によらず、円滑に開とすることができ、以つて
部材A,Bの確実な結合と、分離を行なうことが
できる。殊に本考案は、第1の留め具部材Aと第
2の留め具部材Bとを結合した状態に於いては、
夫々異形形状に構成している係合部9と挿入口5
とが係合しているので、器体1と保持棒7とは相
対的に回転不能であり、従つて器体1のみを外力
により回転させようとしても回転せず、急速な回
転による遠心力が作用することもないので、前記
操作部材Cを使用せずに、保持棒7から器体1が
外れてしまうことを防止することができる。
