As shown in Figure A, the upper end edge of the first box 1 made of steel plate and the lower end edge of the second box 2 made of steel plate are respectively bent inward to form a first attachment part 1a and a second attachment part 2a. A shelf/partition plate 3 made of wood, synthetic resin, etc. is placed on the upper surface of the first box 1, and a second mounting portion of the second box 2 is mounted on the shelf/partition plate 3. 2a is positioned on the step 3a formed on the shelf/partition plate 3, and the screw 4 is inserted into the through holes 1b, 3b, 2b from below, and then the vertical cross-sectional shape is fitted into the step 3a. In some cases, the nut 5 is screwed onto a U-shaped cover body 6 fixed to the inside, and in another case, the nut 5 is welded to the first attachment part 1a of the first box body 1, as shown in FIG. 1B. Since the screws 4 are welded to the side of the box body 1, all you have to do is put your hand inside the second box body 2 and operate the screws 4, making the screwing work easy. This causes the following inconveniences. In other words, when manufacturing a box made of steel plates, it is more efficient and mass-producible to bend and form a painted steel plate than to bend and form an unpainted steel plate and then apply paint to it. Although it is well known that welding the nut 5 to the painted box body, that is, the first box body 1, is extremely difficult in terms of welding, and furthermore, the welded area will be significantly discolored, so the second example above is not suitable. A method for welding nuts 5 as shown in FIG.

Various problems arise when performing the screwing operation with 5. For example, the three parties 1-
3 in a state where the through holes 1b, 2b, and 3b are aligned, it is extremely difficult and troublesome, and furthermore, if the worker accidentally touches the upper second box 2, the second box 2 may be damaged. There is a risk of tipping or falling. Furthermore, since a storage shelf in which both boxes 1 and 2 are assembled together via a shelf/partition plate 3 is quite tall, the three boxes 1 to 3 are usually packaged separately. However, in such cases, the above-mentioned operational problems become more noticeable for users who are not experts. That is clear.

め開閉扉24の開閉時の騒音を小さくできる。 For example, on the front end side of the lower surface portion 12b of the shelf/partition plate 12 which also functions as the top plate of the rice rack 11, there are vertical plate portions 35 and horizontal plate portions 36, 3 each having an abbreviated shape.
Since the rotation regulating member 39 consisting of 7 and 38 is integrally provided vertically, the strength of the shelf/partition plate 12 is improved and deformation when a heavy object is placed thereon can be effectively prevented. That is, the shelf/partition plate 12 made of synthetic resin is made thin due to manufacturing economical requirements, and the peripheral wall 27 is formed in order to avoid as much as possible strength problems and deterioration of the product value in appearance due to the thin wall. However, when attached to the rice rack 11, most of the circumferential wall 27 is received by the first mounting portion 16, but the front side portion of the circumferential wall 27 is located above the upper opening 18 and there is no problem. Since it is not received, the strength of the front end portion of the shelf/partition plate 12 tends to be reduced. However, since the abbreviated rotation regulating member 39 is integrally formed on the front end side of the shelf/partition plate 12 as described above, the above-mentioned inconvenience can be eliminated as much as possible. Furthermore, since the rotation regulating member 39 is made of synthetic resin, the noise generated when the opening/closing door 24 is opened and closed can be reduced.

Even though it is made of synthetic resin, the impact caused by the opening and closing of the door 24, that is, the collision between the door body 25 and the second horizontal plate part 37 and the collision between the locking protrusions 26c, 26c and the third horizontal plate part 38 It has a shape that is strong against impact, and the strength of the rotation regulating member 39 itself can also be improved. In addition, when opening and closing the opening/closing door 24, the opening/closing door 24
Both vertical plate parts 35, 35 whose both side parts of 4 are made of synthetic resin
, so that there is almost no rattling in the left-right direction of the opening/closing door 24 , and in connection with this, each protrusion 25 b of the door body 25 is not close to the inner side surface 15 a of each front column 15 . However, since there is no contact, the paint on the inner side surfaces 15a, 15a of both front pillar sections 15, 15 is hardly peeled off due to contact between both side surfaces of the opening/closing door 24 even during long-term use. . This is particularly effective when the door body 25 is also made of steel plate. Furthermore, when the opening/closing door 24 is brought to the open position, the rear side portion 57 (sixth (see figure) is reliably hidden by the side plate portion 35 as shown in FIG. 4B, so that the product value can be increased. Furthermore, due to the structure of the door of the rice rack 11, there is a fairly large gap 58 (see FIG. 4A) between the top plate, that is, the shelf/partition plate 12, and the top surface of the opening/closing door 24.
Since this gap 58 is hidden to some extent by the first horizontal plate portion 36, the product value is increased from this point as well. Furthermore, even when the opening/closing door 24 is brought to the closed position, there is a risk that dust, insects, etc. may enter the rice rack 11 through the large gap 58 described above. Inner side part 15
a and each side surface 25a of the door body 25, and the second horizontal plate portion 37 which is in contact with the rear surface portion of the door body 25 is located between both vertical plate portions 35, Since they are continuous (see Fig. 5), the above-mentioned risk is prevented as much as possible. By the way, garbage etc. are stored in the vertical board section 3.
5, that is, the upper end opening portion 15c (fourth
(see Figure A) into the rice rack 11, but as shown in Figure 9,
This can be prevented to some extent by forming the upper surface of the front column part 15 so as to close it, but in order to make it more reliable, for example, the upper part of each vertical plate part 35 can be marked with a dashed line as shown in FIG. 4A. It is sufficient to extend it to the shaded area. Note that the rotation regulating member 3
9 can be configured such that, for example, the third horizontal plate part 38 is eliminated and the second horizontal plate part 37 also locks the locking protrusions 26c, 26c. 37, and the locking of the opening/closing door 24 in the closed position is restricted by the engagement between the front end edge 35a of each vertical plate part 35 and each protrusion part 25b of the door body 25. You can also do it.

2 and 42' (in the illustrated example, there are 2 locations each)
Since the two plates 45 and 4 are fixed with screws at
The connection strength or connection accuracy (perpendicularity) between 5' and the front pillar portion 41 can be improved. In other words, in the storage case 13, there is a request to make the storage entrance width as large as possible, so the front column part 1 is
It is necessary to set the width of 5 as small as possible,
In this way, each front pillar portion 41 and both plates 4
5, 45' can only be connected with screws at one place due to space, and if the screws are fixed at one place, the connection between the front column part 41 and the horizontal members 45, 45' will be difficult. Sufficient strength or connection accuracy cannot be ensured. In order to satisfy the above requirements, the width of the front pillar portion 41 can be reduced, and the connection strength of the horizontal members 45, 45' can be improved.
Although this is a contradictory requirement to improving the assembly strength of the front column, by integrally forming the mounting portions 42, 42' as described above on the front column portion 41, separate members such as mounting brackets are not required. However, the above conflicting demands can be fully satisfied. It is also possible to weld the horizontal members 45, 45' to the front column part 41, but the need for such a welding method is due to the fact that a painted steel plate is used as the original plate, as mentioned at the beginning. I don't like it because it's difficult.

きる。 As can be easily understood from the above explanation, according to the storage shelf assembly structure of the present invention, it is not necessary to assemble both the boxes and the shelf/partitioner at the same time as in the conventional example mentioned at the beginning. Since the positioning and attachment of the shelf/partition plate to the upper surface of the first box and the positioning and attachment of the second box to the shelf/divider are performed separately, the three separated To easily and accurately assemble a storage shelf without being forced to perform difficult work such as simultaneously positioning and attaching people in a predetermined attachment relationship.

By simply inserting the positioning pins into the second positioning holes of the second mounting part formed in the second box, the three can be arranged in an accurate mounting positional relationship, and furthermore, this arrangement The above-mentioned installation from above can be done simply by penetrating and screwing the first or second screw-like fixing device from above, so unlike the conventional example mentioned at the beginning, it is not necessary to put your hands into both box bodies at the same time. There is no need for troublesome screwing operations, and even an unskilled person can easily perform the installation work using the screw-like fixtures. In conjunction with this, when attaching the upper second box, hold the second box with one hand while screwing the second screw-like fixture with the other hand. Since the box body can be temporarily fixed, the second box body can be attached safely by preventing the risk of the second box body falling over unexpectedly.

Even when separately packaged and sold, the user can easily assemble the three parts as described above, but going one step further, the manufacturer can assemble the first box and the shelf/partition plate. On the user side, only the attachment of the second box to the shelf/partition plate may be performed. This has the advantage that the user can more easily assemble the storage shelf. By the way, in this case, the shelves and partitions are much thinner than each box, so even if the shelves and partitions are attached to the first box, it will not work if the first box is alone. The amount of packaging and packaging time are almost the same, and no inconvenience occurs. In fact, the number of items to be packed is reduced from three to two, which reduces packaging costs. Moreover, when the shelf/partition plate 12 is made of synthetic resin as shown in the above embodiment, the first The box-like rice rack 11 is equipped with an opening/closing door 24 and a shelf/partition board 12.
There is a concern that assembling both 11 and 12 while maintaining proper positional relationship with the rotation regulating member 39 integrally formed with the housing is relatively difficult, especially when the user is a housewife or the like. Such concerns can be reliably eliminated by assembling both 11 and 12 on the manufacturer's side.

A steel plate (pre-coated steel plate) can be used as the original plate.

Moreover, since the thick portions are formed at the locations of the first positioning pin and the first and second through holes, the entire peripheral wall of the shelf/partition plate is set to have a thick dimension, and the first positioning Compared to the case where pins or first and second through holes are formed, the weight of the shelf/partition plate can be significantly reduced, and the material cost can also be significantly reduced. Furthermore, by forming the above-mentioned thick part, this thick part functions as a solid reinforcement part for the peripheral wall of the shelf/partition plate, so the rigidity of the entire shelf/partition plate can be significantly increased. .

This has the advantage that there is no need to provide any temporary fixing means.

Since it is a hole, when the threaded part of the second screw-shaped fixture inserted through the small diameter hole is screwed into the female screw that has been inserted and fixed in advance into the insertion hole, the female screw will come out. The lower end surface of the small diameter hole (in other words, the upper end surface of the insertion hole)
is definitely and strongly hit. Therefore, the second box and the shelf/partition plate can be reliably attached between the head of the second screw-like fixture and the female screw, and the attached state can also be firmly established.

Since the first and second positioning pins and the first and second through-holes are centrally formed on the shelf/partition plate, these positioning pins and through-holes can be easily molded together with the shelf/partition plate. Not only can the mounting parts of both boxes made of steel plate be drilled, there is no need to form troublesome and complicated mounting parts, and the structure is easy to manufacture as a whole. It is possible to securely attach the body and the shelf board/partition board.

For such storage shelves, it is sufficient to assemble the storage shelves in a state where the vertical relationship is reversed from the state in which they are used.
