As an economical way to reduce NOx (NOx) emissions, two-stage combustion or exhaust gas circulation methods are used
The NOX combustion method suppresses the amount of NOX emitted from the boiler as much as possible, and then the boiler exhaust gas is introduced into the denitrification equipment to reduce NOX emissions.

However, when the above denitrification equipment is used, ammonium sulfate salt (hereinafter referred to as NH 4 salt) is produced by leaking ammonia from the denitrification equipment and sulfur oxide in the exhaust gas, and when the gas containing NH 4 salt is cooled, NH 4 salt is produced. 4 Precipitate the salt.
Moreover, if fine fly ash is present in the gas, the NH 4 salt is preferentially deposited on the surface of the fly ash. Therefore, the flow after the denitrification equipment has a low temperature.
When EP4 is installed, NH 4 salts are attached to the flyash collected by low-temperature EP.

Fly ash generated from the coal-fired boiler 1 passes through a denitrification device 2 and an air preheater 3, and is collected in a low-temperature EP4 with NH 4 salt attached to its surface. NH4 collected in low temperature EP4
The salt-adhered fly ash is heated and de-assembled in a de-assembled device 5, and then collected by a dust collector 6.

Note that the desulfation heat source may be extracted gas from the boiler 1, or hot air generated from the hot air generating furnace 7 using auxiliary fuel. Of course, both may be used together.

Furthermore, since the desensitization device 5 is required, the process becomes complicated and a desensitization heat source is required, so that the running cost required for desensitization becomes considerably high. or
When NH 4 salt is decomposed, sulfur oxides are generated, which concentrates the sulfur oxides and causes undesirable phenomena.

The figure shows the deoxidization process when the denitrification device 2 and a low NOX combustion method including an exhaust gas circulation method are used together as a NOX suppression method.

The fly ash with the NH 4 salts collected by the low-temperature EP4 is thrown into the circulating gas to the boiler 1, and is collected by the dust collector 9 installed to protect the circulating blower 10. As a result, the temperature rises, the decomposition is carried out, and the dust is collected by the dust collector 9.

That is, if the temperature of the main circulating gas at the outlet of the boiler 1 is too low, the fly ash release rate will be low. In such a case, high-temperature gas (for example, economizer artificial gas) is extracted from the boiler 1 and added to the main circulating gas, while a gas amount adjustment damper is used to reduce the main circulating gas amount and keep the circulating gas temperature constant. It is established as.

There are other possible methods.

That is, this is a method in which the extremely fine fly ash collected by the low-temperature EP4 is removed by the classifier 13 before being introduced into the circulating gas.
