Abstract

PURPOSE:To impart an uneven pattern expressing an external appearance which is equal to that of natural lumber, by a method wherein a deeply colored coating layer is formed on only a high-gravity protrusion which is formed on the surface of a ligneous plate material, and a trasparent coating layer is formed on the whole surface. CONSTITUTION:When compression processing of the surface of a ligneous plate material 1 is performed by making use of an embossing machine 2, a lower sphere of a compressed recessed part 3 attains high specific gravity/high density. When surface grinding is performed to this plate material 1 in the next process, a noncompression protrusion becomes a recessed part 5b on the contrary since the same is scraped off greatly and the compressed recessed part 3 becomes a protrusion 5a. Then a coloring coating 6 whose color is deeper than that of a recessed member is applied onto only the protrusion 5a. With this construction, the coating is not infiltrated into the plate material 1 and application of the clear coating free from oozing to the plate material is performed. Then a transparent coating 7 not concealing a material color of the recessed part 5b is applied to the whole surface of the plate material 1. Therefore, gloss of the transparent coating itself is expressed as it is in the protrusion 5a, the gloss of the coating itself is lost: therefore, this part becomes resemblant closely to natural lumber in the recessed part 5b.

(3) After polishing the surface of a decorative board made of a softwood veneer adhered to plywood, etc. to form a concave-convex pattern with concave areas in the spring wood, the entire surface of the decorative board is colored darker than the color of the fall wood. After applying a coloring agent, and then scraping off the colorant adhering to the convex parts of the autumn material, a transparent thermosetting resin is applied to the entire surface so as to fill the concave parts of the spring material, and then dried or hot-press molded. The resulting coniferous decorative board has an uneven feel. Also, instead of using two types of paint, a colorant darker than the color of the autumn wood and a transparent thermosetting resin, a colored transparent thermosetting resin darker than the color of the autumn wood is used. After applying this to the entire surface of the decorative substrate on which the uneven pattern is formed, a coniferous decorative board (Japanese Patent Publication No. 61-138
Publication No. 72).

(1) By artificially forming an annual ring pattern by embossing and applying paraffin coloring to the protrusions, the paraffin's luster is used to express the so-called texture of the autumn wood of natural wood. The difference in gloss between the recesses to which no paraffin is attached becomes too noticeable, and the appearance is far removed from that of natural wood.

(2) Formation of an uneven pattern I: The secondary colored paint is applied to the convex parts of the base material surface, and the mixed paint of the primary colored paint and the secondary colored paint is applied to the concave parts, and due to the difference in coloring, the convex parts and The change with the concavity is expressed, but the texture of natural wood is not expressed at all.

(3) The concave parts of the spring wood are filled with a coloring agent or colored transparent thermosetting resin that is darker than the color of the autumn wood, so the concave parts of the spring wood are colored darker than the convex parts of the autumn wood, giving it a wood texture. However, in natural wood, the autumn wood, which has a high specific gravity and high density, has terry and exhibits a darker color than the spring wood. However, it was the opposite of natural wood, giving it an unnatural impression.

The object of the present invention is to form a colored coating layer that is darker than the color of the concave parts only on the convex parts of a wooden board material having a concave-convex pattern formed on its surface, in which high specific gravity parts are convex parts and low specific gravity parts are concave parts. This is achieved by a decorative board characterized in that a transparent coating layer that does not hide the color of the concave member is formed on the entire surface of the wooden board material.

The decorative board of the present invention forms an uneven pattern on the surface of a wood board material with low specific gravity areas as concave areas and high specific gravity areas as convex areas, and a colored paint darker than the color of the concave parts is applied only on the convex areas. It is manufactured by applying a transparent paint that does not hide the color of the recessed member over the entire surface of the wooden board and then drying it.

Transparent paint is applied to the entire colored convex parts and concave parts where the color of the base material is expressed as is, but in the convex parts made of high specific gravity parts, the gloss of the transparent paint (terry in the autumn wood part) is exhibited as is. On the other hand, since the concave part consists of a low specific gravity part, a considerable amount penetrates and loses its luster, thereby expressing the color tone and texture of the spring wood part of natural wood.

Explanation of the structure and examples> The figure shows an example of the method for manufacturing a decorative board according to the present invention in the order of steps. First, in step (a), the surface of the wooden board l is heated or cooled using an embossing machine 2. Processed by pressing.

Thus, as shown in Figure (b), the lower area (shaded area) of the squeezed concave portion 3 has a high specific gravity and high density, and the difference in specific gravity, density, and hardness from the convex portion that is not squeezed becomes noticeable. A plate material is obtained.

Then, in the next step (C), when the surface of this plate material is polished using a polishing machine 4 such as a wire roll brush or buff, or sandblasting, etc., the non-squeezed convex portions having low specific gravity and low density are largely scraped off. On the contrary, it becomes a concave portion 5b, and the pressed concave portion 3 is formed as a convex portion s5a because the amount of polishing is small, and a decorative board having a concavo-convex pattern formed on the surface as shown in Figure (d) is obtained.

Since the convex portion 5a has a high specific gravity and high density, the paint applied thereon does not permeate into the board material l, and the paint is clearly applied without bleeding.

The colored paint 6 is a resin paint such as lacquer, enamel, acrylic resin, aminoalkyd resin, urethane resin, etc., and is applied or printed on the convex portions 5a using a roll coater, gravure or gravure offset printing machine, or the like.

Next, as shown in Figure (f), a transparent paint 7 that does not hide the material color of the recesses 5b is applied to the entire surface of the board l including the convex parts 5a coated with the colored paint 6. The transparent paint 7 is appropriately selected from resin paints such as acrylic resin, aminoalkyd resin, and urethane resin, and may be used as a colored transparent paint after being optionally colored.

Since the suction of paint at the convex portions 5a is very small, the gloss of the transparent paint 7 itself is expressed as is, and together with the color tone given by the colored paint 6, it becomes a material that closely resembles the autumn wood part of natural wood. . On the other hand, in the recess 5b, only the transparent paint 7 is applied, but since this part has a relatively low density and low specific gravity and is porous, a considerable amount of the applied transparent paint 7 is applied to the plate material 1 in the recess 5b. sucked inside. Therefore, the gloss of the paint itself is lost, and together with the color of the recessed parts, the paint closely resembles the spring wood of natural wood.

By inserting a lauan plywood 1 with a thickness of 12+ nm, a radius of 900 mm, and a length of 1800 mm into a hot press equipped with an embossed plate 2 with a wood grain pattern and heat-pressing it, the surface has low specific gravity convexities and high specific gravity. A primary uneven pattern consisting of concave portions 3 was formed, and then the material was put into a three-part cutting machine to obtain a floor base plate having a width of 300 mm and a length of 1800 mm.
