(Prior Art) Usually, this type of floor heater is provided with a joint box at both corners of its upper end, and the floor heaters are electrically connected to each other within the joint box. That is, in the conventional floor heater, as shown in FIG. , the plurality of core wire conductors of the captire cables 14, 14 drawn from both joint boxes 12, 12, respectively, are connected to each other via lead wires 15, and a resistance heating element of a floor heater is connected to each connection part. The core conductors of a plurality of internal power distribution lines 16 connected to 13 were connected to each other, and each connected connection portion was insulated and molded as shown in the figure. In the conventional floor heater configured as described above, the plurality of core wire conductors of the captire cables 14, 14 drawn from both joint boxes 12, 12 into the lead wire storage groove 11, respectively, are connected to each other by the lead wire 15. At the same time, it is necessary to connect the core conductors of the internal distribution line 16 to each connection part, and to insulate each connection part separately, which is very troublesome and takes a long time. This method not only requires two expensive captire cables, but also has disadvantages such as high material costs and uneconomical costs.

(Structure of the present invention) The present invention was made for the purpose of eliminating the above-mentioned drawbacks. Joint boxes are attached to both upper end corners, and multiple core wires of the captire cable are drawn in from one joint box. Connect the conductor, the core conductors of multiple covered wires drawn from the other joint box, and the core conductors of multiple internal distribution wires connected to the resistance heating element of the floor heater, and then connect the joints all at once. It is characterized by being insulated molded.

(Embodiment of the present invention) Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In FIG.
3' is a joint box attached to both end corners of the lead wire storage groove 2, 4 is a captire cable drawn into the lead wire storage groove 2 from one joint box 3, and 5 is the other joint. A plurality of covered electric wires are drawn into the lead wire storage groove 2 from the box 3', and a plurality of internal distribution wires 6 are connected to the resistance heating element 7 of the floor heater, and the core wires of the plurality of internal distribution wires 6 are The conductor, the plurality of core wire conductors of the captire cable 4, and the core wire conductors of the plurality of coated wires 5 are located between the joint boxes 3 and 3', that is, in the lead wire storage groove 2, as shown in the figure. They are each connected at one point, and the connection portions are integrally insulated. Reference numeral 8 denotes insulating caps placed over the tips of the plurality of coated core wires of the captire cable 4 and the tips of the plurality of covered electric wires 5 housed in the joint boxes 3 and 3', respectively. Note that the joint box is not limited to being provided on the heat insulating mat, but may be provided on both upper corners of the floor heater. Further, the lead wire storage groove may be omitted depending on the case.

(Effects of the present invention) As described above, the present invention has joint boxes 3 and 3' attached to both corners of the upper end, and a captire cable 4 drawn from one joint box 3.
, the core conductors of the plurality of covered wires 5 drawn from the other joint box 3', and the core conductors of the plurality of internal distribution wires 6 connected to the resistance heating element 7 of the floor heater. are connected to each other at a single point, and the joints are insulated all at once, which not only makes it extremely easy and quick to connect each core conductor to each other and to insulate the joints, but also to prevent internal wiring. It has excellent advantages such as being economical as it requires less captire cables and insulating materials.
