Background Art For example, in a cycle sewing machine such as a buttonhole sewing machine, operation is performed for about 5 seconds, and then
The machine stops for 2 seconds, and these operations and stops are performed alternately to perform the sewing work. In such a buttonhole sewing machine, the amount of oil supplied to the hook per cycle is a very small amount, for example, about 2 to 3 mg, and it is generally difficult to accurately adjust the amount of oil.

By the way, the characteristics required for hook lubrication are (1) accurate and easy control of the appropriate oil amount according to the sewing conditions, and (2) ability to change the oil amount according to the sewing conditions. In some cases, a fast response speed is required. Here, the sewing conditions related to oil supply mainly refer to the number of revolutions. When the rotational speed is high, it is necessary to increase the amount of oil supplied, and therefore, it is necessary to accurately control the amount of oil according to the rotational speed. For example, if you want to increase the amount of oil but it is unstable or the response is slow, or if the oil supply is unstable and interrupted when making minute adjustments, problems such as the rotor burning out may occur. On the other hand, if the amount of oil is too large, the oil will adhere to the fabric to be sewn and cause it to sag. Therefore, the characteristics (1) and (2) above are generally required.

In such prior art, oil seeped into the impregnated member 6 fitted radially outward from the opening of the raceway 4 is radially outward due to centrifugal force while the outer hook 2 is rotating. Since the oil is under pressure in the opposite direction, only the amount of oil supplied from the oil supply passage 7 that overflows from the impregnated member 6 is discharged to the rail groove 4. Therefore, if the sewing machine stops in such a state, the oil that has soaked into the impregnation member 6 remains as it is, and the oil supply passage 7 is cut off from the atmosphere at this point, and the oil supply passage 32 and the lower shaft oil supply Road 11,
The space between the oil supply passage 7 and the impregnation member 6 is in a sealed state. Therefore, from the passage 32 to the lower shaft oil supply passage 1
The amount of oil flowing into 1 tends to be unstable and difficult to enter.

Further, oil flowing into the lower shaft oil supply passage 11 from the passage 32 is transferred to the lower shaft oil supply passage 11 as shown by the imaginary line in FIG.
While clinging to the inner wall of the outer hook 2, the oil passes through the space 12 due to the action of centrifugal force, passes through the oil supply passage 7, soaks into the impregnation member 6, and is supplied to the raceway 4 of the outer hook 2.
At this time, the oil travels while clinging to the inner wall of the lower shaft oil supply passage 11, so the oil travels from the lower shaft oil supply passage 11 to the space 1.
2 to reach the oil supply passage 7 is unstable, and the response speed is not uniform, causing trouble in sewing work.

According to the present invention, when the sewing machine is stopped, the oil supplied into the lower shaft oil supply passage of the oil tank is guided to the oil supply passage via the lower shaft oil supply passage of the outer hook rotating shaft, Therefore, as the outer hook rotates, it is immediately discharged into the raceway through the impregnating member. Therefore, the responsiveness of refueling can be significantly improved. Further, the amount of oil supplied per cycle is the value obtained by multiplying the cross-sectional area of the oil supply passage by the height of the vertical component of the adjustment hole with respect to the outer rotary hook rotation axis, so that constant oil supply per cycle can be achieved.

The adjustment knob 65 is angularly displaceable around its axis, and by angularly displacing the adjustment knob 65, the vertical height of the adjustment port 69a changes and the oil liquid in the oil tank 62 changes. You can change the surface height. Therefore, by changing the level of oil in the oil tank 62, the amount of oil flowing into the oil supply passage 49 can be adjusted. In addition, in the state shown in Fig. 1, the adjustment knob 65 is

Next, the full rotary rotary rotary hook 4 having the above configuration will be described.
The operation of 0 will be explained. When the boring work is completed and the rotation of the outer hook 41 is stopped, the drive of the pump for supplying oil is also stopped, and the passage 60 and the passage 61 are brought into communication. As shown in FIG. 4, which will be described later, during operation, oil is supplied into the oil tank 62 up to a liquid level r, and in the oil supply passage 49, there is an oil intake port 49a and an oil intake port 49a. Oil is filled only between the center position O and the center position O.

In this state, as described above, when the sewing machine is stopped, the passage 60 and the passage 61 are brought into communication with each other, and the oil in the oil tank 62 is supplied to the lower shaft of the rotary shaft 45 by the action of gravity. 57.
As a result, the oil in the oil supply passage 49 is pushed upward in the radial direction. At this time, the center position O in the oil supply passage 49 and the impregnated member 4 are connected by the air hole 50.
7 is in communication with the atmosphere, the oil in the oil supply passage 49 smoothly flows in the direction of arrow F. On the other hand, the oil level in the oil tank 62 and the adjustment hole 69 decreases, and when the oil levels in the oil supply passage 49 and the oil tank 62 reach the liquid level height r1, an equilibrium state is reached. , oil supply stops. Note that the level of the oil in the adjustment hole 69 changes depending on the level of the oil in the oil tank 62.

When the sewing machine is put into operation from the state shown in FIG. 4 1, the oil filled between the liquid level r1 and the center position O at the start of operation is drained from the outer hook, as shown in FIG. 4 2. The impregnating member 4 moves outward in the radial direction due to the centrifugal force caused by the rotation of the impregnating member 4.
7. Further, the oil flowing out from the air hole 50 moves toward the track groove 43 due to the action of centrifugal force caused by the rotation of the outer hook 41. Further, as the outer hook 41 rotates, the water flows out into the raceway 43 through the impregnation member 47 as indicated by reference numeral 81. On the other hand, while the outer hook 41 is rotating, the oil between the center position O and the oil intake port 49a flows in the oil supply direction F.
Because it receives centrifugal force in the opposite direction, the lower shaft oil supply path 5
7. The oil flowing from the space 58 and the oil intake port 49a to the center position O does not move at all, and this state is maintained until the sewing machine is stopped. Furthermore, the passage 60 and the passage 61 are connected to the outer rotor 4 after the start of operation.
Therefore, the oil in the oil tank 62 can flow from the passage 60 to the passage 61, but since the outer hook 41 rotates at 5000 to 8000 rpm, this inflow amount is is extremely small, and moreover, the oil intake port 49a relative to the rotational axis l1 mentioned above is
The centrifugal force due to the positional relationship between the two can be ignored because it acts to prevent the inflow of oil.

Incidentally, at the same time as the sewing machine starts operating, an oil supply pump (not shown) is driven and oil is supplied to the oil tank 62, thereby raising the oil level in the oil tank 62 and the adjustment hole 69, and causing the oil level to rise. It returns to the liquid level height r. Thereafter, the supplied excess oil is discharged from the adjustment port 69a, as shown in FIG. 4, which will be described later. In this way, the oil in the oil tank 62 is
The liquid level is maintained at the same level as 9a.

In this way, all the oil in the oil supply passage 49 is removed from the raceway 43.
When the oil is released into the oil supply passage 49, the oil in the oil supply passage 49 is in the state shown in FIG. 4, and the supply of oil to the raceway 43 is stopped. At this time, no oil is present in the range from the center position O of the oil supply passage 49 to the impregnation member 47. Also, the impregnation member 47
The impregnated member 47 remains impregnated with oil because it is pushed radially outward by centrifugal force.

Thereafter, this oil condition is maintained until the outer hook 41 is stopped. Note that since this is a cycle sewing machine whose operating time is approximately 5 seconds per process, if oil is supplied to the track groove 43 at the beginning of cycle operation, the outer hook 41 will not seize. When the operation period of the sewing machine has elapsed and the operation of the sewing machine is stopped, the passage 61 is aligned with the passage 60 again as shown in FIG. 4, and the drive of the oil supply pump is stopped. Similarly, oil starts flowing into the oil supply passage 49.

In this way, when the outer hook 41 is stopped, oil is supplied in the oil supply passage 49 up to the liquid level height r1, and therefore, immediately after the outer hook 41 rotates, the oil is supplied to the raceway 43.
The outer rotor 41 is extremely responsive.
is prevented from burning out. Further, the amount of oil supplied per cycle is a value obtained by multiplying the cross-sectional area S of the oil supply passage 49 by the height of the vertical component of the adjustment hole 69 with respect to the rotation axis l1, so that constant oil supply per cycle can be achieved.

In the case of a cycle sewing machine, when the sewing machine stops, the thread take-up always stops near the top dead center due to the sewing process. The outer hook 41 rotates in synchronization with the balance, so the outer hook 41 also stops at a determined phase. Therefore, in the embodiment described above, the oil supply passage 49
is made to extend along the vertical line l2 (see Figure 3) passing through the center position O, but the vertical line l2
and the extending direction of the oil supply passage 49 (the third

Effects As described above, according to the present invention, the amount of oil supplied into the oil supply passage, that is, the amount of oil supplied to the hook can be controlled by changing the liquid level height of the oil tank according to the sewing conditions. Can be adjusted. Further, the amount of oil supplied per cycle is a value obtained by multiplying the cross-sectional area of the oil supply passage by the height of the vertical component of the adjustment hole with respect to the axis of rotation, so that constant oil supply per cycle can be achieved. Furthermore, since oil flows into the oil supply passage when the outer hook is stopped, the response speed of oil supply can be improved.
