<Prior Art> Conventionally, concrete blocks with mortar decorative surfaces have been molded through the following steps. In other words, a predetermined amount of concrete material is poured into a formwork with the bottom side facing upwards and the bottom side facing upward, while applying vibration, compressive force is once applied from above using a press mold, and then cement is placed in advance. Place the surface pallet filled with mortar upside down on the compressed surface of the concrete in the formwork and press it inside out. While maintaining this pressed state, turn the frame 180 degrees, then raise the receiving stand from below and press it against the surface pallet. After that, the product was removed from the mold onto the receiving stand by releasing the above-mentioned pressing.

Although the above-described operation of the surface pallets is sometimes performed manually, a concrete block molding machine equipped with a surface pallet charging device for mechanically performing this operation is disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 53-25336.
According to this, the surface pallet charging device is attached to an outer frame that constitutes a part of the formwork, and an inner frame that constitutes another part of the formwork is attached to the outer frame via a vibration isolator. A vibrator is attached to the inner frame. The formwork is rotatably supported by reversing shafts protruding from both sides of the outer frame by bearings attached to the molding machine frame, and a separately installed rotation drive device rotates the entire formwork together with the surface pallet loading device during demolding. It is designed to be able to rotate 180°. In the surface pallet loading device, a shaft to which a support arm of an adsorption device such as a magnet is attached is passed between outer frames, and the shaft can be rotated by a rotation drive device.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> In terms of the vibration isolating effect, it is better for the vibration isolator interposed between the inner frame and the outer frame to have a low spring constant. . However, in this case, during the compression process using the press mold described above, the vibration isolator is deformed more than the allowable limit, so that it is not possible to apply a large force, resulting in a decrease in the quality of the product. Therefore, it is common practice to increase the spring constant of the vibration isolator in order to increase the pressing force in the compression process, but this causes a considerable amount of vibration to be transmitted through the vibration isolator to the outer frame and the reversing shaft. The vibration was transmitted to the bearing part and the surface pallet charging device, and this not only caused various mechanical damage, but also caused an unavoidable reduction in the vibration filling effect by causing the extra mass to vibrate. .

<Means for solving the problem> The present invention provides a concrete block molding machine equipped with a surface pallet charging device, which is rotatably attached to the molding machine frame via a vibration isolator, and is rotated in the vertical direction during molding. A protrusion having two surfaces parallel to the vibration direction is provided protrudingly on the side surface of the formwork to be vibrated, and the mounting arm for the surface pallet charging device is rotated at an outer position on the formwork rotation center line. It is attached to the molding machine frame so as to be movable, and by forming a sliding guide part on the side surface of the mounting arm that engages with two parallel surfaces of the protrusion, the formwork can be vibrated. It has been found that the vibrations are not transmitted to the surface pallet charging device, and moreover, when the formwork is rotated 180 degrees, the surface pallet charging device can also be rotated together.

Two cantilever-shaped portions 1a are provided on the frame 1 on the left and right sides. A bearing 3 is attached to each cantilever-shaped portion 1a via a vibration isolator 2, and an inversion shaft 5 detachably attached to both sides of the formwork 4 is rotatably supported. The reversing shaft 5 is connected to the formwork 4 by fitting with a dowel.
(See Figure 5). This not only facilitates accurate positioning of the reversing shaft 5, but also
Since the load on the formwork 4 is not applied to the mounting bolts 6, the number of bolts can be reduced, and the work of replacing the formwork 4 and the belt of the vibrator 7, which will be described later, can be done with vibration isolation. This can be done in a short time by slightly deforming the body 2 and removing the dowel fitting.

Attached to the reversing shaft 5 is an intermediate pulley 8 that rotates a vibrator 7, which is two unbalanced rotors mounted in parallel on the lower surface of the formwork 4. This intermediate pulley 8 forms two belt grooves, one of which is connected to an electric motor 9 fixed to the molding machine frame 1, and the other to the vibrator 7 through belt transmission. When the two unbalanced rotors, which are the vibrator 7, rotate in opposite directions to each other and synchronize, they can apply only vertical vibrations to the elastically supported formwork 4, and can only vibrate in a straight line. do. This point is true in 1973.
This is conventionally known as seen in Publication No. 31738.

One characteristic feature of the apparatus of the present invention is that, in addition to the above-mentioned reversing shaft 5, a protrusion 10 having two surfaces parallel to the linear vibration direction of the formwork 4 is provided on the side surface of the formwork 4. It is that you are. In the illustrated example, the protrusions 10 are provided on both sides of the formwork 4, but they may be provided on only one side.
Further, although the protrusion 10 is provided above the reversal shaft 5, it may be provided below. If the protrusion 10 is below the reversing shaft 5, it is possible to take out the formwork 4 downward and replace the formwork while keeping the open side of the formwork 4 facing upward. If it is on the upper side, it is better to turn it over so that the opening side of the form faces downward so as not to hit the intermediate pulley 8.

As is clear from FIG. 5, the mold reversing mechanism has fixed shafts 11 disposed on the lateral extension of the reversing shafts 5 on both sides of the mold 4, that is, the center line of rotation of the mold. A sprocket 12 is attached to a fixed shaft 11 fixed to the molding machine frame 1.
A surface pallet charging device mounting arm 13 integrated with the sprocket 12 is rotatably mounted.
A sliding guide portion 14 that engages with two parallel opposing surfaces of the projection 10 is attached to the surface pallet loading device mounting arm 13. Then, by attaching the chain 15 to the sprocket 12 and making it possible to rotate the chain 15 in either forward or reverse direction using the two cylinders 16, 16, the surface pallet charging device mounting arm 13 can be rotated 180 degrees around the fixed shaft 11.゜Make it reversible. During the rotation of the mounting arm 13, the engagement relationship between the protrusion 10 and the sliding guide portion 14 is maintained continuously.
The formwork 4 will also pivot together with the mounting arm 13.

In addition, the material supply hopper 2 is a related device.
3. Although the material feeding box device 24, the pressing device 25, the receiving table device 26, and the product conveyor 27 are illustrated, the receiving table device 26 will be explained here. A cylinder 28 is suspended and supported on a molding machine frame 1, and a roller 29 is rotatably attached to the piston rod end of the cylinder 28. A wire 30 with one end fixed to the molding machine frame 1 is wound around this roller 29, and then wound around a roller 32 provided on a shaft 31 rotatably passed between the frames, and the other end is fixed to this roller 32. wear. A larger roller 33 is attached to both ends of the shaft 31, and one end of another wire 34 is fixed thereto. The two left and right wires 34 hang down through guide rollers 35, and the lower ends of the wires are fixed to both sides of the lifting table 36. The lifting table 36 can be moved vertically by two guide bars 37 vertically disposed on the molding machine frame 1, and a receiving table 38 is attached to the upper surface thereof. Thus, when the piston rod of the cylinder 28 extends downward, the receiving base 38 rises, and when vice versa, it falls. 39 indicates a molded product.

<Effects> According to the present invention, the protrusions provided on the formwork and the sliding guides provided on the mounting arm of the surface pallet charging device have the mutual relationship as described above, so that when the formwork is vibrated, the vertical Directional vibrations can be prevented from being transmitted to the surface pallet charging device. Further, when the concrete in the formwork is compressed by the pressing mold, the formwork is pushed down, but the surface pallet charging device can be eliminated. Moreover, since the bearing that supports the reversing shaft of the formwork is attached to the molding machine frame via a vibration isolator, the vibration isolator only needs to be determined by taking into account the conditions during compressive deformation and the vibration isolation effect. There is no need to consider the input device. Furthermore, when replacing the formwork, the protrusion does not pose any problem when removing the formwork downward.

In addition, since the formwork and the mounting arm of the surface pallet charging device are made rotatable on the same axis, the engagement relationship between the above-mentioned protrusion and the sliding guide part is as described above, on both sides of the formwork or on one side of the formwork. This means that it can be maintained continuously even while the formwork is rotating. Therefore, in the illustrated example, by reversing the surface pallet charging device mounting arm side by 180 degrees, the formwork can also be reversed together.
Apart from this, it goes without saying that by actively inverting the formwork side by 180 degrees, the surface pallet charging device mounting arm may also be inverted at the same time. The mutual relationship between the formwork and the surface pallet charging device thus maintains a constant fixed relationship even during inversion, so that when the surface pallet charging device is activated, the surface pallet is always correctly inverted onto the compressed concrete surface in the formwork. Can be pressed.
