【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は複写機のトナーホツパー内のトナー残
量が少なくなつたことを検知するトナー残量検知

は磁石7を取付ける。またこの磁石7の回動通過
位置の下方のホツパー1の側壁にはリードスイツ
チまたはホール素子等の磁気検知スイツチ8を設

回転軸の回転にともない前記磁石が前記磁気セン
サ上を通過する際の磁石と磁気センサとの距離が
トナーの残量に応じて変化するようにしたことを

スイツチまたはホール素子等の磁気検知スイツチ

8に近接し、磁気検知スイツチ8はONの状態と
なる。一方第2図aに示すようにトナーホツパー
1内にトナー2が十分満たされている場合は回転
軸5が回転すると回動部材11はトナーの抵抗に
よつて回転方向に対して後方に押され磁石7が磁
気検知スイツチ8上を通過する際には回動部材1
1は鉛直方向に対してある角度を有することにな
る。従つて磁石7と磁気検知スイツチ8との間隔
はトナー2が空の時より離れており、磁気検知ス
イツチ8はOFFの状態のままである。すなわち
回転軸5の回転によりトナー2の抵抗を利用する
ことによりトナー2の有無を検知することが出来
