It is lighter than other deck boards and has excellent chemical resistance and moisture resistance due to its synthetic resin properties, but if the deck board has low bending rigidity, ribs etc. are provided on the deck board to reinforce it. .

When interrupted and loaded, the amount of deflection of the interrupted portion of the rib increases and deforms. Furthermore, since the ribs are installed in one direction, there is a directional difference in rigidity, and the insertion direction of the fork is limited to one direction, that is, it is limited to two-way insertion, and four-way insertion cannot be applied due to the rigidity balance. In addition, the supporting legs are easily damaged by the forks, and in this case, they cannot be replaced and the life of the pallet is short.

A fork is inserted into the gap C between the ground plane G and the ground plane G from the direction A or B or the opposite direction. As shown in FIG. 2, the back surface of the deck board 1 is alternately formed with hollow ribs 4 that continuously extend radially from the center to the outer edge, and groove portions 5. It is arranged by being screwed together.

However, the cross section of the rib 4 is not limited to the one shown in the drawings, but may have a shape as shown in FIG. 7a or b. The thickness of the ribs 4 is approximately determined by the set weight of the pallet, and the number of ribs to be formed is preferably as large as possible within the moldable range.

る。 Next, the supporting leg 2 is screwed together with the rib 4 and the threaded portion 3 provided on the supporting leg 2, as shown in Fig. 4, but the joining method is not limited to screwing, but fitting parts of matching shapes are used. It may be a fitted or bolted connection, but is preferably a threaded connection. In addition, supporting leg 2
The shape is not limited to that shown in the drawings, and may be, for example, cylindrical, truncated cone, polygon, ellipse, digit shape, etc., and the material may be plastic, wood, metal, etc., but hollow molding or Plastics that can be processed by injection molding are preferred, especially for the support legs 2.
In order to obtain a special cushion in which the voids 7 are filled with air or polyurethane foam, it is preferable to use plastic by blow molding. Further, the supporting leg 2 is replaced with a supporting leg 2' having threaded portions 3' on the upper and lower sides in which the upper and lower screw directions are reversed as shown in FIG.
By screwing these together, it is possible to create a pallet using both upper and lower flat plates as shown in FIG.

The reinforcing material may be anything that is lightweight and highly rigid; for example, it may be made of wood including plywood, hard urethane foam, hard polyvinyl chloride, etc. It can be installed on the entire back surface or around the supporting legs, or it can be installed on the entire back surface or around the supporting legs, or It can be installed in a strip like this. The installation of this reinforcing material further improves the rigidity of the deck board.

Examples include styrene resins such as polystyrene, acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, polyamide resins, and polyester resins, but polyolefin resins, especially polyolefin resins, are preferred from the viewpoint of physical properties of pallets and economic efficiency. High density polyethylene is preferred. In addition,
These resins may contain antioxidants, ultraviolet absorbers, blowing agents, dyes, pigments, and organic or inorganic fillers, if necessary.

It will not be interrupted at this part. Moreover, since these ribs are arranged radially from the center of the deck board, uniform load-bearing strength is obtained no matter which direction the fork is inserted, and it greatly adds resistance to bending of the deck board when inserted in all directions. This increases bending rigidity and prevents deformation due to load. Further, since the support legs can be made detachable, the life of the pallet is extended because the support legs can be replaced if they are damaged by a fork or the like. Further, since the upper surface of the deck board can be made flat without forming ribs, in this case, dirt and the like will not accumulate there, making it sanitary. Furthermore, the deck board is formed by blow molding, which is economical because the mold is lighter and easier to manufacture than injection molding, and the molding pressure is lower.
