In this conventional example, a single large deck board is formed by combining multiple synthetic resin hollow molded members. If you try to obtain a single hollow deck board in order to avoid the trouble of such combinations, you will have to Deck boards may have low bending rigidity, so reinforcing ribs and the like is a particularly important element.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention consists of a combination of a hollow deck board integrally formed by a hollow molding method and a support leg attached to the hollow deck board, and a plurality of first concave ribs are provided in parallel on the upper surface plate of the hollow deck board. The gist is that a plurality of second concave ribs orthogonal to the first concave ribs are provided in parallel on the bottom plate that is integrally continuous with the face plate via the side plate, and the first and second ribs are crimped at the bottom. It is something.

According to the present invention, since the hollow deck board and the support leg are formed separately and combined, the rib is not interrupted at the support leg part because the deck board and the support leg are integrally molded in the same mold. As a result, there is no fear that the amount of deflection of the interrupted portion of the rib will increase and deform when a supporting load is applied by a fork or the like. Moreover, the ribs are not limited to one direction, but are provided perpendicularly between the upper and lower plates of the pallet, so there is no difference in direction of rigidity, and appropriate rigidity can be obtained depending on the direction in which the forks are inserted. Not that there isn't.

Examples include styrene resins such as polystyrene, acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, polyamide resins, and polyester resins, but polyolefin resins, especially polyolefin resins, are preferred from the viewpoint of physical properties of pallets and economic efficiency. High density polyethylene or ethylene-propylene copolymers are preferred. Note that these resins may contain antioxidants, ultraviolet absorbers, blowing agents, dyes, pigments, and organic or inorganic fillers, if necessary.

On the other hand, since the deck board 1 on which the fork comes into contact is provided with a first concave rib 4 and a second concave rib 6 that are orthogonal to each other, no matter which direction the fork is inserted, the fork will be inserted at right angles to the fork. There are ribs that provide rigidity against bending loads.

In this case, the bolt 13 can be rotated as an axis to deflect the impact. Furthermore, the sheet 7 prevents this claw from slipping.

As mentioned above, the synthetic resin pallet of the present invention has ribs perpendicular to the top and bottom plates of the hollow deck board, so the ribs are not biased in one direction, making it possible to use a fork in all directions. It can exhibit uniform strength. Further, since ribs are provided on both the top plate and the bottom plate, the arrangement of the ribs does not have to be complicated, and the structure of the mold can be relatively simple. Furthermore, since the upper and lower ribs are integrally continuous in the circumferential and longitudinal directions of the deck board, sufficient strength can be exhibited even with pallets made of synthetic resin.
