[Problems to be Solved] However, in the flat yarns and monofilament yarns used in these yarns, both the warp and weft are made of a single material, and the intersection of the warp and weft is not bonded.

As a result, the thread spacing may be relatively large, creating a net-like shape, and the bond between the warp and warp threads is weak, resulting in scratches or unraveling at the ends of the product, especially at the cut ends. Therefore, in order to prevent these misalignments and unraveling, it has been necessary to perform some kind of processing such as sewing or adhesive processing.

Therefore, it was decided to thermally bond the intersections of thermoplastic resin flat yarns or monofilament yarns used for the warp and weft yarns. There is a risk that the stretching effect and strength will be reduced, and when used after heat-sealing, the strength of the heat-sealed portion will be poor and there will be problems with durability.

In view of the above, the present invention uses a flat yarn or monofilament yarn with a special composite structure for both the weft and warp yarns, thereby making it possible to thermally bond the intersecting portions of the weft and warp yarns to form a strong bond, thereby preventing misalignment and edges. It is an object of the present invention to provide a net-like material that does not unravel, is easily heat-sealable, has sufficient strength, is excellent in durability, and can be suitably used for various purposes.

[Means for Solving the Problems] As a means for solving the above problems, the present invention provides a flat yarn with a three-layer structure, in which the polymer melting point or softening point of the outer layer is 10° C. higher than the polymer melting point or softening point of the core layer. It is characterized in that it is made by weaving a composite flat yarn consisting of the above-described lower yarns for both warp and warp yarns, and thermally bonding the intersections of the warp and warp yarns at a temperature equal to or higher than the softening point of the polymer in the outer layer.

In addition, in place of the composite flat yarn described above, the present invention provides a monofilament yarn having a two-layer structure of a core and sheath, which has a polymer melting point or softening point of the sheath layer that is lower than the polymer melting point or softening point of the core layer by 10°C or more. It is also possible to weave a composite monofilament yarn consisting of warp and weft yarns, and thermally bond the intersections of the weft and warp yarns at a temperature higher than the softening point of the polymer in the sheath layer.

Furthermore, the present invention uses the composite flat yarn as one yarn of the warp and warp yarns and the composite monofilament yarn as the other yarn, and weaves both the warp and weft yarns at a temperature equal to or higher than the softening point of the polymer of the outer layer or sheath layer. The intersection can also be thermally bonded.

According to the net-like article of the present invention having the structure described in "Function C" 1, the weft and weft yarns are arranged such that at their intersections, the outer layers of the composite flat yarn or the sheath layers of the composite monofilament yarn are bonded to each other. The outer layer and the sheath layer are integrally bonded to each other. Therefore, even though the comparison piece has a coarse net shape, there is no risk of the opening becoming loose or the edges of the fabric coming undone. Moreover, since the warp and warp yarns are joined by the outer layer or sheath layer, the strength required for use can be maintained without reducing the effect of stretching the core layer or the core layer.

In addition, in the heat sealing process according to the usage of the net-like material, since the outer layer or sheath layer of the composite flat yarn or composite monofilament yarn used for both warp and weft yarns appears on the surface, the softening point is lower than that of the composite flat yarn or composite monofilament yarn. Even if the high core layer or core layer is not affected, it can be easily heat-sealed by the outer layer or sheath layer, and the strength of the sealed portion can also be ensured by the core layer or the like.

The composite flat yarn (1) is composed of a polymer in which the outer layer (1a) has a polymer melting point or softening point that is 10°C or more lower than the polymer joint point or softening point of the core layer (1b), and this composite flat yarn (1) After weaving, the outer layer (1a) is heated to a temperature above the polymer softening point of the outer layer (1a), preferably below the polymer melting point of the core layer (1b).
In a softened state of 1a), the intersection part (2) of both warp and weft yarns is bonded by bonding the outer layers (la) and (la).

The composite flat yarn (1) used in the net-like material (A) is produced by, for example, supplying the respective molten polymers of the outer layer and the core layer to one die, and fusing each polymer layer inside the die. It is obtained by forming a film, slitting the obtained multilayer film to a certain width, and further stretching this to impart strength. In some cases, the multilayer film described above is uniaxially stretched and then slit into narrow widths.

In the case of this net-like material, since the weft and weft yarns or their intersections (2) are thermally bonded by the outer layer (1a) of the composite flat yarn (1), no misalignment occurs, and the ends of the weft and weft yarns due to cutting etc. There is no risk of unraveling, and the core layer (LLB) is not affected by thermal bonding to a large extent.
This provides sufficient strength. Especially the outer layer (1a
), it becomes easy to heat-seal the net-like material itself, and there is no fear that the strength of the sealed portion will decrease.

In addition, the above composite monofilament yarn (11) is produced by supplying the molten polymers of both the core and sheath layers to one die, fusing the core and sheath layers inside the die, and then drawing the composite monofilament yarn (11), as in the case of the above composite flat yarn. It is obtained by stretching a monofilament to add strength. The outer sheath layer (lla) and lla do not necessarily have to be made of one type of polymer, as long as they contain a polymer whose melting point is 10°C or more lower than the melting point of the core layer (llb). As the material used for the layer (llb), the same polymer as in the case of the above-mentioned composite flat yarn can be exemplified.

The composite flat yarn obtained in Example 2 was made black by adding a pigment to the weft, and the composite monofilament yarn obtained in Example 2 was used as the warp to weave, and this was woven in a heating machine at 110°C. The crossing portions of both warp and weft threads were thermally bonded to obtain a net-like product as shown in Fig. 4.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, in the net-like article of the present invention, both the weft and weft threads are integrally joined at their intersections, so even if the openings are quite large, the net-like article of the present invention cannot be woven. Coupled with this, there is no possibility of scratches, and there is no unraveling at the ends, particularly at the cut ends, so that a predetermined net condition can be maintained well. In particular, it can be bonded to the center layer or core of a composite flat yarn or composite monofilament yarn without much influence of thermal adhesion, and does not reduce the effect of stretching, thereby retaining sufficient strength and excellent durability.

Furthermore, since the outer layer or sheath layer appears on the surface of the net-like article, it is easy to heat-seal the net-like article when processing it into a bag, and the sealing portion can also maintain sufficient strength.

Therefore, the net-like material of the present invention is suitable for "double agricultural use,"
It can be widely and suitably used in various fields such as civil engineering and construction, daily necessities, and industrial materials.
