Moreover, in the case of a wall such as a seawall or an oil embankment, a brim-like part b is formed at the top of the wall a to project outward on one or both sides, as shown in FIG. In addition, there are an increasing number of structures in which the height H of the wall a changes depending on the location, and therefore the height h from the ground to the jaw part b also changes. The current situation is that such structures cannot be constructed using particularly large moving formwork.

is provided. The connection member 5 may be formed by connecting a rod or the like to the lower end of the vertical butterfly 1b as shown in the figure, but it may also be formed by extending the vertical butterfly 1b downward, or may be formed by other suitable connections. The member may be provided in a protruding manner. Furthermore, a portion for receiving the connection member 5 is formed at the upper end of the lower formwork B1 . Normally, C-shaped materials are often used singly or in combination for vertical flaps, so if the connecting member 5 is formed of a flat plate, etc., it can be made by combining two C-shaped materials or a concave part. In such a case, it is preferable to create a gap in the mating portion and insert it into that gap.

This jack 8 shown in the figure is a so-called screw type jack, and the jack 8 is a so-called screw type jack, and the jack 8 has a guide hole 1 along the longitudinal direction.
A threaded rod 12 is provided in the cylinder body 10 provided with the threaded rod 1,
A nut protruding from the elongated hole of the pin 9 is screwed onto the screw rod 12, and by rotating the screw rod 12, the pin 9 is moved in the longitudinal direction through the nut. The mechanism of this screw-type jack 8 is also applied to other jacks to be described later, so a detailed explanation of those jacks will be omitted. Further, it goes without saying that the jack 8 and other jacks to be described later can be replaced with hydraulic jacks.

Now, as described above, the upper formwork B 2 and the lower formwork B 1 are engaged by the connecting member 4 and are connected to each other by the jacks 8, and the screw rods 12 of the jacks 8 are operated. This allows them to slide vertically relative to each other. That is, by rotating the threaded rod 12, the pin 9 slides up and down, thereby expanding and contracting the distance between the brackets 6 and 7, so that the upper formwork B2 is moved closer to the lower formwork B. It will be moved up or down relative to 1 . And the upper formwork
When B 2 and lower formwork B 1 are set with a vertical interval, a gap will be created between the weir plates 3a and 3b of both formworks B 1 and B 2 , but this If so, adjust the width of the weir plate 3c to close the gap.
For example, the connecting member 5 is used to attach the connecting member 5. Therefore, this adjustment shear plate 3c is attached to the upper formwork.
Needless to say, the size of the gap created by the vertical movement of B 2 will vary depending on the size of the gap. Traveling casters 13, 13 are provided at the lower portions of the form bodies A, B, respectively. As shown in detail in the enlarged view of FIG. 5, the traveling caster 13 has a leg 15 having a wheel 14 at the lower end, which is provided in a cylindrical body 16 so that its height can be adjusted by rotating a threaded rod 17. A plurality of bodies 18 are connected, and a jack 20 is attached between these legs 18 so as to be orthogonal thereto. The casters 13 are attached to the formwork bodies A and B by attaching the upper end of the castor 13 to the brackets 19 provided on the formwork bodies A and B using pins 43.
This is done by connecting the ends of the jacks 20 of the caster 13 to the formwork bodies A and B with pins 44. Therefore, by operating the jack 20, that is, by rotating the threaded rod 21, the traveling caster 13 and the form bodies A and B are tilted relative to each other about the pin 43, and By rotating the screw rod 17 of the leg body 18, the leg 15 expands and contracts, and its height can be freely adjusted.

The upper ends of the formwork bodies A and B are arranged such that the spacing between them can be freely adjusted by means of a spacing adjustment rod 24 provided with a jack 23, and the formwork bodies A and B are also arranged relative to each other in the vertical direction. It is configured to be movable. That is, one end of a spacing adjustment rod 24 is attached to one form body A by a pin 25, and a pin 26, on which the movement of a jack 23 provided at the other end of the rod 24 is adjusted, is attached to the other mold body A. connected to frame B,
By rotating the screw rod 27 of the jack, the distance between the formworks A and B can be adjusted. Further, a connecting rod 28 with one end fixed to the formwork body B is provided protrudingly below the interval adjusting rod 24,
A horizontally elongated hole 29 is provided at the tip thereof, and a vertically elongated hole 30 is provided in a member such as the vertical butterfly 1 of the formwork A near the intersection of the connecting rod 28 and the formwork body. The horizontally elongated hole 29 and the vertically elongated hole 30 are connected by a pin 31 passing through them so as to be rotatable and slidable in the horizontal and vertical directions.

Therefore, even if both formwork bodies A and B are adjusted in height by operating the jack 8 of formwork body B and expanding and contracting the upper formwork B1 up and down with respect to the lower formwork B2 , The horizontally elongated hole 29 of the connecting rod 28 and the vertically elongated hole 30 of the formwork A are maintained in a connected state via pins 31 so as to be movable in the vertical direction, and the relative spacing can be adjusted freely by the spacing adjustment rod 24. It is designed so that it can be adjusted.

Next, to explain how to use the device of the present invention, in use, rails D and D are installed parallel to the wall on both sides of the wall to be constructed on the base C, and the formwork is A and B have wheels 1 on these rails D and D.
4 and 14, and furthermore, the outer end of the overhanging rod 32 is placed on a pedestal 41 placed on the base C, and although not shown, a counterway is placed on it or an anchor is placed on it. Fix it on the base C. At this time, the verticality of the formwork body B is determined by the jack 37 provided on the adjustment rod 36.
Rotate the screw rod 40 to adjust. Further, depending on the height of the jaw portion b of the wall to be constructed, the upper formwork B1 is adjusted up or down by operating the jack 8 of the formwork body B. Then, by operating the jack 23 at the upper end of the formwork, both formwork bodies A and B are set at a predetermined interval, and a separator or the like 42 is installed between both formwork bodies A and B, and the formwork is closed. It is set.

As shown in Figure 2, a formwork is set and concrete is poured, and once the concrete has hardened, it is removed from the form. To do this, first, adjust the jacks 23 of the spacing adjustment rods 24 at the upper end of the formwork. The upper part of the form body A is opened outward by operation, and then the jack 37 of the adjustment rod 36 connected to the form body B is operated to open the upper part of the form body B outward. Next, the legs 18 of the traveling casters 13, 13 provided at the bottom of the formwork bodies A, B
, and then lift the formwork slightly, apply the weight of the formwork to the casters 13, and then operate the jacks 20 to pull the lower parts of the formwork A and B toward the rails D and D. , the lower parts of form bodies A and B will be separated from the poured concrete. In this case, the traveling casters 13 will tilt somewhat around the pin 43, but this pulling distance is small, and therefore the tilt of the traveling casters 13, 13 is also only slight. There is no fear that this will cause any practical problems. Furthermore, as the lower part of the form body B is demolded, the overhanging rod 32 also moves outward, but in this case, for example, a caster or the like is attached to the lower surface of the outer end of the overhanging rod 32 and the overhanging rod 32 is moved outward. By disengaging the rod 32 from the anchor, it can be easily moved by rolling the casters. In addition, installing casters in this way is effective in moving the entire formwork.

The formwork bodies A and B that have been demolded are lifted by extending the legs 18 of the traveling casters 13 and 13, respectively, and their lower ends are sufficiently separated from the base C, so they remain in that state. If it is pushed forward by appropriate means, it will be carried along rail D to the next construction position. Then, the traveling casters 13, jacks 20, 23, etc. are operated again to set the predetermined construction state, and by repeating these operations, the construction of the horizontally long wall with jaws is progressed. You can go there.

As explained above, in the present invention, at least one of a pair of formwork bodies used for constructing a concrete wall is constituted by an upper formwork and a lower formwork, and the upper formwork is connected to the lower formwork. In addition to being connected to the formwork so that it can be moved up and down, the pair of formwork bodies are connected to each other at their upper ends so that the gap between the forms can be adjusted and can be slid up and down, so that the wall to be constructed can Even if the height changes in the length direction, not only can the height of the formwork be expanded and contracted up and down accordingly to adapt to the construction, but it is also possible to adapt to the construction, especially when building walls such as sea walls and oil embankments. For structures with a protruding jaw at the top, the upper formwork formed to match the shape of the jaw can be moved up and down even when the height of the jaw changes. Adjust and
It can be adapted to the construction and can be easily adjusted, and since the pair of formwork bodies are connected to each other at the upper part,
When moving using a traveling platform vehicle, crane, etc., both formwork bodies can be moved simultaneously as a unit without having to move each formwork individually, so setting, resetting, and moving the formwork is efficient and safe. This makes it possible to apply highly efficient large-scale movable formwork to the continuous construction of walls, especially walls with special shapes such as those with jaw-shaped parts, thereby increasing construction efficiency and reducing construction costs. It has many excellent effects such as:
