Description

[Detailed Description of the Invention] This invention relates to a double-sewn curtain, and more particularly to a double-sewn curtain for use in automobile windows.

Conventionally, single-layer curtains have been used, especially for automobile windows. As a result, the folded ends of the curtains are visible and look unsightly.
When the curtains are stretched, there is a lack of storage space for the curtain bands, and the metal hooks that are fixed to the curtain bands tend to damage the window surface. This invention provides a curtain characterized in that the surfaces of the two curtain fabrics are facing outward, the curtain fabrics are fixed to each other on two sides, and one end of the curtain band is fixed between the curtain fabrics and inside the non-fixed side. The purpose is to eliminate the above drawbacks.

It is sufficient to sew only the two parallel fixed sides 4, 4' of the four sides of the curtain fabrics 2, 2', and to sew only at the sewing points 6 at appropriate intervals. When sewing, sew in two rows only near the non-fixed sides 5 and 5' for the curtain rail guide.

In this embodiment, one end of the curtain band 3 to be sewn is sewn to the inner surface of the pleats 7 of the curtain fabric 2. When configured in this way, the curtain band 3 has strength against tension.

Hooks 8 are fixed near both ends of the curtain band 3, and are used to fix the curtain body 1 by turning it around the curtain body 1 when it is folded.

When this invention is used for automobile windows, as shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, a curtain rail 1 is inserted parallel to the automobile window trim 9 and fixed at the center by holders 10, 10'.
Two curtain bodies 1 are respectively locked to 1 and 11' for use.

Therefore, when the curtain body 1 is stretched, the curtain band 3 is stored between the curtain fabrics 2 and 2' and is not exposed outside, especially from the non-fixed side of the curtain, and the outer fabric is always facing outward. It has an excellent aesthetic appearance and since the hooks 8 are not exposed on the surface of the curtain, the hooks 8 do not damage the window glass. When the curtain body is folded, each pleat 5 is pulled together, so that the end of the curtain band is naturally exposed from the non-fixed side of the curtain body, making it suitable for binding the curtain body 1 with the curtain band 3.
