Conventionally, in coffee mills, the astringent skin peels off when coffee beans break during grinding operation.
If this astringent skin was then cut into small pieces along with the coffee beans and mixed into the coffee powder, the coffee liquid extracted from the coffee powder would have a strong bitterness and astringency, resulting in a poor taste.
Therefore, we focused on the fact that the thin and light astringent skin is blown up by the wind generated inside the case due to the rotation of the crushing body, and in recent years, we have installed an astringent skin collection chamber at the top of the case and an astringent skin intake at the bottom of this astringent skin collection chamber. A device is provided in which the astringent skins blown upward as described above are taken into the astringent skin collection chamber through the astringent skin intake port.

However, in the case where the astringent skin collection chamber is provided, the collection of astringent skin relies on the wind generated by the rotation of the crusher, so the amount of astringent skin that can be taken into the astringent skin collection chamber is small, and moreover, the amount of astringent skin that can be taken into the astringent skin collection chamber is small. The astringent skin may be returned to the case by the wind, so the recovery rate of the astringent skin is generally low, and a large amount of astringent skin remains in the produced coffee powder.

In this invention, a friction member that rotates together with the grinding body is provided in the case, and a static electricity generating member is provided in contact with this friction member, so that the static electricity generating member is rubbed by the friction member during grinding operation to generate static electricity. Static electricity is generated in the member, and this static electricity causes the astringent skins of coffee beans to be attracted to the static electricity generating member, and the focus is on the fact that the astringent skins are peeled off from almost all coffee beans in the early stages of grinding operation. A timer device is provided to cut off the power to the motor at least once during the crushing operation, and the wind generated by the rotation of the crushing body inside the case is temporarily weakened by temporarily stopping the crushing body, and during this period, the wind generated by the rotation of the crushing body is temporarily weakened. This allows the astringent skin to be adsorbed to the static electricity generating member without being disturbed by the wind.

に貯留される。 Next, the operation of the above configuration will be explained. When extracting coffee liquid, the case 12 and the water storage tank 5 are filled with coffee beans and water in advance, and set in the state shown in FIG. 1. Then, when the knob 28 is rotated to a desired time position and the start button 29 is pressed, the timer device 26 starts timing operation and the contacts d and b of the cam switch 27 are closed.
energization is started, the cutter 18 is rotated, and the crushing operation is started. Then, the coffee beans in the case 12 are crushed by the rotation of the cutter 18, and the astringent skin is peeled off from the coffee beans. At the same time, the nylon brushes 21 and 22 fixed to the cutter 18 also rotate, so that the static electricity generating member 23
The lower surface is rubbed by the upper ends of both brushes 21 and 22, and static electricity is generated in the static electricity generating member 23, and this static electricity generates an adsorption force in the static electricity generating member 23 to attract thin and light objects such as astringent skin. become. However, while the cutter 18 is rotating, a strong spiral wind is generated within the case 12 by the cutter 18, so the force exerted by this wind on the astringent skin is greater than the adhesion force due to static electricity of the static electricity generation member 23. As a result, the static electricity generating member 2
The adsorption rate of astringent skin to 3 becomes low. On the other hand, the astringent skin peels off from the coffee beans for several seconds after the start of the grinding operation, and during this period, the astringent skin peels off from almost all coffee beans. Then, several seconds after the start of the crushing operation, the contacts d and b of the cam switch 27 of the timer device 26 are opened, and the motor 11 is cut off. Then, since the cutter 18 stops, the wind inside the case 12 is suddenly weakened. When the motor 11 is cut off, the brushes 21 and 22 also stop, but the static electricity generating member 23 continues to be charged with static electricity, so if the wind is suddenly weakened as described above, the astringent skin will be affected by the wind. The static electricity generated by the static electricity generating member 23 attracts it from the intake port 24 toward the upper surface of the static electricity generating member 23 or toward the lower surface of the static electricity generating member 23, where it is attracted and held. Therefore, when the motor 11 is powered off, a large amount of astringent skin is efficiently attracted to the static electricity generating member 23. After the motor 11 is de-energized for a predetermined period of time, the contacts d and b of the cam switch 27 are closed again to energize the motor 11, and the coffee beans are ground even more finely. Thereafter, the opening and closing of contact pieces d and b are repeated several times, and the motor 11 is intermittently cut off, and the astringent skin is efficiently attracted to the static electricity generating member 23 every time the motor 11 is cut off. Coffee beans are gradually ground into fine particles. Then, in the final stage of the grinding operation, the contact pieces d and b are continuously closed, the motor 11 is continuously energized, and the coffee beans are finally ground into coffee powder of a desired particle size. When the elapsed time of the crushing operation as described above reaches a preset time, the contact piece d-b is opened and the motor 11 is de-energized, and then the contact piece d-b is disconnected.
C is closed and the sheathed heater 8 of the hot water generation mechanism 6
is energized. Then, the water supplied from the water storage tank 5 to the heating pipe 9 is heated and hot water is generated.
This hot water rises from the heating pipe 9 to the hot water supply pipe 10 due to boiling pressure, is discharged from the hot water supply pipe 10 onto the hot water diffuser 19, and is discharged from the hot water pouring hole 20 into the case 12.
drip inside. The dropped hot water passes through the coffee powder and the filter 14 and is extracted as coffee liquid, flows out from the extraction port 16 and is stored in the bottle 17.

できる。 According to this embodiment, the brushes 21 and 22 and the static electricity generating member 23 are provided in the case 12, and when the motor 11 is energized, the brushes 21 and 22 rub against the static electricity generating member 23 to generate static electricity. In this system, attention is paid to the fact that the astringent skin is peeled off from almost all coffee beans in the initial stage of the grinding operation, and the motor 11 is temporarily cut off by a timer device 26 at a predetermined time during the grinding operation. Therefore, by temporarily stopping the cutter 18 during the crushing operation, case 1 can be solved.
The wind inside 2 is temporarily and rapidly weakened, and during this time, the astringent skin can be adsorbed to the static electricity generating member 23 without being disturbed by the wind, and the recovery rate of the astringent skin can be increased.
This allows you to extract delicious coffee liquid with less bitterness and astringency.

期の目的を充分に達成し得る。 In addition, in the above embodiment, the timer device 2 is activated during the crushing operation.
6, the motor 11 is de-energized several times, so that the astringent skin that was buried in the coffee beans and was not collected when the motor 11 was de-energized the first time, and the astringent skin that has not yet been peeled off from the coffee beans, is transferred to the motor for the second and subsequent times. 11 when the electricity is cut off, the astringent skin can be adsorbed to the static electricity generating member 23, and the recovery rate of astringent skin can be further increased.
However, the present invention does not necessarily require the timer device 26 to cut off the power to the motor 11 several times; for example, the initial objective can be sufficiently achieved even if the motor 11 is cut off only once.

The recovery rate of astringent skin can be further increased. In this case, as an example of the electric braking means, the motor 11
A configuration is conceivable in which the windings of the timer device 26 are short-circuited when the timer device 26 is opened. On the other hand, as an example of mechanical braking means, a brake shoe is provided on the rotor of the motor 11 and a brake plate is provided on the motor frame side, and when the motor 11 is cut off, the brake shoe is pressed against the brake plate, and the motor 11 is A conceivable configuration is that when the brake shoe is energized, the rotor is moved by magnetic thrust to separate the brake shoe from the brake plate.
