た。 Conventionally, various methods have been published to protect building materials from fire, but the applicant previously published an article titled "Improved Sheet and Fireproof Insulating Panel Using the Same" (Japanese Patent Application No. 51-66724). ) invented a fire-resistant insulation panel containing an improved sheet in which heat-expandable particles that foam at high temperatures are adhered to the sheet at appropriate intervals in the form of drops or lines in a synthetic resin foam. However, it was later discovered that this method had the following drawbacks in its implementation.

However, if there are pinholes or cracks, particulate components will leak out through them, causing corrosion of the surface material, and even if there are no pinholes or cracks, the protective layer will be damaged. It is technically difficult to make the film uniform, and an uneven film can develop small cracks as it expands and contracts over many years due to temperature changes, causing similar damage. ing.

できる。 The panel according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of a panel A according to the present invention, in which 1 is a surface material, 2 is a synthetic resin molded product, 3 is a liner material, and 4 is a sheet. To explain further, the surface material 1 is a thin metal plate, such as a colored steel plate, an aluminum plate, a stainless steel plate, a copper plate, etc., and is formed into a predetermined shape as shown in FIG. be. The synthetic resin molded product 2 is filled and laminated on the back surface of the surface material 1, and is made of synthetic resin foam,
For example, it is made of polyurethane foam, polyisocyanurate foam, phenol foam, urea foam, etc., or a mixture of these with various additives, and functions as a core material of panel A and also as a heat insulating layer. The liner material 3 constitutes the back surface of the panel A, and is made of existing sheet materials such as kraft paper, gypsum paper, synthetic resin film, metal foil, and nonwoven fabric. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 2, the sheet 4 includes a film 4a made of a plastic film having high chemical resistance such as polyethylene, vinylidene chloride, vinyl chloride, polyamide, etc.
4b, in an appropriate number sequence and at appropriate intervals (usually 10
~20 mm) encapsulated heat-expandable inorganic particles (hereinafter simply referred to as inorganic particles) 4c are uniformly scattered and encapsulated. To explain further, the inorganic particles 4c are selected from borates such as borax and sodium metaborate, silicates such as sodium silicate and sodium metasilicate, or phosphates such as dibasic sodium phosphate and sodium metaphosphate. A type of alone,
Alternatively, it is made by molding a mixture of two or more kinds into granules, or it is made by impregnating this chemical into pearlite particles. Both of these products start to foam and expand when heated to high temperatures, creating a highly fire-resistant dense product. It has the property of forming a foam layer. This inorganic particle 4
As shown in FIG. 2, c is placed between the films 4a and 4b, and is enclosed and held by the films 4a and 4b, so that even if the sheet 4 is placed on panel A, it will not be evenly distributed. It is possible to do so. Therefore, when the panel A is heated from the outside during a fire, etc., the inorganic particles 4c start foaming and fill the voids in the surrounding burned and carbonized synthetic resin molded product 2, and finally Since the foamed materials are interconnected and a dense ceramic-like foamed layer with strong fire resistance is uniformly formed, this foamed layer can prevent the heat of the fire from reaching the back surface of the panel A. It can fully demonstrate its function as a fireproof insulation panel. Further, the inorganic particles 4c are attached to the films 4a, 4.
Since it is sealed by B, there is no contact with the outside air and its performance can be maintained for a long time.
Surface material 1 made of inorganic particles 4c, synthetic resin molded product 2
There is no incorruptibility. The sheet 4 may also be a sheet in which small holes 4d of appropriate size are punched between inorganic particles 4c individually encapsulated in the sheet 4, as shown in FIG. In this case, when manufacturing panel A, the raw material for the synthetic resin molded product 2 can pass through this small hole 4d and fully reach the back surface of the facing material 1, making it easier to integrally mold panel A. It can be done.

This can prevent the intrusion of fire heat. Furthermore, since the inorganic particles are encapsulated between the films, there is no possibility that the inorganic particles will be locally unevenly distributed within the panel. Furthermore, since the inorganic particles are isolated from the outside world by the film, their performance can be maintained over a long period of time, and the surface material and synthetic resin molded product will not deteriorate due to corrosion. It has the following characteristics and effects.
