-66724) invented a fire-resistant heat insulating panel containing an improved sheet in which heat-expandable particles that foam at high temperatures are adhered to the sheet at appropriate intervals in the form of drops or lines in a synthetic resin foam. However, it was later discovered that this method had the following drawbacks in its implementation.

If there are holes or cracks, a component of the particles will leak out through them, causing corrosion of the surface material. Also, even if there are no pinholes or cracks, the coating of the protective layer will be damaged. It is technically difficult to make the coating uniform, and over many years, uneven coatings expand and contract due to temperature changes, causing small cracks and causing similar problems.

The synthetic resin molded product 2 is filled and laminated on the back side of the surface material 1, and is made of synthetic resin foam, such as polyurethane foam, polyisocyanurate foam, phenol foam, urea foam, etc., or various additives thereto. It functions as a core material of panel A and also functions as a heat insulating layer. The liner material 3 constitutes the back surface of the panel A, and is made of existing sheet materials such as kraft paper, gypsum paper, synthetic resin film, metal foil, and nonwoven fabric. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 2, the sheets 4 are arranged in an appropriate number of rows and at appropriate intervals (usually 10 to 20 mm) encapsulated heat-expandable inorganic particles (hereinafter simply referred to as inorganic particles)
4c are evenly scattered and enclosed. To further explain, the inorganic particles 4C are borates such as borax and sodium metaborate, silicates such as sodium silicate and sodium metasilicate, or phosphates such as dibasic sodium phosphate and sodium metaphosphate. one type alone or two
It is made by molding a mixture of two or more seeds into granules, or it is made by impregnating pearlite particles with this chemical, and when heated to high temperatures, it begins to expand and forms a dense foam layer with strong fire resistance. It has the property of forming a As shown in FIG. 2, these inorganic particles 4C are
Even if the sheet 4 is placed in the panel A, it is possible to distribute it uniformly by being enclosed and held by the films 4a and 4b. Therefore, when the panel A is heated from the outside during a fire, etc., the inorganic particles 4C start foaming and fill the voids in the surrounding burned and carbonized synthetic resin molded product 2, and eventually The foams interlock to form a uniformly dense ceramic-like foam layer with strong fire resistance, so this foam layer can prevent the heat of the fire from reaching the back side of Panel A, creating a fire-resistant insulation. It can fully demonstrate its function as a panel. In addition, since the inorganic particles 4c are encapsulated by the film 4as4b, there is no contact with the outside air, and the performance can be maintained for a long period of time. It's nothing. As shown in FIG. 3, the sheet 4 has small holes 4d of an appropriate size between the inorganic particles 4c individually sealed in the sheet 4.
You can also use a punched one. In this case, when manufacturing panel A, the raw material for the synthetic resin molded product 2 can pass through this small hole 4d and fully reach the back surface of the facing material 1, making it easier to integrally mold panel A. It can be done.

This can prevent the intrusion of fire heat.

Moreover, since the inorganic particles are isolated from the outside world by the film, their performance can be maintained over a long period of time, and the surface material and synthetic resin molded product will not deteriorate due to corrosion. It has the following characteristics and effects.
