【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は機器類を段積みするときに使用する包

従来機器類または部品等を多数輸送する場合に
は、その一個又は数個を発泡スチロール、又はパ
ルプモウルド等で固定し緩衝を行い、いちいちダ
ンボール箱に詰めて包装した後、パレツト上に数
段積付け、これを熱収縮性プラスチツクフイルム
を使つてその収縮力によつて全体を一体化して固
定し、更に外装箱を被せた後バンド縮めする方法
が採用されている。然しこのような場合には、機
器類を緩衝材と段ボール箱で包装するのにいちい
ち厄介な人手と時間を要し、包装用コストアツプ
を惹起するし、又荷受側で機器類を取出す時に
も、段ボール箱を解封するのに非常に厄介な手間

aと、その下側にウレタン樹脂b等を介して接着
された両面ダンボール、ベニア板等よりなる板状
補強板cとよりなり、該基板aには、上側に被包
装機器B例えばモータの下端架台1を載置できる
ように形成した凹部2(第2,4図)を設けると
ともに、これと相対する下側に前記被包装機器即
ちモーターmとは別体のモータmの胴体3上に鞍
状に被包できるように形成した凹凸形状部4,5
(第3,5図)を突設したパルプモウルドからな
る各緩衝用単体d…が多数適宜の間隔に設けられ
ている。そして基板aの下側にウレタン樹脂b等
を介して前記補強板cが基板aに形成された緩衝
用単体dの凹凸形状部4,5を除いて一面に接着
されているもので、該凹凸形状部4,5は図面に
示すように(第4,5図)打抜き補強板cの打抜

全体の剛性を出すものであればよい。又接着剤は
前記のパルプモウルドと板状補強材とを接着一体
化するために使用されるもので、平面的接着剤と
立体的接着剤がある。平面的接着剤は塗布面のみ
が接着するのに対して、立体的接着剤の場合に
は、発泡してフオームを形成し立体的に接着す
る。平面的接着剤としては澱粉、カゼイン等の天
然物、酢酸ビニル樹脂、ポリビニルアルコール等
の熱可塑性樹脂、エポキシ、フエノール樹脂等の
熱硬化性樹脂、ブタジエン・スチレン、ネオプレ
ン等のエラストマー、フエノーリツク・ビニルブ
チラール樹脂、フエノーリツク・ネオプレン等の
混合樹脂等が適用できる。立体的接着剤としては
ポリウレタンフオーム、ポリイソシアヌレートフ
オーム、ユリアフオーム等が使用されるものとす

叙上のように構成した本考案は、これを包装用
緩衝仕切材として被包装機器を梱包するときは第
11図に示すように最下位にパレツトPを置き、
その上側に被包装機器例えばモータ架台1を載置
する凹部2のみを有し、下段のモータ胴体を鞍状
に包被する凹凸形状部4,5を欠如した仕切材
A′を載せ、該仕切材A′の上に第1列目の被包装
機器例えばモータmを載置し、その上に前記仕切
材Aの各緩衝用単体の凹凸形状部4,5を鞍状に
被包載置し、その上の凹部2に別の第2列目の被
包装機器モータmを載置し、その上に更に前と同
様に仕切材Aを載置し、このようにして順次数列
目のモータを仕切り、一番上に強靭な繊維板、合
板等の板状材Cを重ね、これ等全体にダンボール
等の鞘箱Hを被包した後、これをバンド締めして
陸送用に梱包するか、又は仕切材Aを介して被包
装機器モータm等を、前記同様数段積み重ね、こ
れら全体を熱収縮性フイルムでシユリンク包装し
て、更に全体にダンボール等よりなる鞘箱Hを被
包した後、これを金属帯バンド又はワイヤ等で封

て経済的安価に多数の機器を梱包して輸送するこ
