2によつて覆われていない表面に、絶縁膜2の厚
さを越えて突出する金属3を1次電着し、その1
次電着金属3の表面に剥離処理を行なつたのち、
さらに外刃となる金属4の2次電着を行なう。最
後にその2次電着金属4を剥離して、第2図に示
すような、毛導入孔5およびこの毛導入孔5を囲
み裏面にカウンターシンク6が形成されたリブ7
を有する網目状外刃8を得ている。しかし、この
ような方法で製造される網目状外刃8は画一的な
刃先角αを有するものしか得られず、その刃先角
αを大・小に自由に変えて製造することができな
い。ことに、刃先角αを小さくして毛の誘い込み
を良好にかつ深剃りを良くするという鋭い刃先を
得ることが困難である。またかかる方法では、内
刃との摩擦抵抗を少なくするためのカウンターシ
ンク6を形成する1次電着の工程を要し、工数の

うにしたため、電鋳に際しては、その母型14の
突部11の露出表面に外刃となる金属15を電着
するだけで済み、従来の1次電着工程を省略する
ことができ、少ない工程で安価に網目状外刃19
を得ることができる。しかも、金属板10をプレ
ス加工で突出させて形成される突部11はプレス
の選定によつてその突出高さが低く緩やかな勾配
を有する凸状曲面に形成することが可能であり、
その結果、刃先角αが小さく、緩やかな凸状曲面
のリブ18を得ることができ、毛導入孔16への
毛の誘い込みを良好にし、また深剃り効果を高め
