The ballast removal/transport chain, the equipment for screening, reintroducing, and leveling the ballast, the track cant before and after the ballast cleaner, the slope of the construction base, the degree of track subsidence in the left and right rail range, and the outside of the left and right tracks. Parameters characterizing the track/trackbed condition, such as the depth of ballast removal in the range, or changes in the track/trackbed condition caused by the removal/conveyance chain, are determined by the reference system and the electrical measured variable output. Continuously measure and
The chain guide path of the removal/transfer chain is divided into two longitudinal sections slightly inclined to the track plane, and a horizontal section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the track at the lower part of the track. The chain guideway lateral section is connected to the chassis frame via a hydraulic cylinder-piston type drive device so as to be able to turn and adjust in the vertical and horizontal directions. This paper concerns improvements to the type of ballast cleaner vehicle.

British Patent No. 1067465 discloses a trackbed ballast cleaner vehicle which is arranged so as to be able to rotate both vertically and laterally with respect to the track by a hydraulic cylinder-piston type drive device around a joint located at the center of the track. This is already known based on the specification. This prior art greatly simplifies the adjustment of the parts of the removal and conveyance chain that are guided along the transverse section of the chain guideway below the track, ie the part of the chain that forms the actual working member, and thus makes it possible to It is possible to reach the desired ballast excavation depth in the section and to move it laterally away from obstacles located in the area of the trackbed. Such known ballast cleaner vehicles are usually also equipped with a rail lifter. When track ballast is mechanically screened using a drivable ballast cleaner vehicle, all the conditions of the track section where the track bed has been renewed, especially the elevation and lateral inclination of the track stile or track bed, are removed as they existed at the beginning. in relation to a number of influencing factors, such as the track condition, the lateral inclination of the deballasted elements with respect to the track plane, the distribution of renewed or supplementary ballast with respect to the trackbed cross-section, and the degree of adjustment of the leveling and compaction equipment. There is. Since most of these influencing factors cannot be objectively determined by the machine operator, the track condition after trackbed renewal work or the deviation from the target value depends on the skill level of the operator controlling the work equipment and the deviation from the target value. It depends on whether you have experience or not. Even with well-educated workers, errors in individual track conditions are unavoidable. In particular, deviations from a prescribed track level, the relative height positions of both shafts of the track, or deviations from cant values in track curve sections are unavoidable. Therefore, in order to enable normal train operation again without imposing significant speed restrictions, it is necessary to post-process the updated trackbed using a titanpa for leveling the uneven height or a track straightening machine, and this requires additional costs. is relatively expensive. Therefore, as long as it is not possible to bring the track condition as close as possible to the accurate target value corresponding to the track condition plan during track bed renewal work, or as long as it is not possible to correspondingly reduce the cost required for track post-processing, its disadvantages cannot be denied. do not have.

In this case, one control pipe is arranged at a fixed point on the track, and the other control pipe is arranged in a height-adjustable manner on the trackbed implement itself. The adjustment of the machine based on the liquid level in these control pipes is carried out using adjustable measuring gauges at intervals of 1 meter of machine travel, but the labor and time required for this type of operation are comparatively low. It's huge. Moreover, continuous operation is not possible, since the control pipe that determines the working level must be transferred from one fixed point to another, and the entire measuring instrument must be readjusted each time it is transferred. Austrian patent no.
In a similar control system, which is known from German Patent No. 256,914, pairs of interconnected pipes are arranged in each wheel set of the working machine. The lateral and longitudinal inclinations of the working vehicle are detected by means of an electrical measured value generator based on the liquid level difference and are recorded for later evaluation.

ないのである。 Furthermore, in the roadbed ballast cleaner vehicle known from U.S. Pat. No. 3,494,299, a chassis frame in which a plurality of working instruments are arranged in a relatively adjustable manner for controlling their relative positions is provided. A plurality of lift devices are mounted on the traveling device, and the lift devices can change the longitudinal and lateral inclinations of the chassis frame. A number of inclinometers arranged as mechanical pendulums arranged on the undercarriage frame and on the running gear of the undercarriage frame and on the frame of the towing vehicle, each connected to a potentiometer; Via a control mechanism, the chassis frame is given a predetermined lateral and longitudinal tilt, in particular a horizontal position. As a result, the chassis frame itself forms a reference surface for the positioning of the working equipment of the ballast cleaner vehicle. However, such mechanical systems have a number of structural and functional drawbacks. By arranging an additional lifting drive between the undercarriage frame and the running gear and arranging the necessary devices for controlling this lifting drive in relation to the measured values of the inclinometer. This results in significant structural overspending. The undercarriage frame, which forms the reference surface for such mechanisms, is associated with drawbacks in terms of its functionality. This is because the undercarriage frame of a ballast cleaner vehicle is constantly subjected to alternating stresses due to the reaction forces exerted on the frame from the ballast via the working equipment, which in turn leads to uncontrollable vibration phenomena. Not only that, but the lift drive itself supporting the undercarriage frame is not only loaded by the considerable weight of the undercarriage frame and the working equipment arranged on it, but also additionally, especially on the sides of the track. This is because the load is also applied by the ballast reaction force acting in the direction. In any case, the known systems are by no means suitable to meet the requirements imposed by railway administrations with regard to work accuracy and certification of work results.

る。 Based on the invention, first of all, a physically stable and absolute reference system is obtained which is essentially independent of uncontrollable influences, in particular by the operator or by the control mechanism, and using this reference system as a cue. , it becomes possible to determine and record with maximum precision track parameters that are decisive for work performance and that must be taken into account to meet the requirements of the railway administration. By using a number of hydrostatic level measuring instruments in the ballast cleaner car, which are connected to each other by means of hose conduits, and also at critical points on the ballast cleaner car. By distributing and arranging them appropriately, it is possible to extremely accurately measure the height difference of the track and work equipment (that is, the height difference that determines the track parameters) with respect to the reference plane defined by the liquid level of the level measuring device. easily obtained. Even with a relatively small number of hydrostatic level measuring instruments, critical measurands (i.e. ballast・Measure the track cant before and after the cleaner vehicle, the construction standard slope, the degree of subsidence in the right and left side rail ranges, and the working depth of the removal/transfer chain on the right and left side of the track) in the simplest form and with the desired accuracy. becomes possible. Moreover, the present invention also provides significant advantages for operators of ballast cleaner vehicles. This is because, in addition to providing cant or slope values corresponding to the track condition plan, the operator must concentrate solely on observing the work equipment, especially the removal and transport chain, and monitoring the track bed for the presence of work obstacles. Because you can. Furthermore, the ballast cleaner vehicle of the present invention is advantageous in that it is simple in equipment, reliable in function, requires little space for measuring equipment, and is free to lay various connecting conduits and conductors. There is. Therefore, even existing ballast cleaner vehicles can be retrofitted with the device of the invention at little expense.

They can be combined with each other in any desired manner without any restrictions, without having to accept the effects of errors such as those caused by liquid level differences.

This configuration not only has the advantage of arranging the level measuring device in a way that protects it from damage, but also makes it possible to determine the working depth and lateral inclination of the removal and transport chain with great precision due to the large lateral distance between the two measuring points. It also has the advantage of being able to be measured.

It is particularly advantageous if it is kinematically connected to the container. If you configure it like this,
Uniform measurement conditions are guaranteed for all level measuring instruments. Furthermore, it is often already effective in specialized track work vehicles for other purposes,
It is also possible to use rotary potentiometers, which are particularly suitable as electrical measured value generators due to their linear characteristic curve, so that the measurement precision can be further increased.

This type of support is
It is particularly suitable for roadbed ballast cleaner vehicles with a running gear configured as a bogie, a steering axle or a laterally shiftably journalled wheel set. This is because the height position of the level measuring device relative to the upper edge of the rail is always constant, despite the pivoting movement of the running gear relative to the chassis frame in track curves.

Advantageously, the rope pulley device is connected to a rotary potentiometer, for example via a reduction gear, and a float is kinematically connected to the rope pulley device. The above-described structure in which the movable parts of the level measuring device are protected and housed within the casing is also advantageous in that the relationship between the float movement distance and the resistance range of the potentiometer can be freely extended.

This configuration ensures that the relative movement in the vertical direction between the traveling device, the detection tracer, and the working equipment of the ballast cleaner vehicle is within the reference plane defined by the liquid level in the level measuring device. This is done by taking into account the differences when viewed as a base.

In addition to two hydrostatic level measuring devices,
Two further hydrostatic level measuring devices are arranged on the undercarriage frame within both longitudinal sections of the removal and transport chain guideway. By arranging a total of four hydrostatic level measuring devices in this way in a removal and transport chain that can be moved as working equipment in different directions, particularly accurate and virtually delay-free measurements are achieved. This makes it possible to immediately utilize the necessary measured values or difference measured values for the relevant parameters, and the operator controlling the removal and transport chain can adapt to the situation in each case. Able to respond quickly and easily.

The reference system has a plurality (seven in total in this embodiment) of hydrostatic level measuring devices 25, 29, of which the level measuring devices 25 are located on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle in the front and rear running gears 3, respectively. They are arranged in pairs facing each other. One level measuring device 29 is connected to the left outer end range and the right outer end range of the chain guide paths 12, 13, 14, respectively. Furthermore, a further level measuring device 25 is provided on the wheel set 4 forming a trackable detection tracer for detecting the condition of the unleveled rail 7 located in front of the ballast cleaner car 1. There is. Level measuring devices 25 and 29 are shown exaggerated and large for clarity.
are in the form of communicating vessels, in particular communicating with each other via hose conduits. The illustrations of devices, valves, etc. for filling and discharging liquid into the hydraulic system have been omitted to make the drawings easier to understand. The uniform liquid level in the level measuring device forms a flat reference base that is metrologically accurate and is independent of the course of the trajectory and of fixed points. Starting from the reference base, the vertical distance to the upper surface of the rail and the lower edge of the chain guideway lateral section 14 can be accurately measured. Based on these vertical distances, the desired track/track parameters can be obtained directly or by a suitable combination of measured values.
