It is generally called a gathering button and has a thread threading hole in the center, and the size of the thread threading hole is selected as appropriate depending on the thickness of the thread to be reeled. For example, in the case of a raw silk fineness of 14d, which collects and reels 5-6 cocoon filaments, the thread diameter of the thread hole is 126 to 162 microns, and in the case of 21d, which collects cocoon silk of 7 to 8 cocoons, the diameter of the thread hole is 198 to 216 microns. microns, 253 to 337 microns for 42d.

となつている。 As mentioned above, a cord collector with a predetermined thread hole diameter is used depending on the fineness of the yarn to be reeled, but after long-term use, the area around the thread hole becomes worn and the hole wall gets scratched. The rough surface comes into contact with the passing yarn, causing fluffing of the yarn, and furthermore, causing damage to the yarn such as torn yarn.

The periphery of the button main body 1 is surrounded by a groove 3 that engages with a support member 2. A cord collection member support hole 4 is provided in the central portion, and a cord collection member 6 made of wear-resistant cemented carbide ceramics and having a thread passage hole 5 in the center is inserted and fixed into the hole 4. Examples of wear-resistant cemented carbide ceramics include tungsten,
Although the ceramic contains a carbide such as tantalum, it goes without saying that ceramics having other compositions may be used as long as they have a high degree of wear resistance.

The button main body 1 is fixed to the thread collecting member 6, and the thread is passed through the thread passing hole 5, and the thread is wound up. Therefore, even during long-term contact with the thread, there is very little wear and the surface remains smooth, and the thread can be rolled up without damaging the surface.

Because of this, the thread collection member made of abrasion-resistant cemented carbide ceramics is in constant contact with the thread, which results in extremely little wear on the thread collection member and ensures that the peripheral surface of the thread threading hole remains smooth for a long time. It is possible to maintain the condition of the thread and prevent the occurrence of fuzzing or splitting of the thread.

の長期化と共に経済的にも有利である。 In addition, since the wear-resistant cemented carbide ceramic stringing member with thread holes is integrally fixed to the button main body, the amount of expensive wear-resistant cemented carbide ceramics used is reduced compared to the button main body. The amount can be reduced compared to the case where it is used throughout, and it is economically advantageous as well as having a longer service life.
