2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in order to prevent oil smoke from adhering to a ventilation fan in a kitchen or the like, a ventilation fan cover having a frame made of plastic or metal foil has been used. For example, Utility Model No. 56-10227 (Utility Application No. 54-91373)
As shown in the specification and drawings of No. 1, the frame is formed by bending and punching an aluminum foil into a roughly cross-sectional shape with a cutout opening as a ventilation window in the upper part of the protruding surface. A structure has been proposed in which a filter made of nonwoven fabric or the like is sandwiched between the two frames and the two frame ends (flange ends) are bent and integrated. However, when using a ventilation fan cover with such a nonwoven fabric sandwiched between two aluminum foil frames, when the cover is attached to the ventilation fan section and the ventilation fan is used, the air pressure that flows in when the ventilation fan is activated causes sudden shock. The aluminum foil frame of the shaped part and the filter separate, and the inner frame comes into contact with the rotating shaft of the ventilation fan and rubs against each other, causing an unpleasant sound. In order to prevent such a bad phenomenon, there was a problem in that the two frames and the filter had to be completely fixed together. Furthermore, since two frames made of aluminum foil are used, the amount of aluminum foil material used is correspondingly large, which increases the material cost. Furthermore, since there are three parts, such as two frames and one piece of nonwoven fabric, assembling the ventilation fan cover is troublesome, resulting in poor work efficiency and increased costs. In addition, instead of the above-mentioned three-piece ventilation fan cover, as shown in FIG. 3, a composite sheet 23 made by polymerizing and adhering a moisture-absorbing and oil-absorbing sheet 22 to one side of an aluminum foil sheet 21 is used as the moisture-absorbing and oil-absorbing cover. A surface portion 24 that is press-formed with the elastic sheet 22 side as the surface side and faces at least a fan that is mainly a ventilation fan.
A ventilation fan cover has also been proposed (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 53862/1983) in which inner protrusions 25 and ventilation holes 26 are formed by folding inward portions of a large number of intermittent slits. Although this proposed ventilator cover has fewer problems in terms of manufacturing cost because it has fewer parts, studies by the present inventor have revealed that several problems remain. In other words, although the ventilation fan cover shown in FIG. 3 has a curl 28 formed at the peripheral edge of its flange 27, and its mechanical strength has been improved to some extent, the curl structure is insufficient. Because this ventilation fan cover was not designed properly, when the ventilation fan cover was attached to the wall 30 using the double-sided adhesive sheet 29, a gap was created between the ventilation fan cover and the wall, and air could pass through this gap. It has been found that there is a drawback that oil smoke, etc., passes through this gap as the air is exhausted, and that the oil smoke, etc., adheres to the ventilation fan itself and also to the walls itself. Note that if the double-sided adhesive sheet 29 is placed around the circumference of the flange 27, there will be no gap between the ventilation fan cover and the wall, but the work itself of installing the double-sided adhesive sheet 29 around the entire circumference is easy. This is difficult, and especially the longer the double-sided adhesive sheet is, the more difficult it becomes to install it neatly. This makes installing the ventilation fan cover a hassle, and requires housewives who often have to do such tedious work. It is difficult to do so, and it is virtually impossible to provide the double-sided adhesive sheet 29 all around the periphery of the flange 27. Furthermore, providing the double-sided adhesive sheet all around the circumference of the flange 27 requires a longer double-sided adhesive sheet, which increases the cost accordingly. As described above, the type of ventilation fan cover shown in FIG. 3 still has major problems.

When installing the ventilation fan cover, this invention
To provide a ventilation fan cover that does not require a double-sided adhesive sheet to be provided all around the circumference of a flange of the ventilation fan cover. That is, an object of the present invention is to provide a ventilation fan cover in which the work of installing the ventilation fan cover itself is extremely easy because the ventilation fan cover can be attached with a short length of double-sided adhesive sheet when the ventilation fan cover is attached with a double-sided adhesive sheet. do. Moreover, even when such a short length of double-sided adhesive sheet is used, it is difficult to form a gap between the ventilation fan cover and the wall, thus preventing oil smoke etc. from adhering to the ventilation fan. To provide a ventilation fan cover that does not deteriorate its original function. Furthermore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a ventilation fan cover that has a small number of component parts and can be provided at low cost. In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has been made, and is a projecting part of a frame body having a substantially square cross section, which is constructed by integrally forming a protruding part having a notch on the upper surface and a flange part with metal foil. A ventilation fan cover in which a filter is adhesively fixed to the inside of the upper surface of the shaped part so that the notch is closed, and a full curl part is formed continuous without any cut on the outer peripheral edge of the flange of the frame of the ventilation fan cover, and further The full curl portion is configured to protrude from both sides of the flange portion, and provides a ventilation fan cover in which ribs are formed on a lattice portion provided on the upper surface of the protruding portion. In the ventilation fan cover described above, it is desirable that the center of the full curl portion be located approximately on the same axis as the flange surface. Further, in the ventilation fan cover described above, it is desirable that ribs are formed on the side walls of the protruding portions.

Figures 1 and 2 show one embodiment of the ventilation fan cover according to the present invention. Figure 1 is an overall perspective view, and Figure 2 is a sectional view taken along line A-A in Figure 1. be. In each figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a frame formed by bending a sheet of metal foil such as aluminum to have a predetermined shape, for example, an approximately square cross section. A fan-shaped cutout opening 2 is formed. That is, the upper surface of the protruding portion of the frame body 1 is formed into a substantially cross-shaped lattice portion 3, for example. The flange 4 of the frame 1 has many wrinkles formed in a radial pattern, and the outer peripheral edge of the flange 4 is rolled inward to form a full curl portion 5, as shown in FIG. is forming. Incidentally, as is clear from FIG. 1 and the like, this full curl portion 5 is continuous without any cut even at the outer circumferential edge of the collar portion 4. Further, this full curl portion 5 is configured such that its center is on the same axis as the flange surface, that is, it has a substantially square shape, and as shown in FIG. 2, the upper end 5a of the full curl portion 5 is Top surface 4 of collar portion 4
conversely, the lower end 5b of the full curl portion 5 is configured to protrude downward from the lower surface 4b of the collar portion 4. A plurality of ribs 7 having a substantially square cross section are formed on the side wall 6 of the frame 1. In addition, when the protruding dimension of the side wall 6 is long, a rib 8 is provided in the direction of the circumferential side wall at a height position approximately in the middle thereof.
It is desirable to form a Further, ribs 9 having substantially the same shape are also formed on the lattice 3 on the upper surface of the protruding portion of the frame 1. 10 is inside the upper surface of the protrusion of the frame 1,
As shown in FIG. 1, the filter is made of an air-permeable mat material such as a nonwoven fabric bonded to a frame body 1 by, for example, welding so as to close a notch opening 2. The ventilation fan cover configured as described above consists of, for example, one frame made of aluminum foil and one filter, so the number of parts is only two, and the assembly of the ventilation fan cover is extremely simple. Efficiency will be further improved and assembly costs will be extremely low. By forming the outer circumferential edge of the flange of the frame into the full curl part and by forming ribs on the side walls of the protruding part, the full curl is mainly responsible for the horizontal force of the ventilation fan cover. The ventilator cover becomes an outer rib and has sufficient durability against bending, and the ribs formed on the side wall have sufficient durability against vertical forces. The strength of the ventilation fan cover is sufficient even if the frame of the ventilation fan cover is made of one piece of aluminum foil, and is comparable to the conventional case where two frames are overlapped. Becomes the property of In particular, the full curl part formed on the outer peripheral edge of the flange has its center located on the same axis as the flange surface, which makes it excellent against forces applied not only in the vertical direction but also in the horizontal direction. It has a reinforcing effect. Also, even if the ventilation fan cover is attached to the wall where the ventilation fan is installed using a double-sided adhesive sheet of a certain thickness, the gap between the wall and the ventilation fan cover will be smaller than the gap between the wall and the ventilation fan cover. The leakage of oily smoke, etc. is reduced, and therefore oily smoke is less likely to adhere to the ventilation fan. That is, when this ventilation fan cover is attached to a wall with a double-sided adhesive sheet, the thickness of this double-sided adhesive sheet is the thickness of the lower surface 4b of the flange part 4 and the lower end 5 of the full curl part 5.
If the dimension is set between 5 and b, for example, the line of the lower end 5b of the full curl part 5 will come into contact with the wall without having to provide a double-sided adhesive sheet all around the full curl part 5, and therefore the ventilation fan It is difficult to create a gap between the cover and the wall. On the other hand, with the conventional ventilation fan cover shown in Fig. 3, if the double-sided adhesive sheet is not provided all around the full curl part, that is, if the double-sided adhesive sheet is only partially provided, the ventilation fan cover and wall A large gap is created between the ventilation fan cover and the wall where there is no double-sided adhesive sheet, and when installing the ventilation fan cover, a large gap between the ventilation fan cover and the wall means that air is drawn from the room by the operation of the ventilation fan. When exhausting air, the air passes through this gap and is exhausted, so oil smoke and so on also passes through this gap and adheres to the ventilation fan or even to the wall itself. It becomes attached to the body, and its original purpose is greatly inferior. However, in the above embodiment, since the full curl part is configured as described above, it is difficult to create a gap between the ventilation fan cover and the wall when the ventilation fan cover is attached, and therefore the original purpose of the ventilation fan cover is not achieved. It is greatly demonstrated. Furthermore, even if the double-sided adhesive sheet for attaching the ventilation fan cover is only partially used, it can still achieve its original purpose. This greatly facilitates the installation work of the cover. Furthermore, since a ventilation fan cover consists of one frame body and one filter, even if such a ventilation fan cover is attached to the ventilation fan part and the ventilation fan is operated, the frame made of metal foil such as aluminum foil will not come into contact with the rotating shaft of the ventilation fan and generate noise.

The ventilation fan cover according to the present invention has a frame body having a substantially round-shaped cross section, which is constructed by integrally forming a protruding part and a flange having a notch on the upper surface, and has the notch on the inner side of the upper surface of the protruding part. This ventilation fan cover has a filter fixed with adhesive so as to be closed, and the outer peripheral edge of the flange of the frame of this ventilation fan cover has a continuous full curled part without any cut, and the full curled part is formed on both sides of the flange. Since the ventilation fan cover is structured so as to protrude from the side, and ribs are formed on the lattice portion provided on the upper surface of the protrusion, the number of parts of the ventilation fan cover can be reduced, and the assembly work can be performed easily and efficiently. The cost is lower than both the material cost and assembly cost, and even though the frame of the ventilation fan cover is made of a single piece of metal foil, the outer peripheral edge of the flange has a full curl part and a protruding part. Since the ribs are formed on the upper grid, the frame of this ventilation fan cover has sufficient mechanical strength.
In particular, since the ends of the full curl portion are configured to protrude to both sides of the flange, in other words, the full curl portion is configured to exist only on the top side of the flange or only on the bottom side of the flange. Therefore, the mechanical strength of the frame of this ventilation fan cover is further increased, and when this ventilation fan cover is attached to a wall with a double-sided adhesive sheet, the thickness of this double-sided adhesive sheet must be adjusted so that the fully curled part protrudes from the bottom surface of the flange. If the size is set so that the double-sided adhesive sheet is not placed all the way around the periphery of the flange, there will be less gap between the ventilation fan cover and the wall when installing the ventilation fan cover, and the gap between the wall and the ventilation fan will be smaller. Since air does not flow in through the gap between the cover and the flange surface, it is less likely that oily smoke will get inside the gap and adhere to the ventilation fan, and it will also be less likely to adhere to the walls, so oily smoke etc. will not flow into the ventilation fan cover. The disadvantages of getting dirty when it gets stuck on other parts are reduced, the primary purpose of the ventilation fan cover is greatly demonstrated, and even a short length of double-sided adhesive sheet is sufficient for installing the ventilation fan cover. Therefore, the installation work is extremely easy and does not require the complicated work that would be required when using a long double-sided adhesive sheet, which is welcomed by housewives who have to install ventilation fan covers. Also, there is less abnormal noise when used with the ventilation fan cover attached.
It has features such as being quiet.
