Description

【考案の詳細な説明】本考案は車両用座席のバツクシートのフレーム
取付ヒンジ部における安全性の向上を目的に開発

車両用座席のバツクシートのフレーム取付ヒン
ジ部のフレームには、従来カバーを付けないもの
が主体であつた。しかしながら衝突時等におい
て、危険なシヤープエツジ部分を予め被覆してお
くと被害を少なくし、安全性を高めることができ
る。そのために、従来、例えば実開昭58−33号に
みられるように、シートの表皮と同部材で遮蔽部
を袋状に形成した例がみられる。これは、可撓性
の特徴を持つものであるため、伸びたり衝撃に対
する抵抗性がほとんど望めず強度的には衝突等に
よるシートフレーム突出に対する乗員保護効果が
充分でなかつた。また、乗員の着座等によるシー
トバツク表皮の移動に追随して遮蔽部も移動しよ
うとするため、シートフレーム端部等により遮蔽

を示したように、軟質材料によるため変形し外れ
たり、破れたり、また、別個の２部品による嵌め
込み方式によるため外れるものが多かつた。その
ために折角カバーがなされても安全性には殆んど

本考案は上記のような従来品が有していた難点
を解決したものであつて、その構造上の特徴は、
シートのベースフレームに対するバツクシートの
フレーム取付ヒンジ部に使用するカバーであつ
て、そのカバーは半硬質又は硬質プラスチツク製
かつフレーム端部の適当長を覆う偏平筒状体で、
一方を開放端とし、他方は表裏面にボルト挿入穴
を開口した閉鎖端とし、バツクフレーム１の取付
ボルト３のボルト頭先端が表面側ボルト挿入穴６

れらの図にみられるように、バツクシートのフレ
ーム１は座席のベースフレーム２にボルト３によ
つて取付けられている。バツクシートのフレーム
１の端部は通常危険なシヤープエツジを伴う場合
が多い。本考案品はこのようなバツクシートのフ
レーム１端部を被覆するものであつて、半硬質又
は硬質プラスチツク製の偏平筒状体４である。こ
の偏平筒状体４はバツクシートのフレーム１の被
覆を要するに充分な適当長を有している。偏平筒
状体４の上方は開放端５となつており、下方には
表裏面に通じたボルト挿入穴６，７が設けられ、
かつ閉鎖端８となつている。更に、バツクフレー
ム１の取付ボルト３のボルト頭先端が表面側ボル
ト挿入穴６内となる肉厚として取付ボルトの頭が
