<発明の効果>
本発明は、以上のように構成したので、トリミ
ングした成形品を基盤側に一時的に吸着して持ち
上げることができるため、トムソン刃に成形品が
残留する虞を解消でき、切断部からの回収が容易
になるとともに、成形品は不規則にばらけたりす
ることがなくなる。また、成形品を基盤側に一時
的に吸着することによつて、成形品の切断部から
星取り部への移行や、星取り部から次工程への移
行が容易になる効果もあり、トリミング切断や切
断後の作業を一連の構成で行なうことができ、生

Claims (1)
刃用受台を備えた切断部と、複数の製品間に生じ
る星クズ状スクラツプを抜き取る星取り部とを構
成し、基盤の下方には上記切断部と星取り部の配
置方向に沿つて移動自在なプレス盤を設け、プレ
ス盤にはトムソン刃を備えた切断部と、上記星ク
ズ状スクラツプを回収する星取り部とを前記基盤
の切断部および星取り部にそれぞれ対応して同一
間隔で構成し、上記基盤とプレス盤とを圧接・離
反可能に構成し、また、前記基盤の切断部および
星取り部には成形品を一時的に吸着可能に形成さ
れた吸着手段をそれぞれ具備していることを特徴
とする合成樹脂成形品のトリミング装置。 2 プレス盤は、昇降自在に設けた昇降盤の上面
