ト高になると言つた不具合を生じる。 Therefore, if a conventional well-known headlamp were to be constructed into an oblong shape with an extremely narrow vertical width, the heat generated from the bulb would easily accumulate inside the lamp body.
When heat builds up, not only does the fogging on the lens persist, but the lamp body and the upper wall of the reflector in particular are affected by the heat, making it extremely difficult to use as a headlight. If new materials are used, problems such as increased costs will occur.

The width of the front opening 2a is gradually increased from the front opening 2a to the rear opening 2b.
A lens seal groove 3a is formed surrounding the lens 4.
is fixed in an airtight manner, a seal groove 3b is formed surrounding the rear opening 2b, a rear cover 5 is fixed in an airtight manner, and a reflector 6 and a bulb 7 are installed inside to constitute a headlight. It is. The lens seal groove 3a formed in the front opening 2a of the lamp body 1 is formed surrounding the inside of the front opening 2a, and the lens seal groove 3a is formed in the front opening 2a.
The seal groove 3b formed in the rear opening 2b surrounds the rear opening 2b. By forming the seal groove 3b in this way, the back cover 5 and the rubber cover 8 that is removably attached to the back cover 5 can be formed large, and as a result, the work of installing and replacing the valve 7 is made easier. It becomes easier.

is extended to the rear of the lamp body at a position outside the front opening 10b of the reflecting mirror 6 at a slight interval 17.
6, and the extended wall 16 and the inner circumferential surface of the lamp body 1 form an air reservoir 15. That is, the extending wall 16 is formed to extend along the outer circumferential surface of the reflecting mirror 6 with a slight interval 17 from the outer circumferential surface of the front opening 10b of the reflecting mirror 6. In this way, lamp body 1
There is a large air pocket 1 between the inner circumferential surface and the extension wall 16.
5, the circulation and convection of air within the lamp body becomes smoother, and the heat generated from the bulb becomes less likely to accumulate inside the lamp body.

The width is gradually narrowed toward the portion 10a, and the socket 11 of the valve 7 is detachably attached to the rear opening portion 10a. The front opening end 10'b of the reflecting mirror 6 is formed to extend substantially parallel to the extending wall 16 up to the end surface 3''a of the inner wall 3'a that constitutes the lens seal groove 3a of the lamp body 1. The outlet 17a of the interval 17 formed by the outer peripheral surface of the front opening 10b of the mirror 6 and the extension wall 16 of the lamp body 1 is made to be as close to the inner surface of the lens 4 as possible. The heat dissipation section 12 is formed by notching deeply from the front opening 10b to the position directly above the bulb 7, and the heat dissipation plate 13 is installed directly above the heat dissipation section 12.In this way, the heat dissipation section 12 is formed. As a result, the heat generated from the bulb 7 is quickly circulated and discharged to the lamp body 1 side without being trapped inside the reflecting mirror 6.

The space constituted by the outer peripheral portion is the space 14b on the front opening 2a side of the lamp body 1, that is, the space 14b on the front opening 2a side of the lamp body 1.
The space is larger than the space formed by the inner peripheral part of the front opening 2a of the reflector 6 and the outer peripheral part of the front opening 10b of the reflector 6, and the inner wall 3'a to the extended wall forming the lens seal groove 3a of the lamp body 1. 16 is slightly spaced 17
, and is obscured by the front opening 10b of the reflecting mirror 6. The outside air then enters the lamp body 1 through the intake port 9a of the rubber cover 8, accumulates in the air reservoir 15 in the space 14b from the space 14a, and also passes through the reflector 6 and the extension wall 16.
The rubber is accelerated as it passes through the space 17 between the bulbs 7 and 17a, and passes through the exit 17a by hitting the inner surface of the lens 4, passes through the space 17 again, and passes through the space 14a together with the hot air generated from the bulb 7. The air is discharged to the outside of the lamp body 1 from the exhaust port 9b of the cover 8, and the air inside the lamp body 1 is circulated and convected.

Even if the front face is formed into an oblong shape with extremely narrow vertical width, circulating air can be actively applied to the inner surface of the lens, and as a result, fogging on the lens can be quickly removed, and the air inside the lamp body can be Circulating convection is carried out smoothly, and the amount of heat generated from the bulb inside the lamp body is relatively small, making the lamp body and the upper wall of the reflector less susceptible to thermal effects.

見栄えが非常に良くなる。 Moreover, since the front opening end of the reflector is extended almost parallel to the extension wall to the inner wall end of the lens seal groove, the air is accelerated and has a force when passing through the space between the reflector and the extension wall. By hitting the inner surface of the lens well, it is possible to remove fog on the inner surface of the lens more quickly, and at the same time, when looking at the headlight from the front,
There is no longer a feeling of difference between the reflector and the lens seal groove.
Looks much better.
