In a method in which industrially produced fabric is continuously subjected to treatments such as desizing, scouring, dyeing, shrinking, and weight loss (hereinafter, these treatments are simply referred to as moist heat treatment), the present inventor, for example, It is well known that the high-pressure steamer developed by The fabric to be treated is passed through a treatment liquid (caustic liquid for pre-treatment and weight reduction treatment, dyeing liquid for dyeing treatment, etc.) that has been placed in advance in the liquid sealing layer formed in the liquid sealing layer, and then this liquid-impregnated fabric is passed through a high-pressure steamer. The material is introduced into the can and subjected to repeated steaming and boiling (hydration) to perform the desired processing.

However, during operation of the high-pressure steamer, ie, during processing, thermal energy is wasted because the high-temperature heated waste liquid successively discharged from the steamer can is discarded. Furthermore, the sealing mechanism provided at the fabric inlet and fabric outlet of the steamer can has to be successively supplied with seal roll cleaning liquid and slow cooling liquid, resulting in a large amount of water consumption.

The above is the configuration of this embodiment.Next, its operation will be described. When operating the high-pressure steamer, first pressurized steam is sent into the steamer can 1, and the inside of the steamer can is The fabric 6 to be treated is kept in a high-pressure, moist heat state at a temperature of 0.degree. The liquid to be supplied into the liquid sealing tank 41 of the introduction side sealing mechanism 4 is selectively filled with the same kind of liquid as the liquid supplied into the liquid tank 20, or water. Furthermore, water supplied into the water tank 14 from the water supply pipe 13 is sequentially injected into the cleaning tank 4 3 , and fabric guide rolls installed inside and outside the steamer can body 1 are driven to supply a predetermined treatment liquid in the liquid tank 20 . The impregnated fabric 6 is fed into the steamer can 1 where high-pressure moist heat is maintained, and reacted in the steamer can by high-pressure moist heat to perform desired treatments (pretreatment, weight loss, dyeing, shrinkage, etc.) On the other hand, the water in the cleaning tank 43 continuously cleans and cools the rotating seal rubber roll, so there is no water in the cleaning tank 43 . It contains thread waste washed off from the seal rubber roll, and heated water becomes approximately 35°C due to cooling of the seal rubber roll 42. Furthermore, this heated water is slightly treated by the squeezing action of the fabric by the seal rubber roll 42 . liquid is mixed in. After impurities are removed from this heated water by the filter 15, it is supplied into the slow cooling tank 51 of the outlet-side sealing mechanism 5, and becomes a slow cooling liquid. This slow cooling liquid is heated to about 90°C in the slow cooling tank 5 1 .
The heated liquid discharged is filtered by a filter 16 and then stored in a liquid tank 17. The heated liquid in the liquid tank 17 is turned into a heated liquid close to 100°C by the heating action in the heat exchanger 18 by the action of the pump 19, and is supplied to the liquid application tank 8 at the uppermost stage in the steamer can body 1. The liquid is then sequentially transferred to the liquid application tank 8 at the lower stage, and then transferred to the liquid application tank 8 at the lowest stage. The temperature of the liquid supplied into this lowermost liquid application tank 8 is the same as that of the steamer can body 1.
It follows the internal temperature of 160℃ and heats up to nearly 160℃. Therefore, by supplying this heated liquid to the heat exchanger 18, the temperature of the liquid supplied to the uppermost liquid application tank 8 can be raised to near the internal temperature of the steamer can. The heating liquid discharged from the heat exchanger 18 is supplied into the heating liquid tank 21.
It is possible to increase the temperature of the liquid inside.

Next, the effects of this embodiment will be explained in order. First, the temperature of the liquid supplied into the liquid layer 20 can be heated by the drained liquid supplied into the heating liquid tank 21. The heating effect can increase the liquid absorbency of the fabric, and furthermore, since the liquid in the liquid tank 20 is heated using the heating amount of the waste liquid discharged from the steamer can, thermal energy is generated. The economic efficiency of The second effect is that the liquid supplied to each liquid application tank 8 arranged inside the steamer can body 1 is reused after cleaning the seal rubber roll 4 2 and cooling the slow cooling tank 5 1 . Because it is,
Water resources can be conserved effectively. Third
The second effect is that the temperature of the liquid supplied into each liquid application tank 8 is heated close to the temperature inside the steamer can, which suppresses the drainage of steam inside the steamer can.
A high-quality steam chamber can be maintained inside the steamer can, and more effective boiling can be achieved. Fourth
The second effect is that the solvent-containing liquid in the cleaning tank 43 for the seal rubber roll is supplied in stages to each liquid application tank in the steamer can, so by passing the fabric through each of these liquid application tanks, the chemical Complete digestion can be expected, and it has the effect of eliminating wasted medicine.
