In these cart-type heating furnaces, the cart and the furnace body are generally sealed to prevent outside air from entering the furnace and blowing out the gas inside the furnace.

In the sand seal method, a seal box placed below the cart is filled with sand, and a seal plate is inserted into the seal box to seal it. Sand spills from the seal box as the train runs, so sand needs to be replenished from time to time. In addition, in the water method, the seal box placed below the cart is filled with seal water and sealed by the seal plate and seal water. A partition plate is installed on the side to prevent water leakage. However, when the truck was running, the seal plate of the truck interfered with the partition plate, making it impossible for the truck to run.

A plate is provided, and a water supply passage is provided between the two partition plates, and a water supply port is provided below the drainage passage to drain the water, and a water supply port is provided in the seal box to maintain the water level above the lower end surface of the cutout of the partition plate. This seals the truck and the furnace body, allowing the truck to move.

This door opens the door for charging heated material into the furnace or extracts it out of the furnace, and closes the door when charging and extraction is completed, thereby reducing opening loss at the charging and extraction ports. .

This is because even if the above-mentioned water seal method or sand seal method is adopted, the upper part of the cart can be closed by the door, but the gap in the oven width direction between the cart and the furnace body cannot be closed.

材の過冷却が発生するという難点がある。 Therefore, a gap is created between the sides of the cart and the furnace body, allowing air to enter the furnace or gas inside the furnace to blow out, resulting in a significant deterioration in the thermal efficiency within the furnace and, furthermore, overcooling of the heated materials. There is a drawback.

である。(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention is to load a heated material 1 on a cart 4, and surround the heated material 1 with a furnace body 2 lined with a heat insulating material. A seal box 5 is disposed at the lower side in the furnace width direction of a trolley-type continuous heating furnace that heats the furnace body 1, and a seal plate 6 disposed below the furnace body 2 is immersed in the seal box 5, and a seal plate 6 is inserted from below the trolley 4. A seal plate 7 is also provided vertically, and a shielding plate 9 for shielding the gap between the furnace body 2 and the carriage 4 from the outside of the furnace is sealed at the charging port and the extraction port in the seal portion formed by immersing in the seal box 5. This is a shielding device for a trolley-type continuous heating furnace characterized by being disposed on a plate 6.

Here, since a plurality of carts 4 are connected, a plurality of heated materials 1 loaded on the carts 4 are also arranged in a row in the heating furnace. For this reason, the heat-receiving material 1 loaded onto the trolley 4 from the charging port
When the heated material 1 is loaded, the heated material 1 is extracted from the extraction port while being loaded on the cart 4. At this time, the gap below the sides of the cart 4 and the furnace body 2 is
Sealing is achieved by immersing seal plates 6 and 7 placed below the furnace body 2 and carriage 4 into a seal box 5 placed below. Further, the charging port and the extraction port of the furnace body are also sealed by the door 3. but,
At the charging inlet and extraction port of the continuous heating furnace, even if the door 3 is lowered, the door 3 is lowered only to the upper surface of the cart 4, and a gap is created between the cart 4 and the furnace body 2 at the lower side of the furnace width direction.

As a result, the charging port and extraction port of the furnace body 2 can be sealed with the door 3, the sides of the furnace body 2 and the truck 4 can be sealed with the seal plates 6 and 7, and the sides of the furnace body 2 and the truck 4 can be sealed with the door 3. The lower part of the third part is sealed by a shielding plate 9 fixed to the seal plate 6, thereby preventing outside air from entering the furnace or blowing out of the furnace gas.

的効果は非常に大きい。(Effects of the invention) As described above, the present invention can prevent air from entering or blowing out gas in the furnace by placing a shielding plate between the furnace body and the trolley at the bottom of the door in the width direction of the furnace. This has a very large practical effect, as it prevents deterioration of the shape of the product due to overcooling, reduces heat loss, and can be expected to save energy.
