(考案が解決しようとする問題点・考案の目的)
本考案は可動接点と固定接点を備えていて、通
常はダイヤフラムにより密閉されているスイツチ
室に、水や泥の侵入を防いで接点の接触不良を防
止すると共に、外気のみを通すフイルムを調圧ね
じに形成した透孔に取付けることにより通気を自
由としてスイツチ室内部が外気圧を保つようにし
て、ダイヤフラムを正常に作動させるようにする
と共に簡単な構造で組付け容易な通気機構を提供
することを課題とし、考案の目的とするものであ

とで構成し、絶縁体の螺孔14に螺合により取付
ける調圧ねじ25を設け、ダイヤフラム8の内面
に対応させた密閉状のスイツチ室15を設け、そ
のスイツチ室15内に一端を調圧ねじ25との間
に調圧ばね27をかけ、他端をダイヤフラム8の
内面に対応させた摺動棒19を設けると共に、ダ
イヤフラムの圧力流体による歪みに連動する摺動
棒19により移動させる可動接点21と、固定接
点17とを配置してなり、可動接点21の一端が
スイツチ室15内に露出し、他端を大気に露出し
ている調圧ねじ25に軸方向の透孔31を形成
し、その透孔31内に該圧力スイツチのスイツチ
室15と外部とを連通する透孔31を設け、その
透孔に気体のみを選択的に通すフイルム34を取
付け、該フイルムを介して前記スイツチ室15を
外部と通気させることを特徴とする通気機構を備

めを施こし、ボデイ1の内面とインナーリング5
の間にダイヤフラム8の周縁を挟合固定するとと
もに、インナーリング5の内面に突部10を中心
から突出したインナープレート9とを当て、突部
10をダイヤフラム8の内面に接合する。絶縁体
6は筒形にしたものでその上方に内方への突環1
1を設けて、絶縁体7の係合肩部12と係合す
る。該絶縁体7は大略的に蓋形をなしているもの
で、その中心上方に一部を螺孔14とした摺動孔
13を設け、絶縁体6,7によつてインナープレ
ート9の上部にスイツチ室15を形成する。その
スイツチ室では突環11とインナープレート9と
に加圧ばね16の両端を掛け、さらに絶縁体7か
らスイツチ室15内に棒状の固定接点17とばね
掛片18とを対称位置から突出し、摺動孔13に

ト9に圧接した摺動棒19に嵌めたアーム20上
に、固定接点17に対応する可動接点21を載置
し、その可動接点の一端に連結したばね22をば
ね掛片18に掛ける。絶縁体7の上面の凹部に樹
脂からなる絶縁体23を詰めて平らにし、摺動孔
13の上部の周囲に筒形の囲い24を設ける。ま
た、摺動孔13の螺孔14には絶縁体7の尾端外
側から頭部26を設け、一端がスイツチ室15に
露出し他端が大気に露出している調圧ねじ25を
螺合し、該ねじ25の内端と摺動棒19の上端と

ともに、スイツチ室15の内部への水や泥の進入
を防いで接点の接触不良を防止できる。更に、外
気とスイツチ室とを連通する調圧ねじの透孔にフ
イルムを取付けたので、ボデイや絶縁体に特別の
通路を設ける必要がなく、又、予めフイルムを取
付けた調圧ねじを絶縁体に組付けることができ、
フイルムの取付けも容易となる等の効果を有す
