していた。(Prior art and its disadvantages) This type of slab catcher includes a slab detector that detects an abnormal or asymmetrical portion of the spun yarn passing through the yarn passing gap, so-called slab, and a slab detector of this slab detector. It has a cutter that cuts the spun yarn in response to a signal. Then, the spun yarn cut by this slub catcher is spliced at a position that extends a predetermined length from the cut end, and the remaining portion having the slub is cut off from the seam to create a slub. I was trying to remove it.

It had only one inclined surface 5 inclined in the thickness direction. Therefore, when the movable blade 3 hits the receiving member 2, a biased force is applied only to one side in the thickness direction of the movable blade 3, that is, a large stress is applied only to one side in the thickness direction of the movable blade 3. As a result, the movable blade 3, especially its cutting edge 4, is easily damaged.

The angle θ formed by these inclined surfaces 9 may be within the range expressed by the following equation.
0゜<0<180゜
しかし、その角度θ8は30゜〜90゜が好適である。

The cutting edge 8 has a curved surface having a desired curvature. Since the cutting edge 8 is a curved surface, the movable blade 7 performs at least one of the functions of a blade and a clamping piece, and ultimately cuts the thread Y. The thread Y is cut by the movable blade 7 acting as a clamping piece because the thread Y is forcibly pulled by the package, and by clamping the thread Y, the thread Y is cut at that position. This is because Y is cut off.

切れ味が極端に低下することもない。(Effects of the invention) As described above, according to this invention, one of the cutter constituent members is a blade having an inclined surface forming an equal angle on both sides with the center line in the thickness direction as a boundary. When the blade hits the other cutter component, a substantially equal force acts on both sides of the blade, bordering the center in the thickness direction, making it possible to significantly reduce damage to the blade compared to the prior art. In addition, since the cutting edge has a curved surface, the stress generated by the cutting edge when it hits the cutter component can be reduced compared to conventional blades with sharp edges. Damage to the blade can be reduced. In addition, since the cutting edge has a curved surface, unlike conventional blades with sharp cutting edges, the other component of the cutter is less likely to be damaged by the blade, and as mentioned above, there is less damage to the blade, so it can last for a long time. Unlike conventional cutting tools, the sharpness of the cutter does not deteriorate significantly even when used.
