However, due to the rise in labor costs in recent years, the aim of streamlining operational management without having to assign full-time operators to the parking lot itself has been changed.
Recently, a cage drainage device as shown in FIG. 2 has been proposed.

When each cage is positioned at the bottom of the multi-story parking facility, it collides with the bottom surface of the drain plug 4 and lifts the drain plug 4, allowing the water accumulated on the cage floor to be drained from the drain hole. There is a drainage device in which a cam 6 is provided on the pit floor 5 to drain water.

This not only creates a new source of noise, but also results in water being scattered on the pit floor due to incomplete drainage during cage circulation. In addition, not only water but also sand, dirt, etc. accumulate on the cage floor, so it is necessary to clean the cage floor from time to time, and there has been a demand for a cage floor structure that is easy to clean and has few irregularities.

The floor of the cage is provided with a car wheel entry part 10a formed in a concave shape with a depth of about 100 degrees, and a drain hole 10b is provided in the wheel entry part 10a. Reference numerals 11 denote a bracket 11a, a shaft 11b, and a bearing 11c on the back side of the cage floor 10 so that water, sand, etc. that fall from the drain hole 10b can be stored inside.
(The bearing 11c is fixed to the floor 10, the shaft 11b is rotatably attached to the bearing 11c, and the bracket 11a and pinion 11d are fixed to the shaft 11b). ,
This tank 11 has a tapered structure in which the bottom is deeper toward the center of the cage floor and becomes shallower toward the tip. Reference numeral 13 denotes a rod supported slidably in the front-rear direction (left-right direction in FIG. 5) via brackets 13a, 13b, and 13c fixed to the back surface of the floor 10 of the cage. Spring seat 13 on the 13a side
d is fixed, and a rack 14 is provided between the brackets 13b and 13c at a portion facing the pinion 11d, and the rack 14 and the pinion 11d are always engaged. Note that a spring 20 is inserted between the spring seat 13d and the bracket 13b.

When the car is driven to, for example, a car loading/unloading position on the lowest floor and stops, the drive device 30 operates and the push lever 31 moves in the direction of arrow A (rearward direction) in FIG. The part is rod 13
is moved in the direction of arrow A against the spring pressure of spring 20. Then, the rack 14 of the rod 13 also moves in the direction of the arrow A, causing the pinion 11d meshing with the rack 14 to rotate counterclockwise along with the shaft 11b around the shaft 11b, so that the tank 11 moves as indicated by the two-dot chain line in FIG. The tank 11 is tilted as shown in FIG.

No impact noise is generated. Also, since it is only necessary to provide a drainage hole on the cage floor,
Cleaning can be done extremely easily.
