Generally, in parking lots in areas with heavy snowfall, snow that adheres to cars melts and accumulates on the cage floor.
Conventionally, as shown in Fig. 2, appropriate holes are drilled in the floor 1 of the cage, metal fittings 2 are edged around the holes, and rubber plugs 3 are fitted, so that the cage reaches the lowest part of the multi-story parking facility. At that time, the rubber stopper 3 was removed manually to drain the melted snow water.

However, with a device like the former, which has a cam on the pit floor and instantly drains the water accumulated in the only water tray through contact between the cam and the roller, a special drive device is required to rotate the tray. Although there is an advantage in not draining the pit, it is not always possible to drain the water sufficiently, especially during cage circulation, and there is a risk that water will only be drained half-heartedly. The problem arises that water cannot be drained efficiently. In addition, the cage floor not only collects water, but also sand, dirt, etc., so it is sometimes necessary to thoroughly clean the cage floor.
Such a complicated cage floor structure also had the disadvantage of being extremely difficult to clean.

る。 On the other hand, since the latter is configured so that the drainage operation can only be performed when the cage is completely stopped at the lowest position, a problem arises in that the cage in which the car is stored for a long period of time is not drained at all. This latter device is usually only applied to bottom entry type parking systems; when applied to top entry type or intermediate entry type parking systems, the cage facing the pit floor is subject to the drainage action. Therefore, there is a drawback that the drainage operation of each cage is not necessarily performed evenly.

It is also an object of the present invention to provide an automatic drainage device that makes it easy to clean the cage floor.

The present invention is a mechanical parking facility in which a drainage hole is provided in the wheel entry area of the floor of the cage, and the back side of the cage floor wheel entry area has a tapered shape to store water, etc. that falls from the drainage hole. The two tanks are each rotatable via a bracket, and a lever with a roller is provided at the lower end to be slidable in the vertical longitudinal direction. The two parts are rotatably connected to the middle part of the lever, and on the other hand, on the pit floor of the parking equipment, a cam having a flat part at the middle part and sloped parts at both ends in a direction approaching the pit floor is used to move the cage. Along the cam, the roller of the lever is arranged so as to touch the inclined part, the flat part, and the inclined part in this order, and drainage grooves are provided at positions facing both ends of the cam.

2 is provided. 23, 23' are springs 24, 24' provided on the back side of the floor 20 of the cage.
It is a hollow guide bracket with a built-in guide bracket, and is provided with levers 25, 25' so as to be vertically slidable within the guide bracket, and levers 25, 25' are provided with levers 25, 25' to prevent them from falling out from inside the guide brackets 23, 23'. is supported by 26, 26' are rollers rotatably provided at the lower ends a of the levers 25, 25', and drain holes 21, 22 are provided in the intermediate portions b above the lower ends a of the levers 25, 25', respectively. The bottoms of one ends of tanks 27 and 28, which can store falling water, sand, etc. inside, are rotatably connected back to back, and the intermediate portions of the sides of tanks 27 and 28 are fixed to the back surface of cage floor 20.Bracket 29,
It is rotatably connected to 29'. The tanks 27 and 28 have a tapered shape in which the bottom becomes shallower toward the opposite lever 25. On the other hand, 3
0 is a cam fixed to the pit floor 31 of the parking equipment facing the rollers 26, 26', and has a flat part 30a in the center and sloped parts 30b, 30c in the direction approaching the pit floor 31 at both ends. Drainage grooves 31b and 31c are provided in the pit floor 31 facing the tips of the inclined portions 30b and 30c. Preferably, the rollers 26, 2
6' is in contact with the flat part of the cam 30,
The tips of the tanks 27 and 28 are the inclined portions 3 of the cam 30
It is desirable that the length of the cam 30 is such that it does not protrude from the tips of the cams 0b and 30c. This is tank 27,
This is because it is desirable that all the water discharged from the pit 28 fall onto the cam 30 and then be guided into the grooves 31b, 31c of the pit floor 17.

As the cage moves to the lowest part of the parking facility, the rollers 26, 26' and the cam 30 come into contact, and the rollers 26, 26' contact the cam 30.
26' is the spring 2 along with the levers 25, 25'.
If it moves upward against the spring pressure of 4,24',
While the tanks 27 and 28 are supported by the brackets 29 and 29', one end of the bottom at point b is lifted and rotated clockwise and counterclockwise, respectively, so that the tanks 27 and 28 are tilted as shown in FIG. tank 2
7, 28 is discharged onto the cam 30, and the discharged water is drained onto the inclined portions 30b, 30c of the cam 30.
and is guided to grooves 31b and 31c in the pit floor 31. Then, the cage moves and the rollers 26,
26' separates from the cam 30, the spring 24
Since the lever 25 moves downward due to the spring pressure of
While being supported by , one end of the bottom at point b is pushed down and rotated counterclockwise and clockwise, respectively, returning to the state shown in FIG. The operation of the device of the present invention is exactly the same regardless of whether the cage moves to the left or right, and the water stored in the tanks 27 and 28 is discharged into the grooves 31b and 31c of the pit floor 31.

Therefore, according to the present invention, even if the cage is in circulation, at least two tanks storing water can be simultaneously rotated and drained, so that each cage can be drained regardless of the type of parking device. Not only does this ensure that the water drains evenly and reliably, but almost all of the water in the tank is guided into the grooves in the pit floor, so there is no need to accidentally sprinkle water on the pit floor. In addition, since it is only necessary to provide a drainage hole on the cage floor, cleaning can be performed extremely easily.
