FIG. 1 is a partial schematic longitudinal side view showing a case where a general damper disk is adopted as a clutch disk for an automobile. The spline hub 1 has a spline 2 on its inner circumferential surface that fits into an output shaft (not shown), and an annular flange 3 on its outer circumferential surface. Hysteresis torque generating parts 4 and 5 are arranged along the inner periphery of both sides of the flange 3, and a pair of annular side plates 6 and 7 (clutch plates and A retaining plate) is installed. A plurality of window holes 9, 10, 11 (only one of each is shown) are provided at intervals in the circumferential direction of the clutch disk in the flange 3 and the outer periphery portions of both plates 6, 7, respectively. The window holes 9, 10, 11 face each other in a direction parallel to the center line of the output shaft (left-right direction in FIG. 1), and a compression coil spring 12 is installed in each set of three window holes 9, 10, 11. (Torsion spring) is fitted. Each spring 12 extends circumferentially around the clutch disc and is attached to a flange 3.
and both plates 6 and 7 are connected by a spring 12. The outer peripheries of both plates 6 and 7 are connected to each other by a stop pin 8. The inner circumference of a cushioning plate 13 is fixed to the outer circumference of one plate 6 (clutch plate), and annular facings 14 are attached to both sides of the plate 13. When the facing 14 is pressed against the flywheel of the engine by a pressure plate (not shown), torque is transmitted from the flywheel to the output shaft via the facing 14, plate 13, plates 6, 7, spring 12, flange 3, and hub 1. communicated. In this case, the spring 12 is compressed in response to the transmitted torque, and both side plates 6, 7 are twisted relative to the flange 3, causing slippage in the torque generating parts 4, 5. The slippage generates hysteresis torque in the transmission torque-torsion characteristic, and the hysteresis torque absorbs torque vibrations, thereby preventing abnormal vibrations and noise of the power transmission mechanism.

This results in a particularly low hysteresis torque (0.1
Kg・m or less), since iron-to-steel friction occurs between A to F above, the contact surface between iron and iron will be affected by extremely low hysteresis torque. Fluctuations in frictional force caused by disturbances (local changes) become relatively large, and the hysteresis torque characteristics exhibited by the damper disk fluctuate irregularly due to this influence.
In addition, in order to obtain extremely low hysteresis torque, the elasticity of the cone spring 18 must be set extremely weak, so the spring 18 easily rotates and shifts due to vibration, regardless of the rotation of the entire damper disk, causing the spring 18 to come into contact with the damper disk. The connection condition changes slightly, causing the hysteresis torque to fluctuate irregularly. Furthermore, since the friction plate 17 is required in addition to the washer 19, the number of parts increases and the cost increases.

An annular gap 20, 21 is provided between the side plates 6, 7 and the flange 3, and a washer 2 made of a low-friction plastic member (for example, made of nylon plastic such as 6,6-nylon) is provided between the side plates 6, 7 and the flange 3.
2 and 23 are provided. The washer 22 on the plate 6 side is integrally provided with a cylindrical portion 24 concentric with the hub 1, and the cylindrical portion 24 fits into the gap 20 on the plate 6 side.
The plate 6 is fitted into the hub 1 to slidably support the plate 6, so that both the plates 6 and 7 are arranged concentrically with the hub 1. An annular step portion 22a that protrudes toward the plate 6 side is integrally formed on the inner circumferential portion of the washer 22, and a step portion 25 that protrudes toward the opposite side to the flange 3 side is formed on the inner circumferential portion of the plate 6. The inner circumferential end of the cone spring 26 compressed between the plate 6 and the washer 22 forms a stepped portion 22a.
and the cylindrical portion 24, and the outer peripheral end thereof abuts on the plate 6 slightly radially outward from the step portion 25. Furthermore, as is clear from FIG. 4, the cylindrical portion 24 is integrally formed with four protrusions 27 that protrude radially outward at equal intervals in the circumferential direction, and there are notches corresponding to the protrusions 27. 6
a and 26a are plate 6 and spring 2, respectively.
6, and the notches 6a, 26a fit into the protrusion 27 to prevent rotation. This rotation prevents the plate 6, washer 22, and spring 26 from rotating integrally in the circumferential direction.

As explained above, according to the present invention, the washers 22 and 23 are formed of a low-friction plastic material, the gaps 20 and 21 are provided between the inner peripheral ends of both plates 6 and 7 and the hub 1, and at least one A cylindrical portion 24 that fits into the gap 20 at the inner peripheral edge of the washer 22
A cone spring 26 or a wave spring 28 is compressed between the washer 22 and the plate 6 facing it, and a rotation stop is provided between the washer 22, the plate 6, and the springs 26, 28, and the cylindrical part 24 to support both plates 6, 7, when the damper disk is twisted, there is no place where iron rubs against iron in the hysteresis torque generating parts 4, 5, and extremely low hysteresis torque is required. This has the advantage of stabilizing the hysteresis torque characteristics of the damper disk.
Furthermore, in the present invention, since the washers 22 and 23 are made of a low-friction plastic material, the protrusions 27 for preventing rotation, etc. can be formed integrally, and the washers 22 and 23 are made of a low-friction plastic material. Because of its strong strength, WATSUSHIA 2
2 and the springs 26, 28, and the conventional washer and friction plate are integrated into the washer 22 made of low-friction plastic material, reducing the number of parts. Combined with this, the structure is simple and inexpensive. Moreover, since the washer 22 on the spring 26, 28 side is prevented from rotating with respect to the sub-plate 6 by the protrusion 27 provided on itself, the frictional part where hysteresis torque is generated is limited to between the washer 22 and the flange 3. Since the flange 3 is a rigid member integrated with the spline hub 1, the shape and posture of the friction surface are stable, and this also has the advantage of stabilizing the value of hysteresis torque. The protrusion 27 provided on the low-friction plastic washer 22 is connected to the metal side plate 6 and the notches 6a, 26 of the springs 26, 28.
Since it has a structure that meshes with a and 28a, there is less risk of noise occurring in the meshing portion when torsional vibrations in the positive and negative directions are applied, resulting in quiet operation. It also has the advantage of having a simpler structure and lower costs than conventional structures.

In implementing the present invention, if the washer 23 is also provided with a cylindrical portion 29 as shown in FIG. 6, the support of the side plate 7 will be further stabilized. Also protrusion 27
The number may be one or more, and the shape may be other than a rectangle as long as it can be prevented from rotating, such as a semicircle or a triangle.
