Since the fabric is much smaller, its material costs are much lower. However, dolls require the same fashionability as women's clothing, so tasks such as sewing lace, finishing gears, and sewing hems cannot be simplified. Moreover, since the fabric was small, detailed work was required, making sewing complicated and troublesome. For this reason, the proportion of sewing costs for doll dresses is extremely large, and therefore there is a limit to the reduction in cost, which has prevented the provision of dresses at low prices.

た。 In addition, in the case of conventional doll dresses, even though the objects to be worn are small, they are made from the same materials and sewn using the same methods as regular women's clothing, so fabric blisters are noticeable and the finish is poor. There wasn't a single thing left.

なつている。 In the figure, reference numeral 1 indicates a doll dress. This doll dress 1 consists of a small dress body 10, a medium-sized dress body 11, a large dress body 12, and a midsection member 13.
1 and 12, as shown in FIG. 2a, are formed of synthetic fiber woven fabric into a substantially circular shape, and a fitting opening 14 for the neck and body portion of the doll 2 is provided approximately in the center, and the fitting opening 1
4, floating pleats 15 are formed radially outward. A slit 16 is formed between each fitting opening 14 and the peripheral edge of the element bodies 10, 11, and 12. Further, a shading pattern 19 is provided on the peripheral edge of the dress element body 10. The middle member 13 is attached to the doll 2 as shown in FIG.
An opening part 18 that can be opened is formed at the rear end 13a so that it can be wrapped around the body of a person, and is fastened with a fastener, a sheet tape 17, or the like.

14, the fitting openings 14 of the dress bodies 11 and 12 are attached to the collar and waist using conventional means, and a small dress body 10 is attached to the neck of the body part 13. The fitting opening 14 may be sewn. In this case, the slit 16 of the dress body and the opening 1 of the rear midsection 13a
Match 8. Thereafter, the slit 16 of the dress body may be closed using a sheet tape 17, sewing, or the like. Thereby, the doll dress 1 can be easily completed with minimal sewing effort. When dressing a doll, as usual, leave the mouth opening 18 on the back side open, use this part to dress the doll, and then close the mouth opening 18 with sheet tape 17, a fastener, etc. It may be closed using a member.

Since Nos. 0, 11, and 12 are made of synthetic fiber woven fabrics such as nylon, they can be obtained by taking the woven fabrics as a bias, individually or stacking them in large numbers, and cutting them into the desired shape under heating conditions. It will be done. Synthetic fiber-based woven fabric is sensitive to heat, so if it is cut under heated conditions or with a heated cutting die, the dress body 10,
The fibers at the cut portions 11 and 12 are fused to such an extent that no fraying occurs. Therefore, the fitting opening 14, the slit 16, and the hem are finished at the same time as cutting, making it unnecessary to sew the hem, and the fabric does not bulge after sewing. Furthermore, when the dress elements 10, 11, and 12 are heated, the fibers constituting the elements expand one by one in the longitudinal direction. However, since these fibers are woven vertically and horizontally, they cannot extend in a straight line, but in a wavy manner. Therefore, floating pleats 15 are formed. At that time, since the fabric is biased, the floating pleats 15 are located at the fitting opening 1.
It will arise radially from the four parts. Thereafter, even if the dress bodies 10, 11, 12 are returned to room temperature, the elongation of the fibers does not return to its original state, so the floating pleats 15 are fixed as they are. If it is desired to further strengthen the floating pleats 15, they may be molded by embossing at the same time as or after the above-mentioned cutting. This floating fold 1
No. 5 appears in a shape similar to the gears of a conventional doll's dress, and unlike the dress made by sewing, the cloth does not bulge more than necessary, so it has a good appearance. In addition to this, dress body 1
By embossing only a part of 0, 11, and 12 under heating, for example, as shown in FIG.
Because it can be molded, it is possible to obtain total fashion that has never been seen before.

る。 In addition, if the above-mentioned dress body is left alone or bundled and its peripheral part is immersed in a colored liquid,
The colored liquid soaks into the inside of the periphery, and a blurred pattern 19 appears. Since this blurred pattern 19 is formed on the hem of a skirt or the like, it can be substituted for the lace normally used in this type of doll dress, so the work of sewing lace can be omitted, which also reduces costs. In addition to being able to take measurements, it is also possible to obtain a dress with an unprecedented appearance.

様なドレスを形成することができる。 In addition, a dress for a doll is composed of at least one dress body, and when a dress is constructed by combining one or more dress bodies with accessory members such as the above-mentioned bathing members, each of the dress bodies By changing the shapes and color combinations, a wide variety of dresses can be formed from the same number of materials.

仕上りが向上する。 As explained in detail above, the doll dress according to the present invention is composed of at least one dress element, and since the dress element is made of synthetic fiber-based woven fabric, it is cut into a desired shape under heating conditions. It becomes possible to fuse the fibers at the cut portion without fraying, and it is also possible to easily form floating pleats like gears. Therefore, the dress body does not need to be sewn at the hem, gathered stitches, etc., and the manufacturing time is shortened, so that the manufacturing cost can be significantly reduced. Moreover, since no extra sewing is required, the fabric does not bulge as in the past, and the appearance is improved.
