This weight has a weight that corresponds to the buoyancy of the molten metal.

Since the buoyancy of the molten metal differs depending on the number of stacked molds, a weight is usually prepared accordingly.

The weight of the weight 10 is set to correspond to the buoyancy of the molten metal poured into the cavity 11 made up of the molds 5 and 7, and the weight of the weight 10 is set to correspond to the buoyancy of the molten metal poured into the cavity 12 made up of the molds 7 and 8. The weight is adjusted to accommodate buoyancy.

加えられる面圧力はそれぞれ最小限となる。 By configuring the three-tiered mold in this way, the lifting of the mold 7 and the flask 1 during pouring is prevented by the weight of the flask 1 itself, and furthermore, the lifting of the mold 8 and the upper flask 9 is prevented by the weight 10. blocked.
Moreover, the surface pressures applied to the molds 5, 7 and the mating surfaces of the molds 7, 8 are respectively minimized.

である。(Effects of the invention) As is clear from the above explanation, if the casting flask of the invention is used for casting using three stacked molds, the surface pressure applied to the mating surfaces of each mold can be kept to a minimum while It is possible to reliably prevent floating, and the effect of contributing to this type of industry is significant.
