As shown, a method has been used in which a hard surface material 1 such as a gypsum board is attached to a wall 8 using a gypsum bond 5 or an adhesive 6. Furthermore, in order to improve the heat insulation properties, heat insulating composite boards in which these hard face materials are lined with a hard synthetic resin foam such as a hard urethane foam have also been used.

In addition, in the GL method, as shown in Fig. 3, in which the gypsum bond 5 is raised in a dumpling shape and bonded,
Since an air layer 7 is formed between the wall and the hard surface material (or the heat insulating composite board), the air layer has a spring-like action that tends to cause sound amplification due to resonance.

Foam, felt, glass wool mat, rock wool mat, etc. can be used, but these must have a load of 30 g/cm 2 or more at 10% strain than the surface pressure resistance of the wall, and the thickness must be 3 mm or more. Preferably. As the hard synthetic resin foam 3 in the present invention, hard urethane foam, urethane-modified isocyanurate foam, isocyanurate foam, hard epoxy foam, styrene foam, phenol foam, etc. can be used. As the moisture-proof material 4 in the present invention, aluminum foil, polyethylene film, polypropylene film, polyester film, etc. can be used. This moisture proof material 4
In addition, non-woven fabric, kraft paper, etc. are laminated to improve adhesion with gypsum bond or adhesive, to improve adhesion to concrete during concrete pouring, and to reinforce the moisture-proof material 4. Also good. Hard surface materials, cushioning materials, hard synthetic resin foams,
In order to integrate the moisture-proof material, it is possible to integrate the layers by using an adhesive between each material, or in particular, if the material is a hard synthetic resin foam that has self-adhesive properties and can be integrally molded, its self-adhesive properties may be used. Using this method, a moisture-proof material and a cushioning material (a hard surface material may be bonded to the cushioning material in advance) may be laminated and integrated at the same time. In addition, in order to integrally install the heat insulating board of the present invention on a concrete wall surface, in addition to the above-mentioned method of attaching adhesive or plaster bond to the concrete wall surface, the heat insulating board can be used as a formwork and concrete can be poured into it to laminate it at the same time as the concrete hardens. A known method of integration may also be used.
