2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when constructing a condominium such as a condominium, interior boards are sometimes used for soundproofing, dewproofing, or design purposes in parting walls. For the past few years, a method of directly attaching a gypsum board to a concrete board or the like using a concrete bond has been widely used as a construction method for such interior boards.

This construction method is often used because it is easier to construct than conventional construction methods such as furring base and provides a good finish on the concrete surface.

Generally speaking, it is said that sound insulation performance can be improved by creating a double wall by overlaying a concrete board with a board. However, although this construction method has other advantages, it has the disadvantage that the sound insulation performance deteriorates, which is a big problem, and there are even experts who say that this construction method should not be used in terms of sound insulation. It's starting to appear in my house.

The present invention eliminates these acoustical disadvantages and takes advantage of other advantages such as construction, and is a sound insulation and vibration damping method that mainly uses a composite sound insulation board made of a combination of a gypsum board and a damping material layer. can be,
The gist of this is that at least one surface of the gypsum board is coated with at least 1/1/2 of the thickness of the gypsum board.
A damping material layer is provided to have a thickness of 15 or more and a loss coefficient of 0.05 or more, and a gypsum sound insulation board having the damping material layer is dotted with adhesive bonds of a desired height at desired intervals. A method of sound insulation and vibration control using a sound insulation board, in which the sound insulation board is adhesively fixed on a concrete side wall surface and thus performs sound insulation and vibration control with such an integrated structure, the sound insulation board includes (1) a layer of the gypsum board on at least one surface of the gypsum board; (2) A damping material layer is provided on one surface of the gypsum board so that the thickness is at least 1/15 of the thickness and the loss coefficient is 0.05 or more. A damping material layer is provided so that the thickness is 1/15 or more and the loss coefficient is 0.05 or more, and a gypsum board of the same thickness is added on the damping material layer. (3) On the other hand, a damping material layer is provided on the surface so that the thickness is at least 1/15 of the thickness of the gypsum board and the loss coefficient is 0.05 or more, and further on the damping material layer or on the opposite side. (4) A hard urethane foam layer is provided on one surface of a gypsum board, and a layer of at least 1/15 of the thickness of the gypsum board is placed on the urethane foam layer. A damping material layer is used so that the loss coefficient becomes 0.05 or more.

In order to obtain a sound insulation and vibration damping effect using a sound insulation board as described above, first, adhesive bonds of a desired height are scattered on the concrete side wall surface at desired locations, and the concrete wall and sound insulation board are integrated through these adhesive bonds. This is done by creating a structure.

Example 1 In the middle of chamber 4 shown in Fig. 2, a thickness of 120 mm and an areal density are provided.
A concrete wall 5 of 20 g/cm 2 is installed to divide the chamber 4 into two, and one of the chambers 4' is equipped with a speaker 6,
A microphone 7 was installed in the other chamber 4'', and adhesive bonds 8 were dotted on the side wall of the concrete wall 5 on the chamber 4'' side at a pitch of 150 mm for only the concrete wall 5 (comparative example 1). A gypsum board 1 with a thickness of 9 mm was attached on top (Comparative Example 2,
Regarding the conventional method) and the one in which a rubber sheet with a thickness of 3 mm is further attached as the damping material layer 2 on the plasterboard 1 (embodiment according to the present invention), the speaker 6
A sound was generated from each sample, and the sound was captured by a microphone 7, and the sound insulation and vibration damping effect of each was measured. The results are shown in FIG.

Example 2 In the middle of the chamber 4 shown in Fig. 2, a thickness of 120 mm and a surface density
A concrete wall 5 of 20 g/cm 2 is installed to divide the chamber 4 into two, and one of the chambers 4' is equipped with a speaker 6,
A microphone 7 is installed in the other chamber 4'', and adhesive bonds 8 are dotted at a pitch of 150 mm on the side wall of the concrete wall 5 on the side of the chamber 4'', and a 9 mm thick gypsum board 1 is placed on the bond. Additional adhesive is applied, and a damping material layer 2 with a thickness of 3.5 mm is applied on top of the gypsum board 1.
A rubber-containing asphalt sheet with a thickness of 1 mm thick was pasted, and a hard urethane foam layer with a thickness of 15 mm was pasted on top of the sheet. Sound was generated from the speaker 6 in the same manner as in Example 1, and the sound was transmitted to the microphone 7. The sound insulation and vibration damping effect was measured. The results are shown in FIG.

From the results in Figure 3, when using concrete side wall + gypsum board + damping material layer + hard urethane foam layer, the transmission loss is lower than that of concrete side wall + gypsum board + damping material layer (Example 1). The results were almost the same, and the effect was particularly great in the low frequency range of 250 to 500 Hz (see Figure 3).

This seems to be because the provision of a damping material layer on the gypsum board increases the loss of the gypsum board, and even if the vibration of the concrete side wall is transmitted through the adhesive bond, this is converted into thermal energy and does not become acoustic energy. .
