Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、離型紙を幅の狭いものと幅の広いも
のとの二つに分離し、幅の狭いものを先に剥離し
て正確な位置合わせを行うようにしたタイルユニ

上記従来のタイルユニツトＡにあつては、その場
合の位置決めをするときに、タイルユニツトＡの
一部が被貼着面へくつつき、位置合わせがし難い

の縦幅L2はタイル２の縦方向長さのおよそ二個
分に相当する。つまり、L1：L2≒１：２である。
而して、上記上下部の離型紙８及び９どうしの接
する部分は、上部側の離型紙８が下部側の離型紙
９の上にその一部が重合している。該重合部１０
は、上部側離型紙８を剥離するときの掴み代であ

このような状態から下部側の離型紙９を剥離し、
第７図の図ｃに示す如く、残りのタイル２を基板

は、上記右側の離型紙１１を剥離すると共に、該
剥離部分が基板４へ接触しないように保持しつつ
基板４の横方向ガイド６上へ載置する。そして、
タイルユニツトＣを横方向ドへ移動させて位置決
めをし、その後剥離した部分のタイル２を基板４
へ貼着すればよい。これにより、タイルユニツト
Ｃのその後の移動はなくなり、ズレが起こること
はない。然る後は、残りの左側の離型紙１２を剥
