Traditionally, when attaching boards to the subsurface of the floorboards of buildings using double-sided tape, both teeth fixed to the subsurface of the floorboards were used.
It was common practice to peel off the release paper on the top surface of the adhesive layer of the hook-and-loop tape, then place the tape and attach it. ShiD
However, according to this construction method, the thickness and width of the board material that was tied first, or the mesh of the tongues 1
If an inconvenience is discovered or a positional shift occurs, the plate material that has been stuck cannot be easily removed, and even if it is removed, the adhesion strength of the tape will be reduced. The drawback was that sufficient adhesion strength could not be obtained for reattachment.

In the floorboard construction method of the present invention, a strip-shaped double-sided tape having a release paper layer on the surface is affixed to a desired part of the base surface of the floorboard, and the board material is placed on the release paper of the double-sided tape. After confirming the suitability or determining the position, the process of peeling off the release paper of the double-sided tape and attaching the plate material to the base surface of the floorboard is repeated in order, and the plate material is attached to the entire surface of the base surface of the floorboard. This feature is particularly effective when a plurality of plate materials are attached one after another.

,,A female tongue finish is applied to one end surface of two sets of two adjacent sides of a narrow 12 am thick decorative veneer laminated board material, and a male tongue finish is applied to the other end surface. However, when doing so, the tongue parts are processed so that there is some leeway in the meshing. A plurality of these narrow-width plates are offset and glued and joined using a flexible hot-melt resin adhesive to form a rectangular side with a stepped shape as shown in Figure 6A and Figure 6C1. The one shown in Fig. 6C is an inverted version of the one shown in Fig. 6A), and the two opposing sides of a rectangle as shown in Fig. 6B are made into a stepped shape in the same direction. A foamed polyethylene sheet added with an inorganic filler and having a thickness of 2 mm is adhered to the back side of this plate material.

Next, as shown in Fig. 6B, a second plate material B, whose two opposing sides are formed into a step-like shape in the same direction, is placed on the release paper of the double-sided tape, and is separated from the first plate material A that was previously attached. Thoroughly check the suitability of the second plate material, such as whether the tongue parts mesh well when put together, and whether the thickness and width dimensions do not match and create a step, etc., and also make sure that there is no misalignment. Please check. Once it is confirmed that the second board B satisfies the conditions, once the board B is removed and the release paper is pasted on the board B, the part of the release paper that has not been peeled off will be At the bottom of the board that will be pasted next to board B,
Only the amount that remains is peeled off, and plate material B is again placed on the exposed adhesive layer and pressed and adhered. An appropriate length is left at the end of the peeled release paper on the side of the next plate to be pasted, and the rest is cut off. Leave the remaining end of the release paper exposed at a position where it will not be hidden by the bottom surface of the board to be pasted. Repeat this process in order to attach the board to the base of the floorboard ()ζ
go. Finally, all the release paper is peeled off and a floor board C with only one side formed into a stepped shape as shown in FIG. 6C is attached to complete the construction of the first row of board materials.

In this way, when attaching the second and subsequent rows of board materials, the effect of interlocking with the grooves formed on the front row of board materials is added, so one double-sided tape may be used for each row of floorboards. After confirming the suitability of the board material and confirming its position, the release paper is peeled off so that there is a small portion that will not be peeled off at the bottom of the next board material to be pasted. Providing a remaining part at the end of the release paper and exposing the remaining part in a position where it will not be hidden by the pasted board material is the same as in the construction of the first row of board materials. . By repeating these steps one after another, the board is completed by pasting the board over the entire surface of the base of the floorboard.

Example 2 In the method of installing floorboards in the first embodiment, after checking the suitability and position of the board with the release paper on the surface of the double-sided tape still attached, the board is removed once and the release paper is removed. Peel off the plate material to the extent that there is a small portion that will not be peeled off at the bottom of the next plate material side, and then place the plate material to be pasted again on the exposed adhesive layer and press and stick it. However, in the floor board construction method in the second embodiment, after confirming the suitability and position of the board material to be pasted, the board material is left in place and left exposed. Pull the edge of the release paper to peel it off a little, press and stick the corresponding edge of the board to the exposed adhesive layer, firmly press the core, and slightly remove the other parts of the board. The construction of the first embodiment is similar to that of the first embodiment in that the remaining release paper is lifted and the remaining release paper is peeled off by an amount that will not peel or remain slightly at the bottom of the next plate to be pasted. Although the construction method is different from that of the first embodiment, other points are similar to the construction method of the first embodiment.

[Function] When constructing floorboards, it is natural to use standard board materials, but even so, there are cases where there are slight differences in thickness, width, etc., or where the tongues on the butt ends do not mesh well. There are many good products, and when trying to attach the next plate after the previous one, there are problems such as the edges not fitting well, the thickness being different, creating a step, and the width misaligning. It can happen. At such times,
Even if it is determined that the problem lies with the board that was previously attached, it is not easy to remove the board that has already been attached, and even if it is removed, the adhesive force of the tape will decrease, making it difficult to reattach. It is difficult to obtain sufficient adhesive strength. However, according to the construction method of the present invention, the f! Since the product can be checked, defective products can be removed before pasting, and there is no possibility of misalignment or a decrease in the pasting force.

As described above, according to the construction method of the present invention, the 11! The release paper is then peeled off, so you can check the thickness, width, and fit of the tongues of the board before pasting it on, and you can also check the position of the material to be pasted. This eliminates the risk of pasting defective plates or misalignment.

In addition, the board material to be pasted is made of multiple narrow board materials joined together.
The narrow planks are machined so that they interlock with some margin, and the planks are glued together using a flexible real-melt resin adhesive, so there will be no unevenness on the underlying surface of the floorboards. Even in some cases, there is still room for the mesh of the sag,
The flexible adhesive absorbs the irregularities and allows the plate surface to remain flat. Furthermore, since the plate material to be adhered is formed in a step-like shape, when the release paper of the double-sided tape is peeled off, there is a small portion of the remaining part of the 31M pattern paper pressed under the plate material, which has the advantage of being easy to peel off. Therefore, by using the floorboard construction method of the present invention, a great effect can be obtained in that the floorboards can be easily adhered without being distorted or displaced at all times.
