Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案はガス湯沸器等に使用される定流量水ガ
バナに関するものである。従来のこの種定流量水
ガバナは、上流側に弁室を、下流側に2次圧室を
形成し両室を連通し、2次圧室には通水孔を有す
る受圧板を摺動自在に内挿してガバナバネを介装
し、弁室には弁孔の開度を調節する弁体を配して
受圧板に追従させるものが知られている。(実開
昭58−138110号)このものでは、例えば先止式湯
沸器等のカラン開栓動作によつて、急激な水量が
流れた場合に、瞬間的にガバナ弁が急激な水圧変
化のために閉成され、水量が波打つ現象(ウオタ
ーハンマー)が現われてしまい、定流量水ガバナ
の他に別途ウオターハンマー防止装置を設置しな

本考案は上記不都合を解消するをその目的とす
るもので、詳しくは図面にて説明すれば、第1図
は本願の一実施例を組込んだ湯沸器の構造図であ
り、7は給水入口側に設けた定流量水ガバナで、
水流スイツチ8、熱交換器9を介して出湯カラン
へ給湯されている。10はガスバーナであり、制
御部13の信号により電磁弁12、比例弁11等
を開弁して燃焼する一般的な湯沸器である。第2
図は第1図に使用した本考案の一実施例を示した
断面図であり、1は筒体ケースで、給水管に接続
させており該ケース1内にはガバナ弁体2を弁孔
14に挾持されるよう収納され、弁孔14とガバ
ナ弁体2との空間を弁室3としている。15はガ
バナ体4の上流側に開口した通水孔で、ガバナ弁
体2の通水路16に連通し2次圧室17に連通し
ている。18はダイヤフラムで、ガバナ弁体2と
ガバナ体4とは張設され、バネ板19で周囲を挾
持されている。20は筒体ケース1内面とガバナ
体4を摺動させる摺動面である。21は、ガバナ
弁2の閉弁方向へ働くバネである。6は、ガバナ
弁2の開弁方向へ働くバネである。5はバネ板1
9に係止するバネで筒体ケース1内を摺動するガ
バナ体4を水圧に対して移動を戻すバネである。
22は温度検知部材で入水温度を検知して、検知
温度によつて進退杆23が係止片24に当接して
スライダー25とともに摺動するようになつてい
る。第3図は作動断面図であり、中心線より上方
断面図は入水温度の高い場合を示し、温度検知部
材22の検知により進退杆23の伸び力によつ
て、ガバナ弁体2を後退させて弁孔14とガバナ
弁体2との間隙を大きくして流水量の増大を計
る。一方中心線より下方断面図は、入水温度の低
い場合、逆に進退杆23は縮みによつて弁孔14
とガバナ弁体2との間の間隙を狭くして流水量の
減水を計るようにガバナ弁体2を前後に調節する
ものである。第4図はカラン(図示しない)の開
栓と止時に起るウオータハンマーを吸収するとき
の作動図である。中心線より上方断面図は通水時
の状態図であり、中心線より下方断面図は、止時
の状態(静止時)であり、入水圧力は停止してい
ますのでガバナ体4はバネにより、筒体ケース1

が出来て、さらに強い圧力の場合はバネ板19と
筒体ケースで係合させてバネ板19の変形状態ま
で前進させて、ウオータハンマーの発生を吸収し
ている。特にウオータハンマーの発生は、カラン
の開栓時に発生する場合が高く、その発生を予防
するために、本案は、筒体ケース1内でガバナ弁
体を収納するガバナ体自身をカランの開栓又は閉

置を別途設置しなければならない不都合を解消で
きるとともに、簡単な構成で出来て更に温度検知
部材22の利用することも出来て、入水温度と連

Claims (1)

を構成しダイヤフラム18によつてガバナ弁体2
を前後動させるように収納するガバナ体4を構成
して、該ガバナ体4の後方端外側にバネ板19を
挾持させるとともに、筒体ケース1内に摺動自在
に収納させてバネ5により常に該バネ板19を介
してガバナ体4を入水側に付勢張設したことを特
