BACKGROUND ART If the center of rotation of a rotating seat mounted on a vehicle such as a vehicle is fixed, the seat may come into contact with a wall or the like when the seat is rotated. For this reason, it is necessary to ensure a sufficient gap between the seat and the wall, but in this case, the effective use of the space inside the vehicle is impaired.

The aisle width l becomes narrower when the left and right seats A face each other, as shown in Figure 0, or there is sufficient leg space when seat A faces toward the window B, as shown in Figure 11. There were problems such as not being able to secure it.

This prior art includes a base, a sliding frame supported slidably in the horizontal direction with respect to the base, a rotating frame attached to the sliding frame and rotating in a horizontal plane, and the base or a cam member provided on either one of the rotating frames and having two types of cam surfaces having different heights;
A pair of cam followers are provided on the other side and are in contact with each of the cam surfaces, respectively, and move along different cam surfaces when the rotating frame rotates in the forward direction and in the reverse direction.

This allows for wider aisles and wider foot space.

However, in the above-mentioned prior art, since a stepless locking device is used to lock the lateral movement of the seat, when the seat is moved to the aisle side after the rotational movement is completed, the seat is seated at a position closer to the aisle side. This means that you can lock the In other words, the seats are fixed in a state where the aisle width is narrower than necessary, and a problem remains in securing the aisle width.

The rotating seat device of the present invention includes a base, a sliding frame supported to be slidable in the horizontal direction with respect to the base,
A rotating frame attached to the sliding frame and rotating in a horizontal plane, a cam member provided on either the base or the rotating frame and having two types of cam surfaces with different heights, and a cam member provided on the other side. a cam follower that is in contact with each of the cam surfaces and moves along different cam surfaces when the rotating frame rotates forwardly and in reverse; a return spring that biases the sliding frame toward the window; and a return spring that biases the sliding frame toward the window. The present invention is characterized by comprising a stepped lateral movement locking mechanism capable of locking the lateral position of the sliding frame relative to the base only when the rotational movement of the seat is completed.

In the rotating seat device having the above configuration, by appropriately setting the shape of the cam surface, the cam follower moves along one cam surface when the seat is turned toward the aisle.
The rotating frame can be moved in the direction of widening the passage width. When the seat is rotated in the opposite direction to face the window, the cam follower moves along the other cam surface, and the rotating frame moves away from the window, allowing the seat to be moved toward the aisle.

It returns to the rotational movement completion position and is locked.

Therefore, the rotary plate 20, the rotary base 17, and the rotary frame body 16 rotate integrally with each other. And a lock mechanism 2 for fixing it in any rotational position.

is fitted into one of the lock holes 10a, and the sliding frame 4 becomes unable to move laterally. In other words, the seat is locked.
In this state, even if you operate the operating lever 27 to disengage the engaging element 11 from the lock hole 10a and move the seat to the aisle side, the engaging element 11 will not move as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. It simply slides on the surface of the lock plate 9, and is eventually returned to the position where it fits into the lock hole 10a by the return force of the return spring 7. Therefore, narrowing of the passage width can be prevented.

When rotated, one cam follower 35 serves as a fulcrum and the other cam follower 36 moves away from the cam surface 39 as shown in FIG. 4, and the center of rotation a moves to a'. That is, the seat rotates about a' while moving in the direction of arrow f2 . The cam follower 35 has a slope portion 38a.
5, the seat A moves toward the window B under the elastic force of the return spring 7, and the cam follower 35 is located at the most retracted position in the center of the cam surface, as shown in FIG.

Further, in this state, as shown in FIG. 8, the engaging element 11 fits into the lock hole 10b, thereby preventing lateral movement and fixing the seat. In this state, even if the operating lever 27 is operated to disengage the engager 11 from the lock hole 10b and move the seat to the aisle side,
As shown in phantom lines in FIG. 8, the engaging member 11 merely slides on the surface of the lock plate 9, and is eventually returned to its original position by the repulsive force of the return spring 7.

すことはできない。 On the other hand, if the seat A is rotated in the opposite direction to that described above, the other cam follower 36 will now roll into contact with the other cam surface 39, and one cam follower 35 will move away from the cam surface 38. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, the seat A faces the window B and the center of rotation moves from a to a'. Therefore, sufficient leg space can be secured for the seat. In this state, the slide member 3 reaches its full stroke toward the aisle as shown in FIG. 9, so the seat cannot be pulled out any further toward the aisle.

As a result, the lock pin 26 fits into the lock hole 6, making it impossible to rotate, and the lateral movement lock mechanism 8 also becomes locked, so that the sliding frame 4
will be unable to move and the seat will be fixed.

According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent the seat from coming into contact with walls, windows, etc. when the seat is rotated, and it is also possible to ensure sufficient aisle width and leg space depending on the direction of rotation. Furthermore, even if the seat is intentionally moved laterally (toward the aisle) after the rotation is complete, the seat will not be fixed in the aisle position, and the rotation will eventually be completed by the restoring force of the return spring. It will return to the time position and be locked. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the seats from being fixed in a state where the aisle width is too narrow, which is effective in securing the aisle width.
