TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a yoke used for writing letters, pictures, etc. on a whiteboard or the like. Prior Art Conventional writing instruments used on whiteboards are brush-type ones that are made of felt impregnated with volatile liquid ink, and when the cap is removed during use, the volatile solution leaks into the nose, and if the cap is forgotten or loosened, The liquid evaporates and the ink becomes sticky, making it difficult to write.
There was a drawback that I found myself unable to write without even realizing it. Furthermore, solid writing instruments such as crayons require special solvents to erase characters written on whiteboards, etc., and are difficult to erase with water, dry paper, cloth, etc. In addition, a water-soluble solid rod-shaped drawing material made by blending water-soluble wax, white wax, paraffin wax, activator, and pigment and molded into a rod is disclosed in JP-A-53-79626. Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 57-55977 proposes a solid charcoal prepared by blending an activator and a pigment that have sufficient affinity with the wax, and molding the mixture into a solid. However, these materials have a hard touch when writing or the like, and although they can be wiped off for a short time after drawing, they become difficult to wipe off after three months or more have passed after drawing. Purpose: In order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention has been made to form a solid ink like a crayon without using volatile liquid ink, and to use it not only on white boards but also on metals, porcelain, etc.
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a drawing that can be written on glass, various synthetic resins, and their coatings, and that can be easily wiped off with paper or cloth even after 7 months or more have passed after drawing. Structure of the Invention The present invention combines an animal or vegetable wax, a mineral wax, and a nonionic surfactant with a low coefficient of friction, further adds a desired pigment, and forms a solid body using a nonionic surface. It is characterized by the hydrophilic-lipophilic balance of the active agent being 16.6 or less. Example In order to produce the chiyoke of the present invention, wax such as carnauba wax, castor oil-based wax, rice bran wax, stearic acid, beeswax, amide wax, wool grease, etc. are used as animal or vegetable waxes, and mineral-based waxes are used. As waxes, waxes such as paraffin, secilane, and montan wax,
Furthermore, if necessary, polypropylene resins are successively added onto the rice boiler, and the temperature is raised so that both of these waxes become molten. When these waxes become a melt, polyoxyethylene spam oleyl ether with a hydrophilic-lipophilic balance HLB of 11.0, 11.9, 14.0, or 16.6, which is a nonionic surfactant with a low coefficient of friction, or
Add polyoxyethylene stearyl ether with HLB of 13.7, 15.0, 16.6 or 10.6, stir well and reduce temperature to 55°-60°C. The desired organic pigment dye is then added while stirring with a roll or propeller stirrer. At this time, light calcium carbonate is added to make it easier to wipe off when writing on an object of a complementary color to the coloring matter to be added, thereby facilitating the movement of the chiyok particles. Then pour this mixture over the rice boiler again.
Raise the temperature to 80° to 90°C to form a melt, pour it into the desired mold at 75° to 90°C, and form it into a solid by quenching with cooling water at 10° to 20°C, in a similar manner to candle manufacturing. do. The diameter of the chiyoke is 7mm depending on the purpose of use.
~10mm, and the color may be selected as appropriate, such as red, blue, black, or white. Examples of formulations are shown below as ratios.

に便利である。[Table] Effects of the Invention The pencil of the present invention is easy to use because it is molded into a solid, and you can see at a glance how it is depleted.Since it does not use volatile liquid ink, it does not require a cap or container, and it is different from the conventional brush type. It eliminates the disadvantages associated with volatile liquids such as volatile liquids, and can be supplied at low cost. In addition, since the emulsion wax is composed mainly of an active agent with a low hydrophilic-lipophilic balance, it can be applied with a light touch, and its adjustment can be easily carried out by adding minerals. can be erased with tissue paper even 7 months after drawing, and since it has an affinity for water, it can be easily wiped off with a damp cloth or water. Furthermore, it can be widely used for white boards, metals, porcelain, glass, synthetic resins, cloth, etc., making it very convenient.
