【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、裏蓋側に箱型中枠を用いた携帯時計
の機械固定構造に関する。

ごとく、機械体裏側を箱型の合成樹脂中枠で全面
カバーする構造を採用している。しかし、この構
造によれば、中枠4のつば部をケース6の内周壁
に密着させるため、中枠外形とケース内壁の形状
管理が難しく、特に加工のバラツキによる組込不
良をさけるために密着部は狭小なスキマを設けて
いた。そのため、りゆうず引き出し時や落下等に
よる機械体のガタが原因で文字板上面を損傷させ
たり、中枠の密着部から水分、塵が侵入して錆に
よる機械の止まり、文字板変色、回路リーク等の
トラブルが発生してきている。又、近年時計の薄
型化指向に伴い、裏ぶた高さも薄くなつているた
め皮膚からの汗も入りやすく、品質レベルを上げ
た構造の早期実現が望まれていた。

断面箱型で裏蓋15によりガラス11側に押し上

くガラス側の径D2が小さくなるような勾配を有
した内壁16aが形成され、前記中枠14には、
その外周部に形成され、中枠14がケース16内
に装入配設された際前記内壁16aと微少なスキ
マを有するつば部14aと、該つば部14aの外
周先端に全周にわたり形成されその径が前記内壁
16aにおける裏蓋側の径D1より小さくガラス
側の径D2より大きくその断面形状が先端から前
記つば部14にかけて広がる台形に形成され且つ
中枠14がケース16内に装入配設された際に圧
縮される突起部14bとが形成されていることを

れ、防汗、防塵を得ることができる。この内壁1

きく設定されている。従つてケース16の内壁1

対し正規な位置、つまり機械体13をケース16
に正しく収納した第2図の状態においては、前記
突起部14bは勾配を有する内壁16aに圧縮さ
れることとなる。又、圧縮時における中枠の片寄
りを防ぐため、突起部14bの断面形状は先端か
らつば部14aにかけて勾配のある台形の形状と
している。片寄りの状態で組み込まれた場合、片
寄り部のつば部14aは胴内壁接触面積が大きく
なり変形しにくくなるため、反対方向へ漸次修正
されることとなる。特に、つば部14aの外周面
はケース16の中枠支持用の内壁16aに対し狭
小なスキマ設定としているため、機械体13は片
寄りもなく、確実にケース16に固定される。
