本考案はコツプ型容器蓋の考案に係り、合成樹
脂製中蓋とアルミニウム質のような金属質薄板よ
り成る外蓋によつて形成され、封蓋時において巻
締め加工時の残留応力(復元力)を壜口部分へ集
中的に作用せしめ、又開封後の替蓋としても常に
安定な施蓋をなすことができると共に開封操作が
容易且つ的確であり、しかも経済的な容器蓋を得

引裂くものであるが、斯かる引裂きを行うために
は摘持片が例えば成人の指頭径の2分の1程度の
広さを有し、しかもこの摘持片を把持して特に引
張りスタート時にスコア線を切断するに足る摩擦
力を得しめることが必要であるから前記玉縁部分
を被包した金属蓋巻締め部の下方に突出させてお
くことが必要で、この摘持片の突出長さはそれを
引き起して指頭で前記のような摩擦力を確保した
摘持をなし有効な引張り力を作用させるに足るも
のであることが必要であるから相当の長さを必要
とし、このような摘持片を素材板周側の巻締め部
形成部分から突出させると第1図に示す仮想線の
ようになり、即ち巻締め部までを形成するための
円形部分に外接した正方形板10の領域外に摘持
片5の頭部5aが突出することになり、それだけ
余分な素材板を必要とする。蓋し素材板としては
圧延された広い金属板を用いこれを打抜いて製造
するわけであるが、上記のように摘持片頭部5a
が突出することにより成程このように突出した頭
部5aの位置を換えた組合わせ状態で打抜くとし
ても必要な素材板の量10%前後多くなり、斯かる
素板はこの種壜蓋を得るための主材であることか
ら必然的にコストアツプとならざるを得ない。又
このような金属板を主材として形成された壜蓋に
おいては上記したような壜口玉縁部分を囲繞する
円弧状湾曲部内に特殊なパツキング材を溶着して
施すこととなるが、素材がアルミニウム系のもの
の場合において、該パツキング材は金属素材に安
定状態で密着しないので特別なバインダー的機能
をもつた下地処理被膜を形成することが必要であ
つてその製作工数が嵩み、一方このようなコツプ
型容器では内容液のこぼれる可能性が高いことか
ら開封後に施す替蓋を別に準備し前記したような
金属蓋の密着されたものの外部に覆着しておくこ
とが必要で、これらの何れからしてもコストアツ
プとなり、これらの高額化要因はこの種コツプ型
容器が200ml以下のようなものであつて商品たる
清酒等の量に対して要求された容器蓋数が莫大で
あることから実地的に甚だ不利とならざるを得な
い。なお上述したような従来一般のものにおいて
金属蓋は開口部玉縁の外周下面に巻締めて封着さ
れるわけであるが、斯かる巻締めパンチングに当
つて硝子質である玉縁に金属蓋が直接接触(前記
のようにパツキング材を溶着したものは溝内底部
に溶融貯留して形成されたものであるから壜口玉
縁の頂縁部分に接するだけで玉縁の全体を被包し
て保護しない)して巻締め加工されることとなる
ので玉縁部分を破損する可能性があり、必ずしも
充分な巻締めが得られず、特に前記のように大き
く突出した摘持片5部分がこの巻締めを阻害する

中蓋Bは円弧状湾曲部6にそつた円弧状部16を
外周に成形し、それより内側に巻締め部3に内接

に円弧状部16の内側に第7図に示すように開口
部20内に嵌合する環状突部14も一体成形さ
れ、該環状突部14の厚さを前記垂下部13より
大としたものである。前記した摘持片4の基部に
連続せしめて切取線7が形成されることは前記し
た通りであり、摘持片4は円板1の中心点から前
記巻締め部3の周縁が上記外接方形域10周縁と

び巻締め部3を形成した外蓋Aに対し巻締め部3
に内装される垂下部13をもつた合成樹脂製中蓋
Bを重合して施すものであるから上記のように切
込部2がそれなりに深く形成されても巻締め部3
の第7図に示すような垂下成形(この垂下成形は
第1図における切込部2の幅を縮小することは当
然)および開口部玉縁21に対する巻締め成形で
該切込部2が閉塞し殆んど切込部が露出しないこ
ととなると共に合成樹脂中蓋Bの円弧状部16お
よび垂下部13によつて壜口玉縁21は完全に包
容されているから有効密封が形成されることとな
る。上記切込部2により開封に当つて引き起され
た摘持片4は指頭で把持した場合に切込み2によ
り頭部が容器外面から充分に離隔し、指頭間にお
いて的確な把持および該把持による充分な摩擦面
積を与え、切取線7にそつて切断操作するに適し
た長さを得しめる。又前記巻締めに際して垂下部
13が開口部玉縁21を被包して保護し、従つて
充分な巻締めを行わせると共に外蓋Aの巻締め時
における曲面を緩和し、従つて開封時における切
取帯片に縦じわの発生する度合を縮減し、この縦
じわによつて切取帯片の切断することを阻止す
る。加うるに前記中蓋Bには開口部20と係合す
る環状突部14が垂下部13よりも厚いものとし
て形成されているので巻締め部3と垂下部13と
を玉縁21の下面に対し充分に巻締め封着するこ
とができ、即ち垂下部13が介在するので巻締め
封緘機による上記のように充分な巻締め力によつ
ても玉縁21部分を損傷することがなく、又この
巻締め力で外蓋Aおよび中蓋Bが円周方向に引張
られることとなるが、中蓋Bに作用するその引張
力は環状突部14で開口部20内に適切に係止
し、外蓋Aの天板8部分や中蓋Bの天板部分に伸
びによる変形、特に凹入部分の浮上を来すことが
なく、安定なシール関係を玉縁の内側部分におい
て形成維持すると共に好ましい残留応力特に円弧
状部16の巻き締め後における復元力を壜口部分
に集中的に作用させるので開口部部分の有効密封
を完成し、そのシール関係を長期に亘つて確保し
得ることになる。上記のように摘持片4の円形板
1域から突出する長さの少い本考案のものが自動
封緘機などで封緘させる場合において壜蓋相互の
絡み合うことが少くなつて円滑に操業できる。上
記のように必要資材量が少く又量産的に得られる
ことから低コストに製品を得ることができ、従来
のように替蓋を外側に添着するものでないから中
蓋を用いるとしてもそれによるコストアツプはな
く、むしろ梱包時などにおける取扱いを効率化す
ることができる。更にその中蓋Bが替蓋として利
用される場合においても垂下部より厚さを大とし
た環状突部14を有する本考案の中蓋Bは安定で
好ましい替蓋としての機能を発揮するものであつ
