Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は安全燃焼器具に係るものである。例え
ば、煮物、焼物等をしている最中に電話があつた
り、来客があつたりすると、燃焼器具が点火中で
あることを、つい失念してしまうことがある。か
かる場合、調理用材料を無駄にするだけにとどま
らず、出火原因となることも考えられ非常に危険
である。本考案は燃焼器具近傍から一定時間離れ
た場合に、自動的に消火させるようにしたもの
で、本考案によつて前記した欠点を一挙に解決す
るものである。以下図について詳述すると次の通
りである。符号１は燃焼器具２の燃焼制御部であ
つて、この燃焼制御部１には、人体検知部３と、
該人体検知部３の人体検知信号とによりリセツト
されるオフデイレイタイマ４とを設ける。前記人
体検知部３は、例えば人体赤外線フイルタ付の赤
外線検出センサ５と増巾器６から構成される。前
記オフデイレイタイマ４は人体検知をしなくなつ
た時から、所定時間経過後に燃焼器具２をOFF
とする信号を出す構成とすると共に所定時間内に
再び信号をうければリセツト状態となり出力を出

タイマ４に発信する。オフデイレイタイマ４は、
一度信号をうけると、信号が切れても、一定時間
出力信号を出し続ける機能を有しており、この出
力信号をシーケンス制御部７がうける。しかし
て、操作部８を操作することによつて、燃料供給
装置９及び点火装置１０が働いて点火し、燃焼器
具２に於いて燃焼が開始する。燃焼の確認は、炎
検出器１１、炎検出回路１２及びシーケンス制御
部７が監視し、消火した場合には、燃料供給装置
９が遮断し燃料の供給を停止する。以上に際し
て、センサ５が人体赤外線を検知しなくなると、
その時点からオフデイレイタイマ４には人体検知
信号が発信されず、発信されなくなつた時点か
ら、一定時間経過すると、オフデイレイタイマ４
からシーケンス制御部７へ出力信号を停止する。
しかして、シーケンス制御部７によつて燃料供給
装置９の燃焼器具２への燃料を停止される。若
し、前記一定時間経過前に、再び人体検知信号が
オフデイレイタイマ４に発信されれば、オフデイ
レイタイマ４はリセツトされる。なお、符号１３
は必要に応じて操作し、人体検知部による検知或
は非検知にかかわらず、連続して燃焼を継続させ
