本発明は粗材鋳造品に附着した鋳物砂を除去す

のうえこの段差はグレート面が双方とも上・下動

込みをなくし、さらに送り爪を使用した場合の位
置決めの問題点をも同時に解決した新規なシエイ
クアウトマシン装置を提供することを目的とする

してガイドレール4が敷設してあり、該ガイドレ
ール4の上面には、車輪5を介して台車6が走行
移動自在に載置してあつて、該台車6の一側に
は、基礎上に固設される支持ブラケツト7に回動
自在に支持される台車シリンダ8のピストンロツ
ド8aが連結してあり、該台車6は、台車シリン
ダ8の作動により、ガイドレール4上を走行移動
可能にされている。該台車6上には、支持台9が
固設してあつて該支持台9上にはスプリング10
を介して側部に振動モータ11を附設したシエイ
クアウトマシン12が浮動状態に支持してある。
該シエイクアウトマシン12上端部のグレート1
3はすのこ状に形成してあつて、該グレート13
の両側には、案内板14が設けてあり、また、該
グレート13の上面中央部には仕切部材15が略
等間隔に設けてあつて、グレート13上面は左右
(台車6の走行方向)に仕切られ、2列の移動通
路16が構成してある。また、台車6下方には、
シユート17を介して回収コンベヤ18が敷設し
てあつて粗材鋳造品3から剥離した鋳物砂、鋳バ
リ等を回収できるようにしてある。なお、前記グ
レート13は第4図のように先広がり状にして、
鋳バリ等が引掛からないようにしてもよい。ま
た、前記搬入コンベヤ1の両側には、そのピスト
ンロツド19a,20a先端に押出し板21,2
2を固着した押出しプツシヤ19,20がそれぞ
れ横向きに配置してあつて、押出しプツシヤ1
9,20の押出し作動により、グレート13上の
粗材鋳造品3はA′位置からA″位置に、またB位
置からB′位置にそれぞれ送り込まれるようにな
つている。23は基礎上から立設する縦フレーム
23aの上端部をガイドフレーム24で接続した
構成の門型フレームで、該ガイドフレーム24に
は、前後に略等間隔を設けて下面に粗材鋳造品3
の搬入と搬出を行うための送り爪25,25aを
垂設した走行台車26が車輪27を介して走行移
動自在に設けてあつて該走行台車26上面には、
ガイドフレーム24の前部寄りに固設されるシリ
ンダブラケツト28に回動自在に枢支される走行
シリンダ29のピストンロツド29aが支持部材
30を介して連結してあり、該走行シリンダ29
の作動により、走行台車26はガイドレール24
に沿つて走行移動されるようにしてある。31は
搬出コンベヤ2の外側にガイドレール32に懸吊
されたハンガーバケツトで、該ハンガーバケツト
31はガイドレール32に沿つて循環移動し、搬

収コンベヤ18にシユート17を介して回収され

及び押出しプツシヤ20が逆作動されて原位置に
戻されると、台車シリンダ8が押出し作動され
て、台車6はガイドレール4上を第1図に図示さ
