The front plate and the back plate are made of synthetic resin, and a metal plate is bonded face-to-face to either the front plate or the back plate, so it is not affected by changes in environmental temperature or direct sunlight. When a temperature change occurs in the slat itself, the slat deforms due to the difference in thermal expansion between the synthetic resin plate and the metal plate, causing the shutter to lose its opening/closing balance and lose alignment with the guide rail, resulting in smooth opening/closing operation. This was not done properly, and the problem was that it eventually became impossible to open and close.

にある。 The present invention has been devised based on a completely new concept in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and its main purpose is to provide a plurality of connecting pieces protruding from the inner surface of one face plate, and to By providing a projecting piece on the inner surface of the face plate that elastically engages with the connecting piece, and forming a hollow slat by combining the double-sided plates, it is possible to reduce the weight of the slat without sacrificing its strength. Depending on the shutter installation location, installation conditions, etc., both the front and back panels can be used outdoors, and heat conduction from the front panel to the back panel or from the back panel to the front panel is possible. The object of the present invention is to provide a slat that can suppress heat conduction to as much as possible and maintain a high heat insulating effect.

いる。 That is, in FIGS. 1 to 4, 1 is a slat composed of a front plate 1a and a back plate 1b made of different materials, and the front plate 1a of the slat 1 is made of an aluminum profile, and the back The face plate 1b is formed of a synthetic resin molded material. Above surface plate 1a
Band-shaped bonding surfaces 2, 2 are formed facing each other in the longitudinal direction of the upper end edge 1c of the back plate 1b, and by line-bonding the band-shaped bonding surfaces 2, 2,
The upper edge 1c of the slat 1 is formed to have an apex angle shape. 3 is a plate-shaped connecting piece that projects horizontally from the intermediate surface area of the front plate 1a to the intermediate area of the back plate 1b, and the protruding end of the connecting piece 3 is connected to the intermediate surface area of the back plate 1b. It is line-jointed to the plate surface in the longitudinal direction via a hook-shaped joint edge, and the upper surface of the protruding edge is line-jointed in the longitudinal direction to the horizontal surface of the protruding piece 4 projecting from the back plate 1b. . Thus, the slat 1 is constructed by linearly joining the top edge 1c and intermediate surface area of the front plate 1a and the back plate 1b with a required spacing 5 between them in the longitudinal direction.

いる。 Reference numeral 6 denotes a buffer member disposed facing each other within the opposing interval 5 located on the lower end 1d side of the slat 1, and the buffer member 6 corresponds to the apex shape formed on the upper edge 1c of the slat 1. For this reason, when the shutter is closed, the facing interval 5 of the lower end 1d of the upper slat 1 is tightly fitted to the upper edge 1c of the lower slat 1 without impact, and the airtightness of the shutter can be maintained. It's getting old. Further, connection holes 7 are formed in the upper edge 1c of the slat 1, the connecting piece 3, and the buffer member 6, respectively, into which a connecting tool 8, which will be described later, is inserted to connect the slat 1 in the vertical direction. The holes 7 are formed in at least two or more locations in the longitudinal direction of the slat 1.

As shown in Fig. 5, it is an aluminum profile member with a connecting piece 3' projecting from the upper edge 1a' and lower surface area of the vertical surface of the front plate 1a toward the upper edge 1b' and lower surface area of the vertical surface of the back plate 1b. It's okay,
Furthermore, the front plate 1a is not limited to an aluminum profile, but may be formed by bending a steel plate S and line-bonding it to the back plate 1b made of a synthetic resin profile, as shown in FIG. It may be. Further, in the above embodiment, an air layer is formed in the facing interval 5 between the front plate 1a and the back plate 1b, but as shown in FIG. It may be filled to improve sound insulation. The line connections in each of the above examples are
This means a linear joint at the longitudinal edge of the slat, not a surface joint or a point joint. In addition, bonding using hook-shaped bonding pieces is mainly performed on the surface plate 1.
This is accomplished by elastic engagement on the a side.

A locking piece 9 for preventing slipping out is formed in the center of the lower half in a spring-like manner facing the front surface 8a, and on both sides thereof there is a connecting engagement formed by bending from the front surface 8a side to the rear surface 8b side. A notch is formed in the piece 10, and a long engagement groove 11 is formed in the upper half in the longitudinal direction of the base material in correspondence with the above-mentioned connection engagement piece 10, and the long engagement groove 11 and the connection engagement are formed in a notch. By sequentially engaging the connecting pieces 10, the slats 1 are connected in the vertical direction.

テンが構成される(第4図参照)。 In the above-mentioned configuration, in order to connect the slats 1 in the vertical direction using the connecting tool 8, the engagement long groove 11 side of the connecting tool 8 should be inserted into the connecting hole 7 made in the buffer member 6 of the slat 1. When the insertion is continued and the insertion operation is continued to pass through the connecting hole 7 of the connecting piece 3 located above, the retaining piece 9 that has moved above the connecting piece 3 is placed on the surface 8a side of the connecting piece 8. At the same time, it prevents it from falling off and falling downward,
The connecting engagement piece 10 engages with the connecting hole 7 of the connecting piece 3 to suspend the slat 1 upward, and the engaging long groove 11 protrudes upward from the connecting hole 7 of the upper edge 1c of the slat 1. state (see Figure 3). Therefore, after engaging the connecting engagement piece 10 of another connecting tool 8 with the above-mentioned long engaging groove 11, the connecting hole 7 opened on the side of the engaging long groove 11 in the buffer member 6 of another slat 1.
By inserting the slats 1 into the slats 1 and performing the same operations as described above, the slats 1 are connected in the vertical direction to form a shutter curtain (see FIG. 4).

There is no need to explain in detail that the winding shaft is opened and closed by being connected to a winding shaft mounted on the winding shaft.

Since the hollow slat is constructed by protruding from the double-sided plates and joining the double-sided plates, the following exceptionally novel effects can be achieved compared to conventional slats.

Heat conduction between the double-sided plates is further suppressed. In addition, you can freely choose which face plate you want to use outdoors. For example, if you use the metal plate side made of aluminum or steel for the outdoor side, it will be stronger against external shocks. If used outdoors, the durability of the slats can be improved without rusting.
