られる電磁弁の電磁弁コイルと電磁弁本体とを嵌

設けるようにした電磁弁本体と、ハウジング1と
の嵌合に際しては(第1図に示すごとく)ハウジ
ング1の正面開口よりコイル2を挿入後、電磁弁
本体をハウジング1の下方の開口から挿入し、固
定コア5の上端とハウジング1とがボルト3でね
じ止めされている。従つて組付上どうしてもハウ
ジング1の下方開口の内径と電磁弁本体のケーシ
ング6の外径との間に約0.5mm程のクリアランス
15を必要としたがこのクリアランス15によつ
てハウジング1とケーシング6とで形成される磁
気回路において漏れ磁束が生じ、電磁弁の磁気効
率を悪くしている。また、加工工程上螺子締め不
足や振動による緩み等の不具合が発生して磁気効

エイトを占める電磁弁コイル2のコストダウンも
はかることができる。また、振動等によるボルト
3の緩みによる磁気効率の低下を門型形状ハウジ
ング1aと板状ハウジング1bとのかしめにより
